I was quoted "950 out the door" and somehow when it was all said and done I was charged $1,184. The wheels aren't the proper offset, my back tires rub, I asked for a test fit before installation and was assured "it will be fine". Now my money is gone, I'm stuck with wheels and tires that don't properly fit, they didn't set my TPS sensors so I can't even check my tire pressure, and all they could do to make the situation better is tell me "I know a guy that can roll your fenders for cheap." No, I don't want to spend EVEN MORE money to fix a situation that shouldn't have happened in the first place and already cost me $200 more than I was quoted. At least the staff were friendly while they bent me over.

Absolute worst service i have EVER seen as far as wheels go. Don't take your car to this place. You'll wind up with wheels that don't fit after you've been told that they were test fitted (a situation they caused which they will then refuse to make right). They are extremely unprofessional and didn't even reset the tpms sensors so on top of EVERYTHING ELSE you'll have to take it back into them to get it done properly or go somewhere else. Which, as you guessed it, will cost more money. Save yourself the time, hassle and a bit for your wallet, go somewhere else.

Great customer service and very friendly!I've known both Andrews for the past 6 or so years and they have been a really good help the past 5 years going back and forth for tire installations.

Reagan, Andrew, and Nate were the absolute best! I came in late needing new tires and rims asap and they stayed past closing to help me out! Super easy, professional, and fast process. I HIGHLY recommend purchasing from Rimtyme!

Rimtyme is a good place they treat u well and do very good work and i had bought 1 set of rims and now i just got another set with tires and tires for my wifes car I definitely recommend rimtyme to anyone i know

They were amazing got me in and out quick! They were the cheapest in town and they were the quickest! Walmart told me 3.5 hours for a mount and balance, RimTyme is the place to go.

I took a set of wheels from one of our vehicles and a set of tires that I had purchased elsewhere (which is usually frowned upon) to get installed. The customer service was great and our wheels and tires were taken care of without a scratch. It s nice to have folks that takes care of our stuff like we do.

Great team and a great place. It was great when my wife picked out a set of rims for her truck, and within about 10 minutes got told that the rims she picked out was going to scrape the calipers so they gave her another choice to the next best set of rims they had available. That told me they was not just going to screw her over on anything and be straight up honest with the customers. Dylan is amazing person to handle anything you need. Thank you.....

Awesome group of employees.Tires are a little pricey but the Rims you cant beat. Fortunately enough you can bring your own tires and they will hook you up. They are extremely patient. I was literally back and forth all day today. Where most people would have been agrivated they remained professional. I have two more vehicles that I will be taking to them for Rims in the near future

Not what I expected, at all.Had to a tire issue and couldn't get it fixed because of work. I had my wife bring it to get checked out, and she did. Then, she brought it to RimTyme to have the tires rotated because they were highly recommended. Not to mention, I trusted them as well due to their name coming up rather frequently. They did do the tire rotation, but they sheered off a bolt in the process. Instead of accepting responsibility, they insisted it wasn't them. So we went back to the previous place where we had it inspected, and they assured us they never removed the wheel and showed us footage. I am extremely disappointed and will never buy from them or recommend anyone.

Just started my contract with these guy and they were amazing! Super easy process and got me rolling for $30 a week for new tires! Dakota got me set up super quick and found a good tire in my price range! Definitely appreciate the help man!

These guys are awesome. I kInda knew what i wanted for tires but wanted go go a little bigger. They showed me options and prices. We talked rims and upgrades while they took care of my truck. 100% recommend coming here if you re looking for either a quick fix or new tire and wheels! No pressure to buy what you dont need. Dakota helped me out a lot. Definitely coming back for new rims in the near future!

If I could give this place zero I would. They tell you on the phone that you need to bring all your information in and they'll put you on the house financing. You drive all the way there and you pay the money. Then they call you back or text you and let you know that the supervisor doesn't want to finance the tires that you need. So you asked if there's any other tires that they have that they would finance. But you getting no response. So you ask if they're going to send your money back and they say yes. So I don't believe this place is all into really selling tires like like they say. So if it was me I don't believe I'd be going there. But that's okay. I found some tires and don't need them.

First I have to say I didn't know what to expect being a woman going in there, to my surprise Anthony made everything so easy and well to do manageable that I understand everything from payment options to the picking of the rims! He basically saved me from stressing out! Answered all my questions! If I had any problems to let him and his team know! It was awesome

The place is nice and clean. They do have a nice selection of wheels but they're mostly for cars. I was looking for some off-road wheels and tires for my truck and they had a few wheels in stock but nothing I liked. I had some ordered after about two weeks of researching and comparing numbers. Within that time they were patient with me and not pushy at all. They are flexible and easy to work with. They're pretty good about following up without trying to sound like they need an answer immediately. I would go there again.

Big shout out to the whole crew and crew from the Madison, TN location. I was at the fundraising event today, for foster children in our community, when I messed up my tire and the manager didn t hesitate to replace my tire at no charge in light of the event!! I didn t ask but they sure did step up and show nothing but excellence. Would highly recommend. Great customer service from the parking lot to finish. Not to mention it was 90 degrees!! Thank you, so much. I will be back for my next set of tires.

The gentlemen at rimtyme are so compassionate and generous. They take the time to go above and beyond to ensure you get the services you need. The most selfless and respecting company I ve crossed. I recently bought a set of wheels for my truck here. The atmosphere was great, and they weren t pushy. I had a very particular style, size, offset, and center bore size I needed. It took some time to find, but Stephanie was such a great help! She searched and searched until she found EXACTLY what I wanted. I couldn t be more happier with my purchase, and they look great on my truck! When I m ready for a set of wheels on my car, I will most definitely come here and see Stephanie. I know she ll provide the same great service as the first time!

Got grandma some new rubber install on grandma s slab and boy them thang is clean.She wanted to put some 26s on the ole MuleDawg, but I convinced her to go with 22s but offset She was happier than a pig in cool mud when I installed them the guys at the shop were nice also.

The guys at rimtyme was so great. Got my truck in right away and set me up with some nice rims and even put my tires I bought elsewhere because of needing snow tires. I highly recommend there service to everyone.

Got wheels through here and refused to put them on claimed it was a lug nut issue stripped I had to take them to another shop in Clarksville and pay 250 plus tax to have them installed. The place that helped me said it was no reason why rimtyme should have not installed v the wheels I purchased through them it s ridiculous I will never go back there

Rimtyme offers a great payment plan that works with when I get paid! They actually install the wheels, the tires, AND the hub rings unlike my experience at other wheel shops in town Anthony and Bryan both were super cool about finding me a set of wheels that fit the style I m going for and it was a super fast process. Definitely recommend!

So let me say this! Anthony and Bradly went over and beyond for me to get rims and tires today. They are short staffed but still managed to fit me in and found the perfect rims and accessories that I wanted. Big shout out to their staff. Great job guys! I ll post pictures from the car show.
