We were promptly greeted by your salesman, Jacob. We test drove a jeep and liked it very much. We negotiated a deal and left that day with our 2017 jeep wrangler sport unlimited. A set of our keys accidentally fell on your parking lot and was turned into the dealership, and the dealership kindly mailed them to us. That was greatly appreciated!!!!!!Brandon and Jacob were very efficient in handling the DEAL!

Even with the 3hr distance Diane made my experience and purchasing my Nissan Altima with ease, & without any hassle! Diane has excellent communication skills, went the extra mile to answer all of my questions, and had tons of patience during the process! I couldn t have had a better experience!

I can honestly say I am very happy with the buying experience I had at Tim Short. Contacting the dealership to setup a test drive of the vehicle I was interested in was easy and convenient--all thru email amd phone. Once I arrived, Jacob made sure that I was taken care of, had the information i needed to make the purchase--still awaiting information about some floor mats.?.. Overall I have to say it was an easy and fairly painless buying process. The 2019 Ford Ranger Lariat 4x4 is happy in its new home in Kentucky.

After car shopping for several months, my wife and I recently purchased a new vehicle from Tim Short Mitsubishi. During our search for a new vehicle, we experienced an entire spectrum of dealership tactics and behavior. As expected, there were pushy sales associates attempting their best imitations of sincerity and "honest" concern for the customer. There were definitely some Oscar worthy performances, but insincerity is hard to mask, and most people can see right through it. Though young and relatively new to the world of auto sales, Montserrat Ruiz was absolutely exceptional! We couldn't have asked for a better sales associate. Montserrat was genuine, a quality my wife and I appreciate and value above all else! Montserrat took a simple sales approach; she answered our questions, listened to our concerns and provided honest straightforward information! She did this while being pleasant and genuine. Montserrat's simple approach proved her to be more effective than many of the "seasoned" sales associates we dealt with. Additionally, the entire team we worked with during our purchase were professional, patient, competent and efficient. I would not hesitate to purchase another vehicle from this team! Thanks again to Montserrat and the Tim Short team!!!

We recently purchased a new Mitsubishi Mirage from this dealership & our overall experience was a positive one. Our salesperson, Jamy, was pleasant and we were pleased that we didn't experience any "high pressure sales" tactics that can be common at other dealerships.� Jocelyn, the title clerk, was very helpful and we really appreciated the text message that was sent to us when our paperwork was mailed to the DMV.� Although the Mirage is overlooked by most car enthusiasts, we absolutely love it & appreciate it for what it is: an affordable basic vehicle with stellar gas mileage and comes with one of the best warranties in the industry.

Great experience buying a car here. They did everything possible to get me the vehicle I wanted at the best price. Only took at most 3 hours to get everything done, anywhere else I ve went it s an all day thing. Jake was very knowledgeable and very helpful in this process for us. Definitely recommend!!

Highly Recommended, Diane made the process painless. I live over an hour away an we handled 90% of everything over the phone. Few minutes at the lot, quick test drive an I was on my way. Go see Diane, you won't be disappointed.

Friendly and knowledgeable salesman and staff! We test drive a vehicle, was given a price quote, and then called on trip home to be told the car we test drove would be going on sale in two days. That sale price was being offered to us two days early. We paid a deposit over the phone, then filled out online credit application. We returned the following Saturday to pick up our new 2023 Mitsubishi Outlander and sign the papers. Very easy to do and the staff were all great! Again, our salesman Paul Gettle was terrific making sure everything on vehicle was completely clean and showing us how all the bells and whistles worked in final walk around of vehicle. It has never been easier to buy a vehicle!

Easiest, fastest approval. I was surprised to be approved and to drive away within a couple hours is amazing. Everyone is courteous and the finance guy was very relaxed and informative! The whole process itself made me happy! Now I have an SUV to drive my kids around and to get back and forth safely! I couldn t be me thankful for them! Highly recommend them ! The sales man , Paul was very informative and super friendly. He did a wonderful job explaining the vehicle and answering any questions we threw his way. Rhonda in internet sales was also wonderful and had all the details ironed out and ready when we arrived from a couple hours away. Moe was very efficient and congenial even though the computers were acting up. All in all it was a great experience.

Bought a Mazda CX30 from this location, Diane Jennings was my sales lady. This experience was not horrific but it was quite unpleasant. As I sat and waited to confirm my insurance prior to completion of all documents Diane sat in front of me and picked/scraped under her fingernails with my new cars key. (GROSS!) She seemed as if there was no issue with doing this which is disgusting, unsanitary and very unprofessional. There after as I was finishing up with my insurance I was being rushed by finance. The guy stood right next to me and Diane and kept asking when would I have my insurance complete- I was rushed to the point that they even said it was ok if my insurance start date wasn t correct. This seemed completely unethical to me. Furthermore, When I took my test drive it seemed as if there was absolutely nothing wrong with the vehicle, however, less than 24 hours I got a network malfunction alert on my vehicle which has been extremely concerning. I texted the number that had contacted me through this process and was told that I needed to call them as if they wouldn t give me a call. Tonya from service was extremely polite and literally the only person that has seemed trustworthy. I am still extremely disappointed in this experience and concerned about the alert on my car as I live 2 states away and can not turn around and come right back to the dealership. Not a pleasant experience as I am concerned about my car.

Experience went good at Tim short Mitsubishi this was my second vehicle purchased from them so 10/10 to the DEALERSHIP, but the communication with my sales representative on my new truck is what had me a little worried especially since I purchased an signed the paper work on March 5th 2024 an it s March 9th. I was told yesterday that the truck was finishing up being serviced when my sales representative told me the truck was waiting on parts once i got up to the dealership yesterday an mike was my sales representative.

We went there to look at a car for my son who just turned 16. Dianne showed us the car that grabbed our attention. I told them what my budget was and they crafted a deal that was far better than I expected. Everything from first visit to delivery was top notch. Moving forward, our car shopping will always begin here! Also, the 2018 Malibu we purchased had a new battery installed by the dealer. When that battery became defective, they got us in the same day, fixed the car, and washed it on a no charge warranty visit! You can't beat these guys!

I visited Tim Short Mitsubishi dealership online and then in person with my wife to purchase a new SUV for her. The staff was very attentive and helpful. The employees we interacted with, especially you Mike Ramos, Jason, Alexis, and Moe were very knowledgeable and seemed genuinely interested in helping us find a new SUV that met our needs rather than just being focused on making a quick sale. Because of everyone s efforts, we were able to find exactly what we needed and we are very satisfied with our purchase. All of these reasons listed made our 3 hour drive to the dealership well worth it. We will continue to visit your store in the future, as well as recommend it to others. Went in today at 930a for a scheduled test drive, Jacob was amazing. I didn't complete a purchase today but plan to so in the near future. Was offered a gift card, provided the redemption code but never received the gift card. I was told I'd receive a callback which hasn't happened either.

It s very rare that I write reviews, but this place was amazing. They did everything they could to get us out of our van that we were upside down on, but nothing was working. With everyone s help, they were able to get us into a 2022 Mitsubishi Outlander Sport. I want to thank everyone at Tim Short Mitsubishi but especially Paul! Paul was very knowledgeable and helped me get to know Mitsubishi since I am new to this car family. I am so excited to be out of the van and into my brand new car!!!

My daughter bought a used 2017 Lancer and within 3 months the front bumper started to fall off. You can tell they glued it. This is very dishonest since she was told there were no prior damage. I would not recommend this place to anyone

Everyone from the moment we got there was so freindly and accommodating to my elderly parents needs. Our service advisor Selina Rivera did an excellent job getting us what was needed as well as getting the car in and out in a timely manner. She made everything go so smoothly. If we need other work done in the future we will definately go back.

One of the best experiences I have had with local dealerships. We will definitely be going back when we get another vehicle. There was no pushy sales pitches, no lies, no gimmicks, and when they felt something wouldn t work out, he was up front about it. When they said they try to help, they mean that! Every single one of their words was kept by them. They have fantastic warranties for their vehicles. The detailers are phenomenal at their jobs too. So I want to thank them and any mechanics there. We got our very first pick up truck ever, and couldn t be happier.We were offered drinks and a snack. Comfortable seating. The inside and out of the facility is obviously thoroughly cleaned. They re comfortable to be around. All staff were very friendly, patient, professional, and ready to help out. Bathrooms are clean and lock. Jamy is extremely relatable, fun to talk to, in your corner, and in a great moral standing. There s a computer inside incase you need it for anything. Rory the manager was very transparent, friendly, and a great guy. Jamy spoke highly of him and Moe, and I could see why. Rory made us feel at home, and like we didn t have to watch out for any scam or scummy ways. When we got to Moe, he was as excited as we were. All smiles, chatting it up, and making sure we understood everything. He was patient when we were reading our papers before signing, super detailed in his explanations, and eager to answer any questions we have while showing us where to look as well. We never felt so calm when trying to understand and sign so much. Haha.Thank you all so much, we truly appreciate it. Unprofessional and arrogant salesman and irresponsible service department. Felt unwelcomed from the minite I walked in. Was to test drive a decently priced car but it has a break warning light. Was told it was just serviced, but figured out there was 0 fluid in brake fluid reservoir. There were some unfixed cosmetic issues but salesman has 0 intention to disclose that until we see them ourselves.

Poor management. Called about a White 2017 Hyundai Tuscon that came in yesterday 12/28/23, customer service staff "Marybeth" confirmed it was available still and quickly scheduled me in based on my schedule for today, Friday 12/29/23 at 3pm. We had to delay it by an hour due to my boyfriend's job so I called to request a change to 4pm. "Ann Marie", the internet Director (what's that position?), told me absolutely can accomodate. When we arrived, the salesman assigned (sadly can't recall his name - big tall guy who said he has worked there for 3 years) told us the vehicle was not quite ready or clean. This is now over 24 hours since it was posted on their Inventory. Poor guy, he was embarassed and apologized for incorrectly entered info (no moon roof afterall as posted), it had a right light completely out of the frame, and the car was gross and a mess (With bottle of vodka of previous owner still on the floor!). Why didn't the intake ladies check to see if the Tuscon was ready to show. My bf had cash ready to buy. It was so disappointing. I felt bad for the salesman too. This revealed some major disfunction of the business. We drove over 40 minutes to and from there, coming from Nashville during high traffic time and dark. A waste of our time and we're already taxed with me not having a car. We will not revisit this dealership unfortuantely.
