I had a disappointing experience at the neighboring AutoZone, where I was met with rudeness. In contrast, my visit to O'Reilly's was a breath of fresh air. Kat provided exceptional service, efficiently locating the necessary part for my headlight and assisting with its replacement. She also identified and addressed a melted plug, sourcing the required part and recommending mechanics to resolve the issue. I am thoroughly impressed with the service I received from Kat and her colleague, who were both exceedingly kind and helpful. O'Reilly's has set a high standard for customer satisfaction.

This store is awesome. Lost the waterpump on my tow truck leaving me stranded in a parking lot 80 miles from home. They went above and beyond to quickly get the pump and coolant to me quickly so i could get back on the road

HELP.....Don't understand...I call the store on Ft Campbell Boulevard. In Clarksville Tennessee. And ask for a price on a water pump for my pickup, and was told that the only one they had was $96.00. I didn't ask him if there was another O'Reilly's in town here that had more options....... He tells me that every one that is available in town shows up on his screen, and they were all linked together so that is the only one that they had available in the entire. I then said thank you and hung up and called the other store across town, and you guessed it, they had two other water pumps available. The gentleman told me that they had one for $59.00 with a one year warranty. Then they had another one for $69.09 that had a lifetime warranty. So I asked the guy, if he was sure that they had those two in stock. His response was yes. Then I asked him, when I call you and ask you that and it pops up on your screen does it show you all the other stores in town and have it. His response was know he had to go to another screen to find that out. So that tells me, the guy I had talked to, on Fort Campbell boulevard...... Simply lied to me. Well I didn't think quite that at this moment. But it was confirmed when I called back the store on Fort Campbell Boulevard to tell them about the error in the system...... I simply got no answer. Nobody would answer the phone it would ring a couple times and they would hang up. Three three times. But like I started this out by saying.... I just don't understand it doesn't make any sense for the guy to not tell me or look up another store to see if they had more options so if it wasn't for me calling your Riverside store...... There would have been no chance at all of me getting a water pump from you tonight. Or if I was broke down on the side of the road and needed one and walked in there he would have told me the only one they had was $96. Well I tell you what...... Them guys at Napa would have delivered it. Especially if I was broke down. But, since that is the way O'Reilly's operates nowadays...... I think I'll choose advanced Auto for my water pump purchase, seeing how they are $2 cheaper but not only that if I order pick up online I save 20%. That wasn't an option with O'Reilly's..

This is my favorite auto parts store in Clarksville. The staff is great. Give it a shot, you won't be disappointed.

This was the 3rd business I had visited this evening trying to get the necessary items for my car to get tuned up because I have to drive across the country in 2 days . these two gentlemen went above and beyond to make sure that I could get what I needed within my budget and they got me higher quality products than I would have grabbed for myself! O'reilly's did a very smart thing hiring them!

A bunch of liars I had called at 1pm in the afternoon to get a part they said it will be at the store at 4:30 pm never arrived and I had called the store immediately hung up on me and the person that answers was the manager unprofessional.

The floors were shiny!!!! Very well organized. I was greeted as soon as I stepped into the store. Parts specialist were friendly and busy at work unpacking parts, putting away merchandise. Very great experience.

Manuel and Thomas are outstanding guys! Very friendly, professional, and they went the extra mile just to change out my battery right before they were closing. Really needed that done for an important trip early the next day, and I appreciate that they were willing to help me out. Fantastic job!

They really are great here. Every time I go in they go that extra step to get you exactly what you need while looking out for your interests. It's the reason I've stopped going to the other auto parts stores and seek out O'Reilly's specifically. Good job guys.

They are stocked with most parts you need and tools.Great staff.One of the young ladies there did my diagnosis.Also priced me the parts to fix it.Bought a battery for my Nissan.Good prices..

Bought new wipers and they installed them. But left the old ones on my roof. I pulled off driving down the road til they fell off. But still i got great customer service from here.

Horrible customer service! The rudest store in Clarksville. I literally stopped doing business with oreilly's because of this store. I have filed numerous complaints but nothing changes. They just do what they want. They have lost tens of thousands worth of dollars from my business and AutoZone won me over just being courteous and decent

Picked up a rear hub bearing assembly with ABS ring for a 2008 Eclipse. I called around to some of the other big name parts stores, but O'Reilly's was the only one with the parts on hand. So five stars it is for the only automotive part's store with the parts I needed. I have no problem recommending this location/chain to anyone. But if you can wait on shipping they will deliver your order right to your door step.Thanks, Chad

This store does not answer the phone. Only thing that keeps me going back is Richard in commercial accounts . He is very knowledgeable and always answers even when he has 4 lines on hold . . 5 stars for Richard only. The rest needs improvement
