Took my car to midas to get a misfire fixed, over the course of a month I had to reach out for updates, amd was told it would be done multiple times which left me waiting at the shop for hours on multiple occasions because they said it would be done that evening it would be done, it wasnt. They diagnosed the misfire to a valve issue and push rods while also saying the head had to be resurfaced, they said they handles those things, after putting it back together and still having issues with gaskets or seals. I finally was told it was done, paid about 1800 for all this. When I got my car I checked under the hood noticed a shop rag, the hood seal was not put back on properly, the Strut bar nuts where not tighted when put back together, exaust/ downpipe was missing a bolt, a ground strap was left dangle under multiple vehicle and an exaust hanger not put back properly, and when I left the store the misfire was still there being I paid 1800 for the problem to not be fixed after being mislead to that being the problem and it not being fixed after the obvious to see things not don't correctly I am not confident much of the job was done properly considering thr problem I came in for and thought I was paying to fix was not resolved.

The service manager Jackson is very friendly, very informative and helpful. They got my car in same day, and done two hours later. Work seems good so far, parts and labor warranty for X months, can t remember currently. Would recommend.

This was the absolute fastest I've ever gotten in and out at an oil change place, that's not a drive thru type place. Friendly and knowledgeable customer service. Will definitely be back!

I purchased a set of tires here a few months ago. I wish I hadn't.Pros:None. Believe the reviews.Cons:1. They are ridiculously slow. Took a couple of hours to put my new tires on. Nobody else was at the shop.2. Took over an hour to plug my tire. I had to take it back to get replugged and that took forever too. My tire is still losing air so I called to get it in tomorrow. "They're booked." Whoever picked up the phone did not care whatsoever.3. The building is decrepit. Bathroom is gross and urine is all over the toilet.I really regret bringing my car here. Sucks that I paid extra for the road hazard warranty. Don't waste your time here.

Sometimes some issues have arisen and things haven't been fixed the first time correctly, but they did do their part to figure out what went wrong and get the job done. The staff are very polite and easy to work with!

Do Not Go Here!! I am active duty army and rely on my car for transportation. After misdiagnosis of my car. And breaking my car even more. I had to stop taking it back for them to fix what initially was broken. Which we still don t know. My car is so messed up now and i did everything to try and be understanding and they did not fix my problem but made it worse and allowed me to go in my car without test driving it initially. I am soo beyond upset.I came in because my truck randomly would read reduced power and turn off every time I would drive the car. Locking the wheel and now allowing me to turn. So I told them this problem, I was able to get it back there. I then payed for a new battery and terminals because they said that was the issue. But I told them specifically every time I drove the car it would turn off. They then returned me my car and sure as anything it turned off 5 mins down the road. I broke down 12 times driving it back. Because they don t have a tow service contracted with their shop so I was left with no choice but to bring it back myself. I get there to find out they never test drove it. So after over a week. Got my truck back. My window( which was broken) they gave me my truck back with the window all the way in door. And told me to come back next day for them to pick it up. I adamantly told him to pick it up. (Mind you this is the manager I spoke with the entire time) they finally did. I get my car and wouldn t you believe the car wasn t fixed. After that i can t trust this shop my car has more issues then before. I then realized my car was squeaking and still turning off. They then told me it was based on the serpentine belt wasnt tight enough. Then it was too tight. So now I got it back for the last time and it still doing the reduced mode and I m left with my truck which I relied on for work and picking up my child is now non trust worthy and the trust and repore I had with the shop is totaled. Someone needs to fix this issue. I could go into more detail. But I want a full refund on what s on my card. I am soo displeased and want accountability. Do not go here!!!!

Came down to the shop right before they closed, on Wednesday to get the oil changed in our truck. Was in and out in 30 minutes. Cheapest oil change i've got in a long time. Thanks guys! Will be back down shortly with my jeep!

Antonio was amazing and extremely kind. I went in for my interior lights not going off and he fixed it by discovering one of my children pushed the light on. He didn t charge me for such a simple fix when other dealerships wanted to charge me for just the visit. So thankful for such a great company!! Thanks Antonio!!

I stopped by Midas to get something checked on my car, and they were so helpful! I needed new tires and they ordered them and put them on all in the same day. I also got an oil change. Save your money!!! DO NOT GO HERE! THESE PEOPLE WILL ROB YOU BLIND and smile about it. My car broke down trying to get back to Illinois when the brake vacuum pump broke on my mailbu.First i Dropped my car off at 8:30 am there was no technician that showed up yet. He finally came at 12pm. Told me my car would take possibly 2 days. They called me back and said my car was ready @3:45 pm. They said it would be 2200 dollars, when i questioned the price being so ridiculously high, since my parts were less than 200 dollars, 1900 dollars in labor!! FOR BARELY 4HRS OF WORK THATS HIGHER THAN A DEALERSHIP FOLKS! WHY, BECAUSE THEY CAN! I REFUSED TO GIVE A 5 STAR RATING.they then said they go by a "book", so if the book says it takes 10 hours to do the job and you get it done in 5 you still get charged! Wth kind of business is that! So they say, but if you gave them a 5 star review they would deduct 200 dollars. I drive back to Illinois and guess what? Yep, they didn't do the job correctly they forgot to put a ring that is associated with the job that is connected to my engine that is now leaking oil everywhere and didnt degrease anything. Took it to a midas in Illinois which they fixed it correctly and they even told me that they ripped me off.. This is price gouging at its finest, and they didn't even do the job correctly and they have no excuses except we can charge what we want even if we don't do the job! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.. Midas, your automatic response filter is a joke.. I went to the link they sent and it won't even go through. Worst customer service I have ever seen please do not go here.. they simply just do not care about your safety. they just want your money... I will be going to BBB since they obviously do not know how to take care of customers they did wrong.

This company is the best. They are professional, friendly, and very thorough with their customers. I had a muffler changed, and they gave me a very fair cost. I definitely recommend them. I will come back for other repairs.

DON'T GO HERE! They will scam you out of so much money!!! mind you the dodge dealership just did an inspection on my truck. it came up I only need brake pads! BRAKE PADS!!! I get there and they do a full inspection when I just need a quote on brake pads. They come with a repair bill that is 2,500 worth of things that "need" to get done. I'm laughing on the inside because the " 1 ball joint control arm with Ball J/T " is 668.99 for the part alone! That part is 201.79 , that is considering the fact this is the same part number, then saying that its 313 for labor! so in total 982.98 for just 1 ball bearing. mind you all that was just replaced at the Dodge dealership!! so no please do yourself the favor do not go here! Don't waste your time.

This place is very trustworthy, they are quick and knowledgeable. They are up front about pricing and the prices are good and reasonable. I highly recommend them, they do way more than just mufflers. I trust them to do all the work on my vehicle. Please go see them if you have any problems with your car, they will even tell you on the phone if they can do it and about how much it will cost. And if you bring it in and if they don't find anything wrong they won't just make something up like some places out there. I was driving home in my 2001 Silverado and was passing through Clarksville on the interstate and my radiator blew. I was stuck and called around and ran into the Midas. The manager on the phone could not have been nicer. He said he could take it in and get it fixed. An hour and a half later after calling and having to stop every mile to get there so my truck wouldn t overheat, they were still able to get it in and was very accommodating. They looked it over and gave me the price and I gave them the ok to do it. 2 hours later I was out of there and back on the road home. The only downside was that it was $1100 for the whole job when I could have done it for $250 myself but I was 2 hours and 150 miles from home and would have been cheaper to get it fixed at Midas than to tow it home. The new radiator has been on for a week and its still doing good and no overheating issues at all or any symptoms. I drove home and my daily driving the past week and no issues. Thanks Midas guys!!!!

I have been a Midas customer from the moment I could drive. I ve found that as a company they go above and beyond to give quality, affordable service. That cannot be said for this location. Since moving to Clarksville I obviously found a Midas near me and I have already had two issues with this location in the two visits I have made.1. Back in early December I brought my BMW in because I knew it had a small oil leak that needed repaired. Obviously when there is an oil leak they must charge you for an oil leak diagnosis even if you have one from another shop. BUT my issue is the fact that when I called back to get records of this fixed oil leak they only had records of the diagnosis and did not have any for the new drain plug I do believe they charged me for (as I did sign an updated quote after the diag). My issue with this visit was a lack of documentation and the fact I don t even know if they fixed the oil leak or not (especially because I know it had one a month later).2. Earlier this week I scheduled an oil change online for the full synthetic for $49.99 for my Jeep. After two days I had not heard back when you are supposed to get a reply within the next 30 minutes of business hours. So, I called and they assured me my appointment was set for Friday at 9:30 AM. Then I come in at 9:30 on Friday and they have no record of my appointment! At this point I m not upset they just need to get some small information from my vehicle and they can get me in in a timely manner. After taking 10ish minutes to get this information they then have my quote ready at the counter and it is for over $100! I then explain to the front desk associate that when I made my appointment online I applied a coupon for a $49.99 full synthetic oil change with courtesy checks and a tire rotation. He said that if I wanted that I needed to print it and bring it back to him, even though it is the fault of their system. I told him this and he said it would have been better if I called. I did call! I understand malfunctions in a system but I do not understand the lack of customer support and service. He could have easily printed the coupon for me if he needed a print copy for records, an easy fix for their malfunctions. So I left.I am extremely upset with the services I have received here and even though my entire family has been Midas customers for over 20 years, I do not believe I will be going here so long as I live in Clarksville.Service: Oil change

Absolute dumpster fire of a business. I show up 15 mins early to my oil change appointment and an hour later they still havent pulled my truck in. So I ask for my keys to leave and they dont make any effort to reschedule, apologize, or keep my business. If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to this shop 3 times for the same issue and each time I was told something different. The most recent time they screamed, cussed and talked over me (causing a panic attack) and were going to charge me again without looking at my vehicle and tell me the same thing they told me last time. Absolutely garbage customer service, except the front desk lady. She was sweet. They had mold in the complimentary coffee pot. Just a terrible business, please don t waste your time and money going here.

UPDATE: Whenever I get ready for a long trip in my van, I take it to Midas for a thorough inspection, knowing that I can trust they will make sure any needed service is performed, and won't take advantage of me. That's why I've been coming here for over 15 yrs. They do a great job at a fair price. I've been a customer of the Clarksville Midas shop for over 15 years, and that's because these guys have always taken great care of my car(s), and offered great customer service, both to me, and to other customers, I've observed.The very first time I went there, the manager promised me that they would tell me exactly what my car needed, and would never do anything that was not required or without my approval, and they have help true to this promise to this day.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Steering & suspension repair, General repairs & maintenance, Tire rotations, Vehicle Inspection, Wheel alignment, Wiper blade installation, Auto maintenance, Oil change

NOTE: I wouldn t be as mad if I was giving updates on why it was taking so much longer than mentioned.I called an hour ahead to see how long it would take to get brake pads replaced on my vehicle. I was told an hour to hour and half which is fine. I get there and asked again before I handed off my keys and was told the same. Note I was the only person in the lobby at the time I arrived which was around 1:30pm. Immediately as the car went into the bay they started the inspection and that s when more customers came in and the less I seen them working on my vehicle I didn t get an estimate on my vehicle till after an hour later. Still as more people came in the less I seen them working on my vehicle. It s around 4:40pm that I am leaving. I wanted have came here if I knew it was going to be that long and expensive.
