As I sit here, 56 minutes after my appointment time to drop off my truck with the parts I was asked to order last week .and it s been 2 more minutes since I got here. Just like ever garage these days, they won t help you unless it s insurance paying. They can t rip you off so easily without the help of insurance. Thanks for waisting my morning. Never again.

I have dealt with several body shops over the years and this is one of the best. Max is a true professional and their body work and paint is outstanding. I would highly recommend and I look forward to using this body shop in the future if needed. 10 out of 10.

We had to rent a car after the tornado hit here and they worked so well with us. They went above and beyond to help us in the process. They even advised us the best way to extend the rental and pay the least. I would definitely use their service again.

i was charged 1750$ for rust repair i initially thought this my panels would be fixed with actual sheet metal be it to my surprise when i had my car sanded down for repaint i found out the rust was just covered in bondo would not recommend unless this can be corerected this is unacceptable they tried to pull a fast one on me avoid this shop

I am not accustomed to these types of businesses to be so kind and professional, firstly. They were so understanding of the situation and didn't attempt to make my life miserable thru my issues relating to the accident which had my car in their hands to begin with. Very impressive and makes me like this town that much more!

Good people, good prices, good service!Just picked up my 2016 Nissan Altima from this shop for some minor body damage. Was able to rent a car here on short notice for a good price as well as get my car fixed in 5 days.They rushed my fix so that I could have my car ready when I turned in my rental without me even asking!

Great place to rent a car ! The guy working the desk there is friendly and helpful and the car was clean as could be! The car was low mileage and performed well on the trip with no problems. If you're tired of waiting in line at airports for rental cars this is the place to go!

Couldnt rent a vehicle because I have debit card even though it's been used there before to rent a vehicle. Your loss will not use it again. My vehicle broke down 60 miles away and needed one.

Top notch customer service and care for vehicle.. I took my vehicle to six places in the area to get quotes and every single one of them charged a crazy amount of money and wanted to hold my vehicle for about 5 days. Maxxx'd Out took in my car, completed the work in 24 hours, and charged me about 6 times less than the other quotes I received. The price was amazing! The work was amazing! They also threw in a rental car from budget, with absolutely zero hassle. I will recommend this facility for life!

Most down to earth friendliest people you could ever meet. Great place and people. Will get you right and back on the road in good shape. They work is awesome. I love these people and recommend them 10,000 percent.

Both my daughters have had their vehicle taken to them and have had the utmost professionalism from this company. From good pricing, to honesty. I would have no problem taking another vehicle to them or calling on them for a tow. Highly recommend them to anyone need any service they provide.

Brought my truck here for repairs needed due to a collision from a deer. I had a dented fender a dented quarter panel and a busted headlight assembly.Body work/repairs were done in a timely fashion with an honest price. The first paint color used on the truck repairs did not match but the owner was upfront with everything and asked me to bring it back.After the second appointment the truck looked great! Nobody s perfect but these guys are honest and do good work.

Was friendly , towed wreck car sunroof open so they taped plastic over it to protect from rain. Worked with you on tow bill.

They quoted us for less than the insurace + our deductible. I went out of town for a couple of weeks, they kept my van there while they worked on it, and had no problem keeping it the two weeks even though it only took them 3 days to fix it. They did really great work, and they had by far the best prices of anyone!

I had an Avis rental and needed to extend my reservation that i couldn t do online so I decided to go to Avis (located in Maxxx d Out auto body & towing) and they were amazing in helping me with my reservation. Not only that but she gave me directions to go in order to avoid heavy traffic. Highly recommend.

We had a van sent here for repair that had been wrecked on the passenger side and pushed into a vehicle causing damage to the driver side. When we got the vehicle back the paint did not match and they were suppose to do an alignment and did not complete it. The steering wheel looked like you was turning right when you was driving straight. When you was driving there was air seaping thru where they did not align something right. If this is the quality that you put out for a government contract I hope you do better work on customers vehicles.

The place is easy to miss. Its merged with an auto body shop. I arrived at this place at 7:30am because according to the business hours listed on Google for this company it shows it opens at 7! I walk in and the lady at the front counter rudely asks if she can help me. I told her I was there to pick up my reserved rental and she said you're gonna have to wait because we dont open till 8 and I have to finish reports. I confusingly turned around and looked at the bright lit sign that said "OPEN" and the guy sitting beside her said that's the 'body shop' that's open. Mind you these two are sitting right beside each other behind the same desk! So my small child and myself just stood there. When the lady finally decided to help me at 7:50 (while they were technically still "closed" I guess) she never made eye contact. Just an overall unpleasant experience. There's absolutely nowhere for customers to sit! This place is extremely unprofessional with rude staff.

The gent that sits in the middle needs to seek other employment that's not public related. Two words . Rude and obnoxious ! Budget car rental might want to look into the professionalism of this individual . Young lady was absolutely fantastic and took car of everything .

This place has excellent customer service!! They had my car done in three days, and did a damn great job with everything especially the paint!! They did not price gouge me at all!! I will definitely be coming back and referring anybody I know to go to them!! THANK YOU VERY MUCH MaxXxed out Auto Body!!

Extremely pleased with the way my WRX turned out. I crashed the front end on a deer. The car was new with only 18k on it so I was nervous it would loose its beauty. Not the case at all. The new paint is blended with the factory paint perfect. Cant tell it had ever been wrecked! Life long customer here!

They're always friendly and helpful Every time I come in or call. They are priced competitively and fixed my car for less than I was quoted else where. I recommend them to anyone looking for repairs on their vehicle

I have used this body shop for a few years now. My car and both of my daughters cars and i have recommended it to others. They have always been both fair and friendly. This place is great and they have always taken great care of me and my family. I will continue to use them.

Poor customer service, if you have problems with budget rental trucks, dont turn it in at this place. All they will do for you is nothing! You will have to pay full ammount, and take up your problems over the phone with budget 1 800 number. So how is the person on the phone supposed to trust you about problems if the receiving station does not report them. These folks in this rental place are very rude. If you ssy a bad word because you angry about the safety of your loved ones and want a discount they shut down, gang up on you and tell you to get out. All they care about is collecting the max ammount, and telling you to leave. Stay way away from this joint, it should be on the army black list.

First off I wanna say that Max is a solid guy, he s my neighbor but today he helped me a metric ton, got to the scene in less than 10 minutes and from what I ve seen does great work.
