I broke down just north of this location in the middle of the night. The shop got to work on my truck immediately when it arrived on the tow truck. They took care of multiple issues that I have been trying to get fixed for a while a that no other shop had been able to pinpoint the problem. Considering all that needed to be done and the limited service hours, it was one of the fastest and most efficient shops I've been to throughout the country. The staff was helpful and understood my situation thoroughly and took care of it in a timely manner. They even loved on my furbabies!

Most unorganized shop I have ever been to. I brought my truck in to fix a oil leak and motor mount issue... after over 6 weeks and countless excuses, I was finally able to pick up my truck. First attempt made it about half a mile before I turned around and took it back because I could not shift into the high gear, also had an air leak they said was in the PTO tower but turned out to be an air line for the seat they didn't reconnect when they put the seat back in. They fixed that the next day so I went to pick it up again and noticed a puddle of oil under it in the parking lot, I was told that was probably from a different truck parked there.... I get the truck home, let it run in my driveway for a while and notice a puddle of oil in my driveway. I am still waiting to get this oil leak fixed that I have already paid for. I am local and will never be back to this shop after they actually fix the oil leak, if that actually happens.

First off let me state I have 2 things. On a positive note I have the utmost respect for the staff at nacarto in clarksville. being in the towing and repair business I've made a few calls and been given advice on the problems ive found. Second is not a positive. as a towing guy the place is locked up tight. Even the trailer drop. My opinions that if it to be locked up at least get a key or a way to drop customers in the trailer drop yard after hours.

Good group of guys. Nothing was done that I didn't ask for and they did the best they could to get me back up and running. It did take a bit longer and cost a little more than I expected but it wasn't their fault, parts are hard to come by right now and Kenny and Zack did a great job trying to get parts for my truck. You just gotta expect that it takes some time to fix a truck. It's not always a 15 minute job! Thanks guys

Very pleased with this place. I realize that I was lucky that they weren't that busy and was able to squeeze me in. I had an air leak. From start to finish, in and out in less than 2 hours. I dealt with Kenny Danks, and even though he's from the north, , great guy to work with. Very professional and a nice guy. Highly recommend this place for any service that needs to be done on your truck.

Very good and nice service even I had coolant leak I was loaded they give me bay quickly with in hours I was done I delivered my load on time I was worrying a lot because I had fresh chicken I broke down on the road they are a Volvo dealer but they were very fast thanks Kenny and his team

Very kind and professional staff. The manager named Kenny is a great guy, the deal was that the truck would be ready around lunchtime and that's how it was.That is very rare these days when you have to wait a few days for an ordinary repair.

I'm a Wisconsin owner operator, this past Sunday evening I was having transmission problems as I approached the Tn state line, Googled diesel repair shops near me and this fine establishment came right up,with a bunch of excellent reviews mentioning Kenny Danks, waited for Monday morning and Mr Danks put me in a shop bay right away, they diagnosed my problem and fixed my truck right away. The Google reviews are spot on. Kenny Danks is a very professional friendly guy, and Nacarato Truck Centers, Clarksville, Tn a very fine shop to come to. I highly recommend this fine location.

John and Michael were Awesome!!! We brought in our Class A Motorcoach and they were quick to find the problem. They got the part overnight and it was fixed the next. They were very professional and knowledgeable. Would highly recommend them for any service you might need.

Got a random Facebook message from a Zac Knavel, trying to track down the owner of a wallet that one of his mechanics had found on the road. It was my son s wallet. He was incredibly relieved that it had been found. Kudos to this fantastic group of people who went above and beyond to help a stranger. Thank you!!

The greatest Volvo Dealer Shop ever. Their service was top notch they were very cooperative, and communicated each and every detail... I highly recommend this Volvo Dealer Shop to everyone if you have any repair issues they are the one's to go to. Thank you Kenny great service.. Kudos

Great experience. Brought my Tractor in not only was it done faster then expected it also came in under the initial quote. Very happy with the quality of work and price. I will be back if i have any other issues.

2015 volvo issue with parked reagen , drove from Knoxville tn to nashville. Read reviews about this location. Called Kenny explained that truck is not completing reagen . Went there early morning on thursday and they diagnosed and find out two injectors were bad. They replaced all injectors and put me back on road Friday morning. Drove 20 k now, no issues so far. If you are in nadhville tn area, this is must place to repair your volvo truck
