Had a second fantastic experience! Always the fastest, most fun and professional team. This time it was Cliff, Victoria, Trevor and DJ. They got me squared away with an oil change, fluids top off, air in tires, and new wiper blades. Fantastic team members who work together well and seem happy to be there!

I enjoyed this Valvoline. I've been to others in Clarksville and around here and they seem flaky. at this location. they're always nice. they have several people helping you and always show you how your oils looking. fill up your tires if need be and other stuff and recommend other maintenance as needed. I absolutely give them five at five stars. these people are wonderful here, still a bit expensive but what are you going to do with great service?.

Hands-down BEST service I've had at any Valvoline ever and definitely one of the best places to go in Clarksville, they went above and beyond for me when they really did not have to, they did it gladly!!! I highly recommend this specific location, they want to help you ...not take your money and they get you in and out as soon as possible! God bless!

Valvoline is always the best. We have used them for over 3 years in multiple states. It doesn't matter what location you go to they are absolutely amazing. The staff is kind knowledgeable and never pushy. Always making sure you're safe in your vehicle but understanding that people aren't always in the best situation. Prices are great here and truly the only place my husband and I trust. Thank you to this outstanding shop even my kids love to come into this location.

Only place I will take my car to while we live here! Always a great team working on my car, explaining stuff to us, showing us our oil before we leave, friendly people! Love this place :)) Thank yall for yet again another smooth oil change :))

I had to move around to different bays multiple times per the employees request. After finally situated into the bay my oil change would be done things seemed to be going smoothly. They finished up and the lady told me that everything looked good. I get home and check the comments on my bill and it states that I have two MAJOR leaks- oil and transmission fluid. This was never verbally expressed or explained to me. Very poor service due to the lack of communication about my alleged leaks .

This was a very disappointing experience. The manager was so rude. They ran out of oil filters, and he told me to go and buy it. When I asked for a discount, he increased his voice, and he was so unprofessional. Even one of his team asked why we should give you a discount. I replied, "Well, because I will take my time , to drive , get the filter, and come back.It was a very unpleasant experience.No customer service skills whatsoever.

I will only come here for services for my truck. The staff here is top notch, highly professional, and the know their stuff. I never got the feel of predatory pricing or the mechanics trying to make an extra buck. I also saw one of the female mechanics helping a guy out who broke down in the middle of the street down the road from their shop. Absolutely great people that will have my business until I move out of town.

Amazing job! Excellent customer service. From interactions I witnessed, quick to provide assistance or direction to customers who had other needs that could not be met at this location.Quick multi-point inspection, fast and easy oil change for those on a time crunch. Keep up the great work!

I definitely have to recommend the Valvoline Instant Oil Change on Tiny Town Rd! Jordan, Clifton, and Fernando were all amazing! I was in and out for my oil change in probably 15mins. There was no wait time, I didn't have to get out of my car, they were all very friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable! They also checked my other fluids, battery, and other important functions on my car and were able to inform me that I need to get a new battery and explain why my car has been starting a bit slow. Also, that it would be a good idea to get a new serpentine belt soon. All of the information they gave me on the car I know is correct as well, as my dad checked it over a few months ago and already informed me of these things, but it's good to know as a female that they weren't just trying to get as much money out of me as possible by suggesting work I don't actually need done. Which, if you are female and have been anywhere to have your car worked on by yourself, you know what I'm talking about! The price was a little higher than I'm used to, but I'll pay an extra 10 or 20 dollars for exceptional, quick service! Thanks guys! I'll most certainly be back!!Service: Oil change

I came here for an oil change and found out that my right turn signal light was out. They were able to replace it on the spot. Jaime went above and beyond to check everything and replaced the light bulb herself. I m really impressed with the service here because of her. If I hadn t move out of Clarksville, I d be coming to this specific Valvoline for any future oil changes!Services: Electrical, Oil change

I first called to set an appointment but was told they do not do appointments but first come first serve. It was very fast and I stayed in my vehicle (Chevy Suburban) while they changed the oil and checked other items. They did show me recommended repairs such as changing filters and replacing transmission fluid etc but they were not pushy at all. In fact, he asked me if I wanted to hear about the recommendations before he went through them so I really appreciated that. I like the fact that they have a QC system where they announce to each other certain items like replacing the plug and filter. They showed me the dipstick after all the checks were done that the proper amount of oil was in the engine and that it was fresh oil. My only concern is how tight they made the filter. I often change my own oil and it can be very frustrating if the oil filter is on too tight or there was not a thin coat of oil placed on the seal. So, I might have to come back and edit my review if I do it myself next time, haha! The total cost was $85 which is more than doing it yourself but I was pressed for time that day and it was blazing hot outside so I m glad I paid them to change my oil.

Have used Valvoline for a handful of oil changes and service was fine. But now, I have a major problem with Valvoline and I am extremely frustrated with how it is being handled.I visited Valvoline on 6/11 for an oil change. My car was sputtering a little and I was over the mileage on the sticker I got at my prior oil change. The employee there typed my name in the system and said I didn't need an oil change for another 1000 miles. I told him I thought I needed one because I was over miles on sticker and the car was not running well. The employee opened the hood and showed me a little oil on the dipstick and said the sputtering was a fuel issue and I needed to flush the system but their sprayer to perform this service was broken. The company closed my screen and called it a free top off . A second employee looked at the car and heard the sputtering and agreed it was a fuel issue and I did not need an oil change.Four days later my car broke down an hour away from my home and cost me $300 to tow it back to a shop closer to my home. The mechanic thoroughly looked over the entire engine and said the motor was blown because there was no oil in the car and everything looked like it was in perfect operating condition.I went straight to Valvoline and told them what happened, and let s just say I am horrified at the events that have transpired since.First, an employee present at the previous visit gave me the invoice from that visit and wrote down a blatant lie on the paper. He definitely looked and acted extremely nervous and it was obvious to me that he knew they really screwed up here.Second, I called Valvoline Customer Care and started a damage claim.Third, Customer Care had the car towed to a preferred mechanic at another large corporation who said the engine blew because I needed a timing belt and had nothing to do with the car not having oil in it. I am not an expert, but I feel like this is a lie and/or possible collusion with another major corporation.Whatever it is or was, this is not acceptable to me. I called Customer Care and told them I would be writing this review and getting an attorney if we could not come up with a better solution.That was 6 days ago now and I have not been contracted and my car is still at their preferred mechanic whose name is withheld in this review but will not be withheld if legal is enacted.I m writing this review as I sit here working from home. I am dumbfounded and bewildered that a major corporation can treat someone like this and not take responsibility for a mistake their corporation made due to the gross negligence of their employees.Instead, I sit here feeling as if I have been lied to multiple times and question if unfair business practices by two major corporations are being used against me. I can t wait to see what happens next!Service: Oil change

Got an oil change here the very next morning I had an oil leak, upon further examination I was also leaking engine coolant because they had "topped it off" by completely overfilling it. There is a very obvious "max fill" line but my coolant was filled to the very top! I will not do business here again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had written a good review but I am here to take it back. Unfortunately because my coolant was drained and they forgot to refill it (the guy the next day fixed it no problems) my car did over heat between then and caused it to blow a head gasket. Because of this, coolant started leaking in my engine oil and it is unsafe to drive. Have been only going to this one for years to get my car oil changed and getting my simple things topped off. Never thought one issue would end my cars life. Do not recommend.

Scam paid 72 dollars for a oil change but when I got home my oil light come on they drained my oil but never added anything never spending money with valvoline again lesson learn

Consistently using this location. Staff is always thorough and clear. While i could change my own oil, I dont mind paying for it. This location even reminds customers to use Carfax car care app to keep up with maintenance
