Great Valvoline location that went above and beyond to get my new coolant hoses installed and coolant replaced on my chick magnet F150. I returned to get the level checked and they filled it up as required. Both times I waited only 2-3 minutes max to get into the bay. Definitely recommend and I ll be back again in the future. Love Peace and Hairgrease.

Over an hr to get an oil change and then they tell me that the person under the car stripped my oil plug. This is the 2nd car that they have messed up the drain plug on. Usually good service but today it seems as if they are training a whole new crew with no experience at all. They get the 2nd star since the manager made it right the last time.

I always drive to the other side of town just to go to this location. Everyone that works here is always super friendly , always smiling and making conversation I've never had a bad experience, makes it worth the price just for their customer service.

The oil change part was good but I ask to fill my tires as my light was on. They faked it. When I left the light was still on and said I was good. So that makes me think if they lie about just filling tires what else are they will to lie about. Won t be back.

They are professional kind friendly helpful quick and thorough. They always ask if you have a coupon before checking out. They are literally the best oil change place in clarksville! Very helpful!

Came in for a simple oil change for my vehicle. Unfortunately the last Valvoline I went to over torqued my oil filter which rounded it a little bit to much. (Not this locations fault).However, they had already drained my oil and didn t have the part needed. So they kept the old filter in the vehicle and told me to come back tomorrow (This was a Thursday)I was out of town and showed back up Monday as I told them I would I would. I waited in the lane for 40 minutes as they tried to figure things out. Only to be told to come back the next day. Well i arrived for the third time only to find out they still didn t have the correct part needed, and they would contact me when it came in only to never hear from them.For a $100 oil change that s incomplete and several hours wasted I wouldn t come back to this location or most likely any Valvoline since all these issues are because of them.

Be careful of this place. You have to get under your hood to make sure everything is reconnected once they are done. They didn't reconnect my air intake and engine exhaust hose to my engine causing improper air flow mixture.Those items didn't need to be disconnected. I'd use them as a last resort. Thank God I fix helicopters!

The experience itself was fine, they did not check lights at all. My beef was with Spencer who was very publicly berating an employee still in training in front of us, loudly complaining how the new person had been trained wrong. So much so, that more than one employee apologized to us about it. He needs some management and interpersonal communication training himself. Because obviously Spencer was trained wrong also. He needs to get over himself. Everyone else was amazing, especially Phil, and deserve some serious praise, especially if they have to put up with Spencer's superiority complex regularly.

Liz & her crew are awesome. Not only do they know their stuff but they're all personable and explained things without making me feel like an idiot. Stellar customer service makes a difference. Highly recommend using this location!

Had a great experience today. Rudy, Gabriel, and Jennifer worked on my car; they were all very nice, professional, and helpful. They weren t pushy or anything like I ve experienced at other valvoline s and Rudy even gave me all the discounts he could find!Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

Ive been going to Wilma Rudolph valvoline since 2005. The Madison street crew is fantastic!!!Very fast, every one was friendly, and quick service!!

took almost 40 minutes and i was the first one in. needed tire pressure checked. they had everyone of my tires at different pressure, maybe that was because they kept jumping from car to car and working over each other. Asked them to add window wash, they did not. They could not print reciept, and after i left car felt funny so i went next door to Goodyear and they fixed my tires. I doubt i will be back and I have been a customer for years. Have always brought in both my vehicles.Services: Tires, Oil change

Got my oil changed yesterday and was less than pleased. I usually use the one of Wilma and it s is exceptional. This one I won t be coming back to. All the men working on my car were very young (in fact one said he was born in 2003 and the other 2001 in conversation to another employee) one made a smart remark bc I wouldn t buy their air filter and low in behold my air filter wasn t put back in correctly and oil was leaking on my garage floor this morning. Thankfully my husband who knows how to do everything related to a vehicle fix it all but that kinda defeats the purpose in paying a company to do it.Service: Oil change

Chase, the manager at this location took care of me. He was the "3 P's," polite, professional & personal. He wasn't pushy at all with recommendations, but informative. He seemed genuine with his appreciation of my business. I have 2 other valvolines that are closer to my house than this particular one, but because I read the reviews from this one & decided to see if they were accurate, & they were! Would recommend. Great job Chase & the rest of the Valvoline team!

Chase , Scott, and Kayleigh went above and beyond with the service very professional super friendly and professional. The made sure everything was taking care of in a timely manner couldn't ask for more . I didn't see the guy who was in the pit joseph but I just want to say I appreciate all of them being out there in that heat working on the cars with a smile on there faces.. I give this place a 5 star due to the great service and care!! So i was pulling in hot, 5 min to close and the 3 gentleman on duty, Cameron, Corri, and Scott, were so kind and helped me figure out what was wrong w my tier (it had a slow leak). Even with 5 min to close they took the time to at least look at my tier even though the tire crew went home already. They were able to figure out where the leak was coming from and fixed the tiny prob that i had with no hesitation. Let me add that they even helped with my skid plate. These are some great people and all to often people take the time to write negative reviews, well i am happy to write this review for sure!! Great customer service indeed!!Service: Tires

Great service, extremely professional, and they were not pushy. They informed me of what was needed based off of mileage. Im usually do my own services, but the way they approached each item was honest and made me feel comfortable to spend money instead of doing it myself. 10/10 would recommend.

Had my oil changed on Feb 21 2023. As of today 3/13 my car was so low on oil it wouldn't even register on the dip stick. My car is not leaking oil. I will never go here again.Service: Oil changeService: Oil change

I had a very pleasant interaction multiple times, and I witnessed courteous and professional service to two other customers. Subjectively you can just tell when a business is concerned about service or more about profit.
