I'm not loyal to brands, I'm loyal to a business that gives great and knowledgeable service. This one has yet to disappoint me. A great selection, great people. I will continue to go here when I need something for whatever maintenance I'm doing on my car.

The salesman was so sweet. I called b4 I went with several questions. Once I got there I I couldn't even take my old windshield wipers off of my car. (I need to order new ar.s for my car) the gentleman came outside and put them on for me. Made me feelike i was back home. Would definitely recommend this establishment. They know their stuff and are very helpful. If they can't get you the part they will point you in the right direction.

I have been in the automotive industry for 14 years now. We worked very close with Kristie in Commercial until she moved to another location. We have been working with Tonya for many years now. Highly recommend this store!!! Thank you for all your help!

Bunch of self centered Lil brats, as a customer I should not be hearing them complaining about overtime, and questioning the schedule on why they are being put on the schedule, this happened at 1810 on 05/31/2023. Two females and one male on duty at the time.

I got there at 8:15pm, my headlight had gone out. I walked in, Richard helped me figure out all the details and led to to the light bulbs I needed, gave me the space to make my decision, and then helped me install it so I didn t have to bumble around trying to figure it out! I was out by 8:30pm! Thank you again Richard- fantastic customer service!

The staff at this O'Reilly Auto Parts location are very helpful and resourceful. I highly recommend this auto parts store. Thank you again!I would like to update as of 11 June 2021, Richard who is one of the employees of this Orielly's Auto Parts was extremely helpful and knowledgeable with replacing brake rotors/pads. Thank you again for your knowledge and allowing me the tools/opportunity to repair it on my own! Really appreciate this location!

If you have an issues they can get tonthe bottom of it. They will make sure you are okay. Great people, i dont know who the manager was, but someone got it right! Clean, good service, calls to other store to get a part, treats you like the only customer in the store even when they are backed up!

Needed Shudder-Fix for our 2002 Town And Country.The staff was helpful, professional, and genuinely there to improve the O'Reilly experience.The southern side exit from the parking lot is in serious need of repair.

Good store to buy parts from but the manager DJ has an attitude and needs to be retrained on company policy regarding warranty and used parts. The other store was very helpful and gave me my refund without attitude. This store lost a customer because of that.

Always have a good experience at O'Reilly's, I usually don't use this one but it was the only one left to carry what I needed. Friendly staff and clean, organized store!!

Best prices for parts other than online ordering. Friendly staff but know what your looking for, some of the staff is less knowledgeable than others on parts and you can end up with the wrong part. Otherwise, thumbs up!

Service needs improvement. Manager sits on the computer in the back rather than help people who need assistance from the ONE person working the counter. Happened the last three times I went to this location

As an avid O Reillys customer it disgusts me to over hear one your employees talking about and supporting the Swastika (Nazi Flag). While making my purchase Sunday afternoon (2:30 5/5). I see and hear him showing another customer an image of it on his phone. It s disgusting and I d hope O Reilly would hire better employees than this.

I was recommended to come here by an auto shop on-post who was not able to help me. I m glad I came! They diagnosed my problem, offered solutions, and fixed it all within 30 mins. Friendly fast service and affordable prices!

Called to see what a price was and all I got was attitude! Didn't help me when I said I was taking my business else where her attitude changed and she then wanted to be helpful I don't have time for that I'm going back to autozone!!!

They're only to o'riely I like to shop when is Hopkinsville Kentucky and the other one is this one for the customer service is always great and for the most part the employees know what they're talking about
