My experience with Service King after my accident left much to be desired. I brought my Jeep to their facility, hoping for a seamless repair process. Unfortunately, it turned into a frustrating ordeal. It took three return trips for them to resolve an issue with my A/C, which was caused by an upside-down part.To make matters worse, each time I used the A/C, it triggered problems with the fan meant to cool my engine, resulting in my car overheating. What was truly disappointing was the lack of accountability or any offer to make amends for the inconveniences caused by their mistake. Instead, I received my keys and was sent on my way without any acknowledgment of the issues I faced. A disappointing experience that could have been handled more professionally.

I had a car accident last saturday could not come sunday because they were closed and my job makes me work 6 days a week for 12 hours straight. Service Body called me Wednesday Afternoon at the last minute instead of Monday Morning to call and tell me that I need authorization to work on my car. It has been sitting in the parking lot for 4 days. Somebody can easily grab my belongings. They lied and told me they can fix my tire by taking to discount tire for free. I get a text from my adjuster saying they cannot do it and it would charge $163 for ONE TIRE. I will never come to this place again.

Unfortunately, I had a bad experience this time around with this establishment. They communicated with me well throughout my process. However, when I went to pick up my vehicle, three service lights were on, and my steering wheel was moving to the left. It was so bad I just turned around and told them I can not accept my vehicle in that condition. The following Monday my vehicle was ready and I was told they did an alignment and put it on the machine to correct the service lights issue.I have had my vehicle serviced on Fort Campbell Blvd and they did an amazing job. It's why I came back. I just feel giving a customer their vehicle driving in that manner with 3 service lights on is unacceptable and pose a serious safety issue. I was not pleased with the work. The people were respectful and nice which is why I gave them two stars.

Excellent service, they left my vehicle immaculate, I remember that I told them that they left it as if it had just been taken from the dealer and that's how it was. They kept me informed daily by text messages of the process in which my car was going. and they delivered it super fast. I would like you to paint my other vehicle. Five stars for being screwed over! These people let my car get stolen last week. It would ve been better if my car was left in a lot unattended, but you mean to tell me it was stolen from inside the garage? Definitely an inside job, I don t believe in coincidences. How am I supposed to trust that my car will be fixed in the 3 week timeframe given, if you your employees aren t even professional enough to prohibit theft. Oh & check this out, it happened during the day on a Saturday when this place is open.If this review gets deleted, I will continue to make other accounts & repost because what you all have done to me isn t right, & people NEED to KNOW about this.

After my car accident and my car got towed to their facility, I got an update almost everyday on my car. They made my car look brand new and finished a week earlier than expected. Recommend 100%.

In my original review I gave them 5 stars, but It showed up as 1 star at Service King. The were great and took good care of me, but I did mention that I had to pay for 1 day of car rental out of pocket because of delays complicated by the pandemic. The manager (Garret)called me a couple of hours later to solve any issues I had. He was very professional and very sincere and quickly resolved my issues with no delay. I would recommend the Service King on Wilma Rudolph blvd in a heartbeat to my family and friends. I hope the manager sees this review. Thanks for the great service!

Service King was very professional and the work done on my vehicle was flawless. I can t see the damage! They kept me aware of the process with frequent texts updates and my vehicle was ready days before they originally promised. After being hit and ran off the road by a semi truck my insurance company suggested getting the repairs done here. The work and quality of service they provided was amazing. Excellent communication throughout the entire process. My car was ready ahead of the actual date they gave me! I am grateful to have my car back looking good as new!Services: Painting, Body & Trim

I took my car in for repairs and after about 4 weeks got my car back with more damage. I understand parts are backed up but I kept getting told it should be done by a certain day and it didn't. I go to pick up my car when it's ready and my window has damage where something clearly ricocheted off the window and the chrome piece on the inside by the door handle is damaged, as well as something all on the driver side that wouldn't come off even whwn i washed it. I had to take it back for them to partially clean it off. I still haven't been contacted as to when they will fix the damage they caused. I've had work done here before and it was ok, but moving forward I won't EVER use this place for repairs.Service: Body & Trim

Got into a fender bender in March. Dropped off my car to fix a bumper and windshield washer reservoir on 20 April. Was told originally my car would be complete on 20 May and that "they give these really far out estimates for Ford because sometimes we have trouble getting parts." Fine. Call on the 20th and get told it isn't ready but it is in paint. Told me it would be done the 25th. Ask them to please rush it because I am going out of town the 25th and would need my car. They agreed to have it complete on the 24th. Call them back on the 24th of May and they said they had just moved it into paint and that it wouldn't be ready until Tuesday the 31st, and they have no record of someone telling me they would complete it by the 24th. So not only have they had my car for over a month for a BUMPER but they were not truthful as to where in the process my car was and have failed to meet expectations I was told they would meet. I have had to get a rental out of pocket and have had to extend this rental 3 times now due to them. Completely unsatisfied with the speed of repairs and their inability to give realistic and truthful updates. I know they do good work, as I have used them before, but I doubt after this experience I will be doing any further business with them.

1st I didn't have a choice as to where my vehicle was sent.2nd it took forever for them to even start my vehicle (a week)3rd I've heard 3 separate time frames as to when my vehicle would be completedThey've had my vehicle since the beginning of March, I was told 6 weeks due to tear downs and parts. Okay that's fine then. When I called for an update I was informed that that person was completely wrong and that it would be another 2 4 weeks. Don't have a choice so I waited, called after 4 weeks was informed again that it would be another 2-4weeks due to it still being in body. I was told last time that it was in body, I was curious so I sent my wife by and she sent me a picture of it sitting in the same place it was 2 weeks before that. So I was lied to and they just keep dragging out my vehicle.

Original quote was told 3 days.That got pushed to 2-3 weeksThat got pushed to 4 weeksNow that date has been pushed out as well!I m a mother stuck without a vehicle with no hopes of getting mine back anytime soon. The overall outcome was great! Communication was helpful, I do hate that I received different answers about the completion date. I was informed by text it wouldn t be completed until the 22nd of April, nine days after dropping it off. If that was the case I should have been notified by phone not by an automated text. To me that was a bit of a shock and would have preferred to have been told by a person.Service: Painting

Wow is all I can say. The very best customer experience I ve had in a really long time. Everything was simple from the very beginning. They kept me updated through text on the progress of the repair. I received my car back a couple of days before expected and they even took the time to vacuum the interior for me. Thanks guys for a job well done! Will definitely be recommending to local friends and family

I went to get my car after it was a week late. My husband had to call them before they waited until too late for me to get a ride to pick up my car and then one of the parts doesn't even work now I will have to take it back tomorrow. I have used service king in the past for accident repairs on this car and this is the first time I will have to take the car back this is also the first time using this location. So I believe this location needs work because now how do I know if anything else is not correct till my car ends up on the side of the road. I will be there tomorrow with it and if anything else on the list of things you "fixed" goes bad I will see you in court.

Hands down the best body shop in Clarksville! Service King made sure I was well taken care of and well informed through the whole process... they even payed out of pocket for parts that my insurance failed to take care of. Shout out to Clint and the rest of the staff for making me a happy customer. They have my business for life and I will be recommending to all friends and family.

They got my vehicle and in 5 days they put de it brand new again. The detail of the work they did is outstanding and the color match like new! The staff is very friendly and courteous. Definitely one of the best collision centers around town!

Excellent service, I took my car in for repairs and the customer service was great. They sent updated about the process of my car. They do excellent work and keep you informed of every step in the process of getting your vehicle back. Staff is very friendly and accomdating. My insurance company recommended them and Enterprise was there with my rental.

Wife's car was tapped ever so lightly and ended up being repaired here. They were able to repair her car in a day and they did more work than was required to be done by insurance. Had my car their for over a month.They also kept changing the dates constantly of when my car would be done. They estimated 2 weeks for my car to be done. I understand things happen but my biggest complaint is the manager and the front desk and their attitude! The costumer service stunk, the front desk person was rude and so was the manager, the front desk said they would call me back the same day and after 30 minutes i had to call her back again to check on my status of my car. The front desk person caught an attitude because i was frustrated with how long my car was their, and the manager was just as bad and caught an attitude with me. Made me feel like he wasn't concerned on how long my car was their!

They are not very good with communication. Fixing my husbands car took 3 months. We called multiple times and was even told they lost our vehicle. They said the car was moved to Nashville because they didn't have time to work on it, but it was just down the street from them on a different lot. I had to call two different Service Kings to find our car. My husband went by to see the car, to make sure they actually had it, the man at the counter refused to let him see it. When the work was completed the company said they'd been calling us for two weeks to pick it up, but no one called us. We tried to speak to Donnie (the one in charge of our repairs) multiple times and was told he was on a 2 hour lunch, or he was in the back eating a sandwich, or he was on vacation until the new year. We won't be using this business again.

They put my windshield wipers on backwards causing them to brake and didn t put a part on something pertaining to my wheel. I had to take my car to Honda immediately after picking it up for them to fix the repairs that they screwed up. They also gave me a couple different dates that my car was supposed to be finished and that was inaccurate.

We had a good experience here after a car rear-ended our truck, destroying the bumper, tailgate, and a unique decal on the side panel. Geico sent us here where they have an adjuster right there, on the spot, as well as a selection of Enterprise rental cars.I had an early morning appointment at 7:30am. Usually people are late and not ready with early morning appointments, but Service King was on the ball. I was able to go over the truck with them and get into my rental car within twenty minutes.Service King took care of us, reassured us with text message updates and personal phone calls on the state of our truck, and they made an unpleasant situation smooth and quick. Our truck looks beautiful and is better than before the wreck! Though I never want to go to Service King because of another wreck, I would recommend them to anyone in that situation.

We had a wonderful experience at this service king from beginning to end. I was scared to go initially because of other bad reviews, but they did an excellent job. They kept us informed, were very professional and did a great job fixing our van. I would recommend this shop to others.

Service king took care of my Honda Odyssey with professionalism. They finish the labor even before time. They work the extra mile on my Odyssey when they vacuumed my van. I had a car fixed here about 2 yrs ago and was very happy with the work, so when my truck door was dented I went back. I walked into the office to ask if I could get an estimate. The "customer service" lady at the counter handed me a card with a phone number and said..."we have plenty of staff to do that, but you have to have and appointment"...What??...I looked at the card, pitched it back to her and walked out. I drove 2 more miles to Prices Collision and got the estimate in 2 mins. Not sure who the genius was that came up with this business model, but if you can't help a walk in customer with staff just standing around, then most likely you will fail. I will never go back.
