Great place to go if you re a female!!! I ve had many experiences with auto stores and this one was the best and most helpful!! I didn t catch the guys name who not only tested my car battery but he ran a engine light test and tested the alternator. He was able to determine that it was in fact the battery that wasn t holding a charge. He was also able to find a battery to fit my car and he even put installed it for me!!! The service was around $210. My car is up and running like new now. Thank you for the great customer service that was given. Having car trouble is not on anybodies happy list but with great people like at this store it sure makes it a lot easier. Thank you for all the help and may the lord bless you for your kindness and grace you showed today.

Great service. Brake light was out - stopped there to get it fixed and cleaned the dirt around the cover in no time. Great staff and employees as well. They also checked all my fluids for me to make sure they re not low! Definitely recommend if you re in the area

Donna the manager knows more than most mechanics ! Help me find parts for a 67 Cadillac 472 . Best experience I've ever had in any parts store every time she is there... now the rest of O'Reilly's employees do a good job but Donna does a five-star job no matter how small the part or how many parts and you know you always got the right stuff !! I do believe she deserves a raise for sure !!

Friendly environment and the folks here know their stuff. If one doesn't have the answer the other does. The experience they bring from their home lives to their professional lives is an incredible merger. Like radio shack, you've got questions, they've got answers. The store is paid out simple enough to navigate and the product knowledge the team members have is above exceptional.

The customer service here is great! Matt and Anna were very helpful, nice and knowledgeable. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for an auto parts store where the workers actually care and will go out of their way to help you.

These folks are top notch. I have had trouble w an old truck and new battery. They advised me of the options and THEN came to my truck to fix it! They hung in there w me FAR LONGER than I expected. I WILL go back to get whatever my cars need and I can actually fix. These folks will no doubt be there when I need them.

I came in Saturday around 3pm. There was 4 customers in the store but there was enough workers to help everyone without having to wait, also the young man who helped me was very patient with me i was carrying a napping toddler and had to keep calling my husband because I didn't know the specifics of what I was looking for. He also asked the right questions so I didn't bring home the wrong thing. He even carried what i needed to the register for me.

Prices are fair and competitive with other parts stores. Staff goes beyond their job description by helping with issues I couldn't get another part store to do. They replaced my tail lights and refused to take a tip. Staff are always friendly and helpful.

Great service. Only O'Reilly's that has ever ask me if I was prior military and gave me my military discount without me having to ask for it. I wish I could remember the gentleman's name that waited on me. He was a older gentleman, short with grey hair. O'Reilly's in Clarksville Tn should give him a generous raise and appreciate him for his work.

I had a problem getting my wheel bearing out. Rj and Anna were outstanding with their customer service. Rj took the time to help my husband for over an hour to get the bearing out and new one put in. I have always used Auto Zone for my purchases but now O'Reilly's will be my go to. Rj and Anna are amazing at their jobs and super patient. THEY DESERVE A RAISE haha

I haven't ever been here but this app insists that I have so here we go. I can only guess from the name that it is a fantastic place as it is Irish. It is common knowledge that the Irish are superior geniuses and it would apply to auto parts as well. The prices are fair and the employees a pure joy to be around. I can honestly say that this bussiness is the best in all the land and we should all shop there frequently.

Charley, Lee, Tonya, and the team at my local O'Reilly Auto Parts store are consistently friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. I frequent this location every few weeks for fluids, filters, and car wash/detail products. I highly recommend this store!

I have been to this store a few times, & every time I go the customer service is beyond great! Eddie was so awesome and helped me change all my taillights, & he could have just helped me buy them and send me on my way. I personally don t know much about cars & I love that this location is more than glad to help!

The one on Madison where really helpful. They helped me get my hood open, make sure my battery was changed properly, like I said super helpful.

Great customer service! Bought the wrong part, accidentally broke it, and they replaced it with the correct part for free.Then they showed me how to put the part on properly.

Last night I found I had a headlight out. I knew it would be a pain in the a$$ to replace it and that I could not do it myself. My hope was somebody who worked there would change it out for me. I first went to Advance Auto. They had no problem selling me the light but they couldn't change it out for liability reasons. They recommended O'Reilly's, which was right next door. Many props to Lee and Jeff at O'Reilly's!! Both men were very polite, courteous and helpful. They had no problem changing out the light, even in this bitter cold. They even seemed happy to do it! From now on, O'Reilly's will be getting my business! Thanks again, Lee and Jeff!

I have been stranded since 11a. I called auto zone on riverwood in clarksville described what i needed and the lady said there was no way for her to pull up that fuse on site which i did pull up online before i called them. I called O'Reilly described the same fuse and the lady that answered knew exactly what i was looking for. This is why i always purchase from O'Reilly. I love this store.

O Reilly s in general is probably fine. However this location (Madison St) was a disaster. Customer service was awful. I was told the items I needed were in stock only to arrive and find that no, they were not.

O'Reilly is Irish. I am of Irish heritage. Why would I go anywhere else. Always friendly knowledgeable and give 10% disco u no to military. Active and Veterans.

Good parts store. Most daily stuff is there, or they can get it in hours to a few days. Helpful, tools loan program available.
