Owner and employee are very professional, did the job in about two hours as said, will be bringing my other vehicle back for tint, I highly recommend bringing your vehicle to this shop for high quality tint work.

They did a great job! I bought my car pre-owned in 2015 with the windows already tinted. Overtime the rear windshield started to bubble to the point you could not see out of it. I went to Tint City and Rims on a Friday afternoon for a quote, which was reasonable, and was able to walk in Monday morning to get it done. They estimated 2 hours to do both the removal and installation; true to their word I received a call just under 2 hours later saying it was ready. They did such a good job that I'll return again if I need any more work.Service: Vehicle window tinting

Good and bad.The BAD: The guy tinting my brand new Hyundia carelessly got some kind of oil or grease on my backseat which nobody had ever sat in. He didn t try to be careful while climbing in and out of the car. I noticed the stain when I got home from tint shop. I tried removing the stain but it never fully came out. I also noticed the strip of tint on my windshield was very, very uneven. I went back the next day and they agreed it was crooked and put a new strip on the windshield.Pro tip, If your tinting a brand new car and your dirty from working all day at the minimum put something on the seats to protect it.The GOOD: Besides the stain on my seat and crooked tint job on my windshield the rest of the car came out great!Service: Vehicle window tinting

April 22,2021, I payed over $225 to get tint into my new car. Before I left, I was told if I had any problems to come back, but not before the 3 days had passed and the issue would be resolved. Well, on the 2nd day, I saw air bubbles on all of the windows and the tint is peeling. I called Jack; the owner, and sent pictures. He did not pick up the phone call, which led me to sending a message. He responded my text with an automatic text saying he would call once he finished driving. He never called. The next day, I called him again and he told me to come up there. I did. Once I got there, he said he wasn't going to fix the terrible work that was done to my car. I didn't want my money back. I just wanted quality work that I paid for. I was trying to support a black owned business, but it slapped me in the face. I'm sure I'm not the 1st person this business has screwed over and I'm sure I'm not the last. If I could give this review a zero star, I would, but I had to give at least 1 star. 1 star is too many for this unprofessional business. I would NEVER recommend anyone to come here.Service: Sun control window tinting

Communication is absolutely horrible here. The tint job was nice however it was illegal amount of tint. Did a half job of not even removing the liner I had on my windows. Then tried to deny that his business even did my tint. To include one of the employees acting like they had amnesia as if they hadn t seen me before. Then the other employee lies about pricing saying the give discounts to bring in customers then charges them normal price. All the owner had to say was sorry for miscommunication then Proceeds to charge me for the removable of the illegal tint and to replace it with new tint. Then on top of that tried to imply that I asked for the illegal tint.DO NOT GO HERE UNLESS YOU JUST HAVE MONEY TO WASTE! Wouldn t recommend this place to absolutely NO ONE and they are opening another shop beware it has a different name but same people.

I would absolutely recommend this place to anyone! The tint job that was done on my truck was of great quality and it was also done in a timely fashion. The employees there were very professional and knowledgeable about everything that i asked. I will definitely be bringing my car in to have it tinted as well. Do not go here to get your tint done!!! I brought my van and my husbands mustang in the same day to get our tint done. I was told I would get a discount to get both done in same day and then stated at the end it was only if I were to get the brow on my van done which wasn t something I was interested in. I didn t notice until my husband pointed it out to me but there were extremely small bubbles under the tint on both vehicles. I didn t see it. They also left a mess all over the inside of my van after putting it on. Based off their professionalism and they way I was done wrong on the price I knew there was no point in attempting to go back and have them try and fix it. Lesson learned!!I will go somewhere else. I should have read reviews I stopped out of convenience and that was stupid on my part but not again!

This place is veteran owned. I was given a choice in product, quoted a fair price and a good warentee. Owner definitely hands on a his employee first rate. Took 1 hour 45 minutes to complete the job on my new mustang. Got a handshake and "thank you for your business." I actually received a complement on how good my car looked in the Kroger parking lot. This was definitely a five star experience and result.

I Called In To Check Pricing &! Wait Times. The Person in The Other End Said If You Come Now I ll Get You In &! Out. Upon Arrival One Guy Pulled My Car In As The Other Gathered Info. Threw A Couple Jokes To Show That They Were Inviting. Explained The TN Laws About How Dark I m Allowed To Have The Tint. &! Did A Pretty Great Job. I d Recommend Them If Anyone Asked.Service: Vehicle window tinting

After agreeing of price for full tint. Front window was not done. After calling the owner he said we never agreed to it. Price didn't include front window. What part of full tinting of the car did he not understand. An extra $120 for front. Horrible and experience and very unprofessional over the phone.

Great service and people!!! i have heard people say the place is sketchy because of its looks but they are wrong def dont judge a book by its cover. Took the car right in no problem on the spot and average pricing. Jack the owner is a good guy. I noticed a very tiny problem with the tint, took it back the next day they said no problem and re did the whole window. would recommend to a friend

Customer service is good and the guys are very friendly. I got my windows tint for a pretty good price and they did a great job. They started working on it as soon as I came in. I would also recommend the place.

The tint work is sub-par and he over-charges! When I initially called, he quoted me $179 (plus tax). Then when I came in it was 189 (plus tax) I wanted all windows and front tinted 15% and he didn t do the front like I wanted (and wanted to over-charge to fix it) and my husband has 15% and his is way darker. I recommend Tint Masters (and they give military discounts)

I just got my trucks windows tinted and it looks great. It didn't take long and good prices would recommend this shop to anyone. They also do upholstery, subwoofers, rims, and tires.I will be back for another survice.

Straight forward, southern style service. ReasonablePrices and excellent job. This is a mom and pop shop just like you'll find all over there south. Not sure why so many complaints. Will refer others and definitely return next time.

DO NOT GO HERE!!!! DO NOT GO HERE!!! I SAY AGAIN, DO NOT GO HERE!!! They will over charge you, do a crappy job, and when you point it out for them to fix they WILL NOT WORK WITH YOU. If want to waste your money on POOR workmanship go ahead and do so. They might do 1 out of every 20 jobs decent but they make way to many mistakes. Watch out for the owner Jack. If you complain to him he tends to get very ignorant and loud. He also treats his employees like crap right in front of his customers. It's almost like bullying. DO NOT SUPPORT THIS BUSINESS by going here to get work done. THIS PLACE LOOKS SKETCHY AND IT IS SKETCHY!!! RIP OFF!!!

I was told my window tint job would cost $129 and when they were done they said $138 with nothing extra being done. Very dishonest business. Plus they only except cash. Not a legitimate business. Once again. Very dishonest.
