If your looking for a trailer this is the dealer to get it from. Brittney was amazing in making the buying process a breeze. Got approved in minutes.Brittney goes the distance for you she answers all your questions, very professional and great attitude. She has a team that backs her up and a great in house full service shop.Highly Recommend!

They got me approved in no time had exactly what I was looking for and I got a bigger more heavy duty trailer then I could find in Paris Tn. Steve and his crew are awesome from the min I stepped on the lot to the min I left they treated me with respect and didn t talk down to me like the other trailer lot I went too.

Top notch place to deal with. Selina was great at sending photos and videos so I could get the trailer I wanted. Had to travel 8-1/2 hrs. so it was important to be able to finalize everything up front. Paul and the service crew were great. Highly recommended.

We bought new trailer from this dealer. Super fast, guys if you want really good service with kind attitude you should ask Chris. He would do best for sure. It took 2 hours for us to get everything set up. And trailer was picked up. Moreover they gave us extra warranty and a gift straps. Recommend

Simple Review: I highly recommend!Detailed Review:I was in the market for a 30 - 40ft Gooseneck trailer (non-CDL). Did a lot of searching around til I found these guys. I got in touch with Chris on the phone, and started talking about the inventory. They had a 40ft Caliber trailer on the lot that checked the boxes for what I was looking for. So, I applied for financing, and took delivery of the trailer. Very smooth process. I drove down from western MA (1,100 miles) to pick up the trailer. Soon as I arrived, I noticed they had a lot of inventory. Place appeared pretty well kept. Met Chris face to face, and was great to deal with! Simple process getting everything together. They moved the trailer across the street, making it easy for me to depart. Helped me to hook up the trailer, as well. Everyone I dealt with were quick, easy, and professional. Just as I hoped it to be, as I was heading back to MA that day, and didn't want to sit around long.What earns my respect, is that I didn't get the spare tire when I left. I was half way home in northern VA, when I realized this. We informed Chris about this, and without a hiccup, they are sending me the tire. No hassle. So, for a company to easily make things right, says a lot about a company. And the shipping was not cheap!In addition, I had a couple questions along the ride home, because this was my first gooseneck. I called Chris, and he was still helpful and respectful in answering them.The whole process went very well! So, would I recommend buying a trailer from here? HELL YES! I would do business with these folks again, no hesitation! Thanks for the trailer guys! It was a great ride home!Brett & Theresa

We ran into a issue with our trailer and Steve,David and Lucas jumped into action and took care of the problem for us! They did exactly what they said they would and we will only buy new trailers from them even though we are 10hrs apart!

bought 2023 trailmaxx 35+5 bought before seeing in person thinking ok its brand new!well as soon as I pickup the tire was flat, so be it I put spare on and fixed it after my drive home which they said they would reimburse me for!next after getting home I find rust coming thru trailer paint along with the deck boards warping to the point they are snapping the screws that secure them. I still haven't used this trailer I been waiting for the "warranty" process which no one has got back to me. I've read reviews on trailmaxx page seems to be common practice with them. be careful buying any trailer from these guys they don't care after they get ur money!

We honestly couldn t have asked for a better experience! We was having trouble with where the gooseneck hooks up in our truck & they stayed til almost 9PM helping us fix that on a Saturday night. They don t pressure, they give you space to make your decision and we will be back to purchase more! Soon I hope! I m glad we stumbled across them on Facebook! 100% recommend.

Just picked up my new enclosed trailer. Had to drive 3.5 hours but worth every minute. Manager was awesome, he had me in and out in under an hour. Now to head home and convert this bad boy into my scuba mobile.

I found trailer mart on Facebook through brittneys trailer , I ended up finding a 8.5x20TA3 from high country cargo that I really liked. The staff here was very helpful in assisting my purchase, they found me financing and I was able to secure the trailer. David greenlee was a huge help with any questions I had, and the entire process, even giving me updates on the shipping when it was time. Overall I was quite nervous to buy a trailer out of state, but now I can see I have nothing to worry about, especially after dealing with the trailer mart team. 10/10

Bought a trailer here and had issues with the door separating. Trailer is under warranty but I keep getting excuses from them and it s still not fixed months later. I posted about it on their Facebook page and they sent me an IM telling me to stay off their page, deleted my posts, and then blocked me LOL Stay away!

I was in the market to replace my 10 year old Stealh trailer. I spent the better part of a month shopping online, visiting dealers and comparing trailers and dealers. 1/20 I bought a 2022 EZ-Hauler made by ALCOM. Same manufacturer as my Cargo Peo and Stealth. construction is top notch with moderate price. Chris at Trailer Mart in Clarksville was, quick, responsive and attentive to all of my requests. I drove the 4 hours out and within an hour I was headed home with my new trailer in tow. Tony had the paper work ready to go and was waiting for me.I am happy and impressed with Trailer Mart and All involved.

If I could give this place 0 stars, I would. My husband and I bought a trailer for $5k on February 5, 2021. This is strictly for work. This is not a hobby or for fun trailer. This is our income on the line. We were told that it would be ready and completely finalized in 4-6 weeks. We paid off the trailer in full at the point of service. We called multiple times regarding the status of the order and when it was expected once it became 8 weeks later. Now it s May 3rd. We contacted them and the trailer is STILL not ready AND they said they couldn t guarantee the price is still valid MEANING that they were going to charge us another 30% because the trailer market is crazy right now . $5k to this business and we have no trailer and we re told we were going to need to fork up more money for something we didn t have nor received updates on just because the company doesn t know how to market and run their business. We cancelled our trailer and should be receiving a full refund today. Do not do business with them if you want: a trailer NOT ON THE LOT, in time, for the price they charge you, and with updates. Thanks for listening to the Karen rant.

Everyone was friendly and seemed sincerely eager to help. Daniel, service manager, fixed me up quickly, went above and beyond to explain things to me (repeatedly, because Im slow in the head with this stuff). He was kind, respectful, and Im really thankful to know about the services offered at this location now - will be back when needed - thank you!!

I asked them to take a look and provide an estimate. They agreed. I got a really high estimate for work so I refused. They wanted to charge for $75 for an estimate.

I am not a customer of theirs and I have never spent a dollar here. I was however having an issue with my 7-pin connector on my truck and I came in to see if they could just run a test light on it. Their tech not only ran the test free of charge but also climbed under the truck with me and was able to determine the cause of the malfunction. With service like that, the next time I am in the market for another trailer, I will definitely be stopping here first.

Horrible customer service - I m trying to buy a trailer and they won t even contact me back!My buddy stopped in at their store a few weeks back and bought a spartan trailer from them and after showing me, I decided to sell my other trailers and buy one as well. I called Thursday Jan 2nd and spoke to the owner, Mark, and explained what I was exactly looking for and that I even had a link to one at another dealer for reference. He gave me his email address and said to email the info over and he would get me a quote that same day. I emailed him the link and he replied saying that he was going to have his Sales Manager, Jens, call me since he dies the custom orders. Four days later, I followed up with Mark to inform him that Jens never followed up with me, to which he replied that Jens had been covered up and assured me I would get a response from him soon. 10 days later, I followed up AGAIN with Mark first thing in the morning and told him I had still not heard anything, but that I would wait until the end of the day before giving up and calling another dealership. Zero response from Mark or Jens. How can a business operate like this?!?! Very, very poor customer service. I have since called another dealer who was extremely friendly and got me a quote the same day.

Above and beyond excellent customer service. I drove a little over 3 hours and got there 30 mins after they closed at 5. Steve reopened the business and got me taken care of. His boss had already left for the day but turned around and came back to complete my trailer sale. Unbelievable customer service. I will always refer my friends and family as well as come back when I need to buy again!

I was looking for a enclosed cargo trailer. I came across a add on Craigslist. I contacted Dave at Trailer Mart. They had a wide variety of, different types of trailers. I live out of state in Rhode Island actually. I was worried about if I bought a trailer, how would I get it to me. I worked with Elizabeth a great sales woman. She went above and beyond, to get me what I needed. I purchased a great trailer at a reasonable price. After I signed the papers. My trailer was on it's way too me. I highly recommend Trailer Mart. I am very pleased, and will be doing business with them in the future.
