They were a life saver. I needed to have some 37s mounted and everyone else in town wanted over $200 I went there and got it done quickly for $125!!!! They were nice and professional and the best price in town. They even torqued them to the factory settings. Can t say enough about themGo there and save some money!!!!

Got some tires and rims from here for my civic. Super friendly people and got me in and out fairly quickly. Prices were very reasonable as well

I went in on a Monday to ask for prices on some tires for my truck. I was given a price and deceided on Tuesday to order them. I went in and ordered the tires. Before paying for them I asked if they offered a military discount to which she said yes, that will save you the taxes. She started to charge me the full price that I had been quoted the day before. I had to tell her 3 times that that was not a discount before she finally gave me the discount.She told me that the tires would be in either Thursday or Friday. I said that I would be back the following Tuesday so don't even bother calling me when they come in.I went in the following Tuesday only to find out that the tires were not in. Not a big deal, but she showed me on her copy of the receipt where she had written Thursday. Seeing how the receipts were the carbon copy type, mine didn't have that info on it. I told here that I would be back on Thursday.I went back on Thursday and handed her my keys. An hour or so later she told me that my truck was ready. I went outside to find that they had put the wrong tires on. I pointed thjis out to her and she said that my tires hadn't come in and that she had put on a more expensive set than what I ordered. I was pissed off but I went with it, until I got about a block away from their shop. My truck was pulling to the left ready badly. The pressures in the tires were as much as 5 pounds different from each other according to my dash.I figured that that was the last straw and went back to get my original tires put back on. I would have been pissed off if she had once again told me that the tires hadn't come in, but I was even more pissed off becasue I had to waste a couple of hours going through what I did. I had ordered tires for traction in rough terrain, not street tires.After reading a lot of reveiws about this business I decided to write one of my own after thinking it over for a week. And like some of the other bad reviews that I read, yes they do ignore the phone when it rings.

Ordered tires on October 4th and was to have them put on October 7th but the tires was never there. Waited til the following week was told they got shipped to East Tennessee. Then the net week no answer about them. So I went else where to get 4 new tires and 2 wiper blades in one shot. I will no longer use Tennessee Tire.

Found these guys had a set of used BMW wheels and called them up to see if they were available before driving out there, they confirmed they were still available. Drove out and saw the wheels looked nice and were what I was wanting, Guys worked with me on the price and I purchased them. Super friendly, they even helped load them up. Definitely would go back if I need anything else tire related. Good small town service! A+

I cannot express how elated I am with Tennessee tire. I ve been coming here for years and they always do superb work. I highly recommend this place to everyone. This is the best place ever Miss Brooke in the front is the best the guys they have working in the back are absolutely the best knowledgeable and quick.

Best price tires in town and friendly and helpful staff after searching all over town were no other tire shop could help I finally found Tennessee tire were there staff was excellent in helping me find a used tire I could afford they changed one tire and plugged the other one in no time at all. The prices are great too only paid $40 for a used tire installed. Everywhere else in town wanted $60 to $80 a used tire. They even played with my kids and gave them snacks while we waited . Thanks Tennessee Tire we will be your customer for life !!

They changed my tires but lost my center cap to my rim. It s not a big deal but when i asked the manager about it she said it happens and didn t bother to offer to fix it or at-least apologize.

Great place! Cheaper than Walmart, and they were able to get my tires ordered and installed within one day. Installation only took about 45 minutes and everyone was really nice.Update: second time coming here. Showed up with my tire leaking air because of a bolt in it. They got it fixed really quick for cheap. Can't say enough about how awesome this place is!

TN TIRE is a fraudulent company. SCAM!! BROOKE and ROBERT are employees there. DO NOT believe their reviews!! They not only don t answer the phone EVER, but I pre paid for tires and rims a month ago and still have not had them installed. The company doesn t answer the phone to schedule an appointment time, yet they were definetly willing to take my money!!! Also, notice their rude replies to customers who don t give them the review they want!

So I came in looking for wheels and tires for my ram. They got me a good deal on a set. Great customer service. I had issues with the tires making my truck shake. Came in they worked with me figured out three of the tires were out of round from the manufacturer. Didn t hesitate to get me a completely different set and instead the next day. These people are excellent and very friendly! Defiantly stop and see what they have to offer!

I come into the lobby and wait about 5mins, then another customer comes in. A couple more minutes goes by another customer comes in, couple more mins then another customer comes in. so we're finally all standing around looking at each other dumbfounded, so I just go into the door that says employees only and say hey is there anybody working today?? Then after all that waiting come to find out my U-Haul reservation was rented out to someone else so I had to find another location across town to go get a truck. She didn't even take the time to help me find another truck I had to call on my own, she just moved on to the next customer. Real great service at this place.

These guys were awesome! Got my tires rotated and 2 new ones mounted. Also discovered they do oil changes, so I had that done as well. I was in an out in less than and hour. Great customer service, friendly employees.

I had an emergency on the way to work some big piece of vinyl siding was in my tire. They got me in and out in no time and I was only 30 min late to work! Very affordable patch job as well these guys saved the day for sure!

These are some solid folks. Figured out what was wrong with my vehicle in just about 10 min. They were able to get me fixed up with 2 new tires same day. Had them mounted balanced and rotated in about a half hour. Top notch, no nonsense service. This is where I'm taking my vehicle now.

I ve been to these guys 4 times now and every time I call or walk in they have the best customer service! Their work is excellent and very reasonably priced. For small jobs on my truck other places around town quote me ridiculous amounts, Tennessee Tire gives me the price on the phone and it is that price when the work is completed. If the end price varies due to some extra work, it s never extreme, maybe a few extra dollars. These guys are top notch and I will continue to bring my business to them for rims,tires, and all my routine maintenance on my chevy2500.

Absolutely the worst customer service. Ordered rims on a Tuesday arrived the following week then had to wait 3 more days for appointment at 8:30 ending up finishing at 12 pm. Long story short had to bring car back because my car started shaking they never did a balance of the wheels. The mechanic seemed annoyed he had to fix the issue. Nevertheless I will not come here again nor refer to anyone. Please consider going elsewhere!

They are honest to god good people that actually care about your safety and well being which is rare to find nowadays. They don't sugar coat or cut corners and always have fair prices. If it wasn't for them I would still be driving a death trap. They are very flexible and will try to fix whatever is wrong that day and are very friendly. I would recommend that people come here if they wanted yo be treated with respect care and like human beings and know that your vehicle is taken care of.

Tennessee tire has earned my business and any other i can send their way. Jake is a good guy to deal with and extremely customer service oriented, everyone that works there is. He ordered wheels for my Titan and when they came in weren't the offset I had been expecting. He was very quick to let me know that and did everything he could to remedy the situation. He got the wheels and tires I wanted that day and stayed until 8 that night to install them. I couldn't have asked for more. I like the fact that I can give my business to a veteran and appreciate his service both now and then. Thanks! I hope your business continues to grow and wish you all the best of luck.

They mounted the tires when I got home noticed two of my center caps looked weird soon as I touched them they fell off. All the clips were broke off. I understand things like that happened but honesty would have been nice

I had gotten a nail in my tire. I have a Jeep Wrangler with tires that have thick tread so I wasn t sure if the tire was leaking air or if the nail hadn t even touched the tire. I called/went too 6 other places & they were either booked for hours, wouldn t work on 35s or wouldn t even bother to look at my tire. (I have a spare that s already balanced so i really just needed it either plugged or my tire changed & the spare put on) I called Tennessee Tire & he told me he could get me in right away. They took the nail out of the tire & luckily it was a very small nail & was only in my tread. Staff was super nice & helpful. I will be coming here from now on for any tire problems or anything else tire related.

Had great experiences at this place. The staff really do care and take good care of you. When I recently visited, I had the opportunity to speak with Daniel, the manager on some issues I am having with my car. He identified what was wrong and he told me he would get back with me on the solution to the problem within 2 days. The turnaround on your specific problem is very fast and efficient. Thanks

I purchased to get my tires mounted And balanced at 11:03 and I m just now getting out at 2:55. They closed at 2. Better be prepared to wait.

I ordered 22x12 wheels and tires, gave all my info on my vehicle. Received the wheels and tires super fast. they are the wrong bolt pattern. 6 lugs that need to be 8 lugs. when confronted about it I was told by the owner that the only thing he could do was order adapters. Nothing about helping me get the correct wheels.
