This place is amazing! I'm a single mom so every penny matters in my house and they did the work I needed on my truck without overpricing like other businesses! Everyone was extremely friendly and understanding of my situation and got me in and out within a few hours! I will be coming here from now on with all of my needs! Thank you from the bottom of my heart and God bless you!

They were honest and fair priced about the work needing to be done to my car. They reassured me that it would be safe to drive with my baby in the car and they wouldn t let me drive it away if they felt it wasn t safe. I didn t feel like a customer I felt like a friend needing help with her car and they delivered. Always gonna use them!

I am overly satisfied with the repair work I received on 4 March 2024. Treated like a valued guest and exchanged a reasonable portion of my earned income for quality services. This is the opposite of taking it to other sercive centers where it just felt like they were trying to take advantage of the situation and overcharging. Will be bringing all my business to Meineke on Fort Campbell Blvd now.

They treated me like a valued customer and didn't try to sell me things that weren't related to my concerns. The price was reasonable and I would take my vehicle there for service again in the future. Thanks for a job well done

Love the people who own this franchise. They are knowledgeable , wonderful and fairly priced. I've hD brakes done on both my cars . They are the best in town . I trust them. Other customers who have been there when I had my car serviced said same thing . Thanks again

The most racist people. I had an appointment with them last year and when I made it there they refused to even look at my car and told me to go somewhere else. I called today to ask the price of an oil change and was told, I m not doing oil changes right now of any kind OK!! In a very nasty tone.

I have been coming here for the last 12 years and have had amazing service. Nancy is always so helpful and able to meet my budget. They have also received many awards from units here at Ft. Campbell, KY. So they have to be doing something right. Nancy also brought out donuts for my kids while we were waiting at 0800. Best place in the Ft. Campbell area. NSDQ!

Not only did they fix my car in amazing time, they fixed it right...the first time! They quoted me a fair price, found some extra things, and even fixed some things without even charging full price. After going to several different shops to try to get my Cadillac converter fixed I came here to this shop and not only did they fix it they fixed it within 2 to 3 hours and I'm back riding and it's wonderful and I will come here again and I will recommend anybody to go there and get the job done

I was looking to get a second opinion on my brakes as Toyota said I needed some. I know how dealers can try to upsell. They were very polite when I called told me to come on in for a free inspection, first come first serve basis no appointment. I went in right when they opened on a Friday morning. Nancy was beyond welcoming as soon as I stepped in the building. I let her know my situation as I m getting ready for a long trip. They checked my brakes turns out I did need them. She said we ll get you all taken care of honey. She was so sweet, even offered me a cup of coffee, sat and talked with me for a bit. From the moment of inspection to install to done I must have waited maybe a little over an hour, which is amazing. Not mention they didn t charge an arm and a leg. I highly recommend their shop, they've been here for years, family owned. Really lovely people, I felt cared about here.

Awesome Experience! The owner is a wonderful woman! Everything was explained to me in detail and the service was top notch. They worked me in quickly and had me back up and running within 1.5 hours. Went here for 2 tires and was very happy. Truth be told I should have done this review 2 months ago but I forgot. They were very professional while making sure i was comfortable and were willing to answer every question I had without being irritated. I'm going back for brakes and 2 more tires tomorrow. They always answer their phone and brake inspections are free (at least right now they are). I appreciate their care to my vehicle.

Called and asked how soon I could get in to get my brakes checked.. they told me the following day. Went in to wait with it, was told I was 3 cars behind so it would be a minute and they suggested leaving and coming back.. they had my car for no more than 2.5 hours start to finish, I was expecting at least a couple hours until they could LOOK at it but I was wrong..very fast with the diagnosis and repair. Extremely friendly people, and they did a great job at a reasonable price as well. Definitely will be back when needed. I was referred to Meineke through a family member who has been here multiple times; will pass that referral along to the next person.Service: Brakes

Highly recommend this shop! Nancy and the team were amazing. I came to Ft Campbell from Kansas and had a funny smell going on. They inspected it and fixed that as well as some wheel bearing and battery issues I had, ensuring everything on my car was safe for me to drive back home. I thought it would break the bank but they gave me a very affordable price. So kind, generous, and efficient!!Services: Exhaust, Tires, Auto brake repair, Auto battery maintenance, Battery

They did exactly what I needed. Came in and told ms Nancy my problem. She assured I d be taken care of. They gave me a suggestion on getting rid of my obnoxiously loud exhaust they redone most my exhaust and it came out great price was affordable and customer service was even better. Pricing was affordable for sure.Will Definitely recommend this place to people I will be back

RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE.I called for a quote on AC repair and the man that answered the call rushed me off the phone and says that they don't do AC repair as well as any other services that the website says they offer.I have experienced the same things that other negative reviews said about this place. My assessment from this is to look at shops for services instead of this one.
