Need BIG TIRES installed? No problem getting them mounted and balanced here.I took my pickup into this shop to get new 37 tires installed. After calling around to 4 other local tire shops that i was familiar with, they all told me they can t install anything bigger than 35 tires. So sad.But, The Wheel Shop was to the rescue. They re open early, so i dropped my truck off around 9AM. Low and behold they called me back at 1PM and confirmed my truck was ready for pickup. The shop opens early, at 8AM. They take customers on a first come, first served basis. The employees are knowledgeable, friendly and efficient. They install BIG and OVERSIZED wheels and tires, unlike some of the mainstream tire shops around the area. More than fair pricing. They are VERY FAST and provide quality work.I wish I would ve known about this place a long time ago. I will be going to this shop for wheel and tire needs from now on.

Customer service was great, but the workmanship is disappointing when it comes to wheel repairs. I guess this is what $100 gets you nowadays on wheel repair. Melted rubber on my tires indicate tire was never even dismounted when welding. Didn't even bother to clean up the welds.

Traveling through and needed a tire after hitting a pothole. Staff was very great to work with and took the time needed to make sure we were back on the road. Thank you very much!!!

I came in for a bent wheel and they had it fixed in 2 days. They double checked every tire to make sure none of the other wheels were bent and even balanced my back rear because they noticed it needed to be done with no charge to me. Highly recommend this place if you want good customer service!

They did a great job repairing one of my wheels, it had some bad curb rash and you cant even tell now. mounted/balanced my tires and to my surprise even painted my brake calipers black to match the wheels and it looks awesome. super quick turn around time also, very happy with their service. highly recommend coming here over any place in town for your wheel needs.

I would definitely recommend The Wheel Shop! They put a 6 lift and wheels and tires on my Dodge Ram. Steve was also willing to meet me on a Saturday, even though they were closed, so that my son could pick out rims for the truck because he s in school during the week. Friendly staff, great service, and all reasonably priced. I will be supporting this local business the next time I need tires!

My wheel was bent/dented on the inside rim to the point it wouldn't hold air, from my amazing trailer loading and towing skills they were able to unbend the dented bit of the wheel for a reasonable price.

Can't thank these people enough. They stayed open past closing time for me and was able to get me a used wheel and tire so I could make it back home in Georgia. They are really nice people and we're very helpful.

Surprisingly I was recommended to try this place out. I brought in some new wheels to be mounted. I was told that the lug nuts couldn t fit properly so they would have to call a machinist to fix it and that d be about $100 flat and half a days work. I set my doubts aside and trusted their word. My vehicle sat there for two days and $200 just for wheels and when I got home to inspect it, it turns out they sheared a stud off my front drivers side hub and didn t have the decency to replace it or inform me. And there is ZERO sign of any machinist work inside the wheels lug seats. Maybe the BBB can sort this out. If you re going to make something up to steal my money, at least do the job right.

Mrs. Cindy and Mr. Steve have ALWAYS done me right! Only got my tire fixed on my Foxbody today, BUT Ive been using them for YEARS when I come in and out of town.From mounting, to wheel repair, and new sets. They do it all. And, they do it well.

Steve and his team offer excellent and expedient service. I recently bought a vehicle that came with locking lug nuts that I wanted replaced with regular ones, and they had them switched out in hardly any time. The pricing was fair as well, which is always greatly appreciated.

Really terrible service. Called to ask a wheel installer, that sells after market rims, what offsets will fit my car and they didn't know how to find that info, put me on hold for ever, and then just hung up on me. What in the world? What kind of wheel shop does this... lame.

I tried this place out in hopes to support a local family business and as a young woman I felt extremely judged for not knowing EXACTLY what I wanted. I was walked passed multiple times while waiting in the store with no other customers. By the time I got a price on wheels it was over $400 more than other tire shops. I had high hopes after reading reviews and was very disappointed.

I like the owner, the customer service. The variety of wheels is amazing, and my girlfriend, Veronica is like a little kid in a candy store at The Wheel Shop. She is all about her rims, and keeping them clean. Hoping to get her those Black Scorpian's she picked out. She doesn't ask for much so I'm gonna do what it takes to get them for her. The wheel Shop is the best!

So my grandma owns a 1996 Chevy Caprice sitting on 24" chrome rims that are big enough to have a small baby to stand in. She had me to take one of her rims over to the Wheel Shop to see if they could repair a crack in the rim. Well the fellow that did the work must be a direct descendant of Odin, cause this dude fix her rim and she was back riding high and is the talk of the senior home. I will be returning again soon cause she is pretty rough on these rims and men, so I have FULL confident that Odin's GOD son will be able to keep ole grandma riding high!!! To all the folks with the complaints, I wonder did you have the same energy in person that your displaying online?

This place is great. Friendly service, and efficient in repairing chrome wheels. A difficult service to find. I had a bent 22 inch chrome wheel that was fairly new, and I was devastated. They repaired and you can't tell is was ever damaged. It looked brand new. So shout out to your mechanist : ) Keep up the great work. Thanks again from and Happy repeat customer.

My wheel had a crack in it and it was going to run me around $300 to get a replacement. I stopped by and they said they could actually weld it and they had it done by the end of day next day. Fantastic service and good people. Quick heads up though! If your tire is welded, it might mess with your tire monitor system! This doesn't have anything to do with their quality of work, it is just something that can come up. Mine won't shut up, but I'm sure I'll be able to find a quick fix for it. Thank you guys for getting that wheel fixed! The Impala can now be parked within the lines btw

In my 30 years of dealing with Rims, Tires anything to do with this matter I've NEVER seen a shop that is this professional, honest and fair I've dealt with them for over 7yrs now and WILL NOT deal with anyone else!!! Have done work on my Tires on more than one occasion where (because I bought the tires here at a steal on top of that) charged me NOTHING. Once even staying open 45mins past closing just to fix my issue and still charged me NOTHING!!! Who does that anymore??? Awesome owner Awesome service and very friendly and helpful on top of that. No way they shouldn't be 5stars

Super sweet and kind management, did an amazing job fixing my bent wheel 10-10 would recommend. ONLY issue I had was picking the truck up, I picked It up as they closed and the younger staff leaving the parking lot wasn t very professional and slung rocks and road grime all over my vehicle. Not an issue but felt it needed to be addressed!

I was traveling alone from Knoxville to Springfield, IL. A marble headstone had fallen off a truck on the interstate and unfortunately I could not avoid hitting it. It flattened the front left tire and damaged the rim extensively. I was able to get towed to The Wheel Shop. They bent over backwards to help. They found a used rim and new tire and got me back on the road. They could have very well charged me and arm and a leg knowing that I had no other alternative in getting my car fixed. I was shocked at the reasonable price I was charged. I can't thank them enough for the service they provided me. Highly recommend.

I bought a set of wheels from The Wheel Shop and had them installed on my truck. Last weekend, I realized they broke every single lug nuts & not able to take the wheel off of the truck. I called to see if they would fix the issue on Monday. The owner told me to come by anytime & would make it right. I told him we d be coming Thursday afternoon. Drove over an hour to get there & they told me to come back another day or leave our truck for the day. I gave them a head of time when we d be there and drove over an hour to their shop. They wasted my time & money. So, now I have to find somewhere else who would fix their mistake and add more money to get this fixed.

These folks are wonderful. Great to work with, friendly, and they do great work. I wouldn't go anywhere else.They are really busy all the time and going there is much better than calling, but it's worth the wait. And they will deal fairly if a trade is involved. Other places will try and rob you blind, but honesty and fairness rate highly with me and this is where you can go for your tire and wheel needs.

Super polite. I had a blow out during a road trip. They had a lot of work on the schedule so they couldn't work me in. But, they actually called around to other used tire shops and found one that could work me in. They gave me directions to that shop and I was able to get my tire replaced. So, they didn't actually fix my car, but they went above and beyond to make sure I was able to get back on the road. Super thankful.

I visited the wheel shop to get an alignment done on my truck. The tell you they do the service but really they have an outside vendor do the service. No biggie, so I paid for the service and took the vehicle to their vendor only to find out that they charged me double what the vendors price was. I understand the profit game but double??? I will never do any business with the wheel shop again!!!

We needed two rims for my sons car. We were given a great price. Unfortunately we got the incorrect size; but The Wheel Shop swapped them out. After that, we discovered that one of the rims were 1/2 off. They didn t have the right size in a refurbished; but they had us a great price on a new one. Thank you Steve and your staff for being so patient and amazing to us!
