Huge miscommunication with pricing so ensure you have a set payment amount before allowing them to begin working. Was told it would be $150-200 and after they had already begun working, was told the quote was given by someone who doesn t know the actual pricing and it would be $400. Wouldn t even meet in the middle with the miscommunication being on their end. Highly unprofessional.

Had to get my muffler moved in order to fit a tow hitch bracket on my 1995 4Runner. It s hard to know if a mechanic or an auto store will do honest work - if you re like me, you except a place like this to charge more than the work that was actually done not with Kraft Street Muffler. They were PHENOMENAL! Not only did they have a great solution to my muffler issue (blow torched the exhaust pipe and moved it to the side instead of cutting it), they charged WAY less than what was expecting. Like, � the cost of what I had in my mind. It honestly felt too good to be true! These guys care, do honest work, and their prices feel like a steal. Will absolutely be back again.

Kraft street muffler did a good job on my 1996 Camera. I had issue with exhaust fumes and Kraft street muffler had my car repaired and ready to go in just a few hours. I would recommend them first before any other local muffler repair in Clarksville, Tn.

Exhaust was falling off. Waited for them to finish their work and had me out of there in 30 minutes. Welds looked pretty good as well. I'd recommend.

My husband brought his charger in to switch out his mufflers, they did a good job and were honest with us about what they thought was a better option. All the workers were friendly and relatable!

Quoted me originally $360 for a full exhaust/muffler repair. Put it on the rack and called back for just a minor repair and fix, $100. They took the time to repair something that fixed my issue instead of trying to rip me out of my money. 1000% RECOMMEND!!!Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

I went to a shop in Dover and they did a hack job on my exhaust. I called and talked to Terry they are fixing what was half done and finishing my exhaust out the back. Terry himself (the owner) is under my truck helping his employee out he is bending the pipes.

Great people there. When everyone else I called said a week to get it done, when I called here a very nice welcoming voice said bring it on in and we will take care of you. And they did exactly that.

I am not the type to leave negative reviews, but I called a week out asking if I could get the exhaust cut and a new one put onto my motorcycle and was told yes that they can do that. I get there and was told again it could be done but there was 3 cars ahead of me so come back in a few hours. I come back just to get told that they are way too busy and that they do not deal with motorcycles and exhaust. This exhaust shop is by far the most friendliest, courteous, respectful business that I've taken my vehicles to. They go above and beyond every single visit. Not only do they do great work but they absolutely make sure that the customer is without a doubt extremely happy with the work, exhaust sound and they honor their work. I came back in weeks later to have them check in a small fluttering sound that I noticed and they found out exactly what it was right away. Did the fix which was at no fault on their part. Very pleased and highly recommend them.

They made a mistake on my exhaust that now rattles and leaks. Which okay that can happen to anyone. The rest of the work looks great. However they have been to busy to fix their mistake the last 6 times I have brought the car in. I paid 600 dollars for an exhaust that I now have to pay another shop to fix.Service: ExhaustService: Exhaust

Walked in off the street to get a new muffler put on and right off the bat, they were very friendly. They got me worked in with minimal wait time. All the while updating me to let me know how close they were to getting my car in. Super professional and courteous! Thanks for the good work!

Always count on Terry and his crew at Kraft street muffler to take care of my exhaust needs whether it's my drag car, daily driver, and recently turbo back exhaust system on my diesel excursion. They have fair prices and always gets the job done on time. Keep up the good work guys!

These guys were honest and very humble! Show up at 0800 any day of the week and they will get your right in. I had multiple exhaust leaks on a bolt on system that was a difficult job, yet they blew it out of the water my truck was running brand new again! The team over here was excellent.I have a 2009 Dodge Ram that had a leak in the manifold and they were able to say exactly what was wrong just by me explaining it before turning my truck on.Very honest and great price for the hard work they did. These guys do awesome work. They were very nice and patient over the phone. I knew what I wanted and he was able to do it. He was able to get the exhaust I wanted also. They were able to bend the pipes perfectly the way I wanted them to look on my 2015 tundra. The look great and sound freaking awesome.

I took my car to get new brakes and the brake light was still on come to find out they didn t replace the sensor for my brakes after I was charged over 500.00 on my bmw. I would highly recommend using a different place for servicesService: BrakesService: Brakes

My buddy had a custom y pipe made up here after installing headers on his 92 Firebird. Fantastic quality work. Smartly priced, and done same day. Queen city muffler gave the run around and didn't want to mess with it. Highly recommended Kraft street muffler.

Without a doubt a 100% professional that takes great pride in what he does. I was in a bind and had limited time to get back to work and he was able to accomplish the work in under two hours. He custom made the pipes, welded everything together and secured it all of the equipment. No rattling and the truck sounds great! If you are looking for custom work with great service, look no further!

Scheduled an appointment yesterday and was squeezed in this morning. Truck is getting shipped in the morning to Mississippi so I stressed that. Everyone was respectful, but they could not make it happen until Monday... which completely misses the point I made. Had to last minute find another shop and it lead me on a goose chase. Not a bad shop, just bad timing.

I was trying to do business with this place but definitely will NOT after this encounter. First of all the guy who answered the phone was just plain rude. I tell him the make model of vehicle and what the problem is and he says he needs the size but he was in the midle of something else at the time of call, no problem. I find the size of the motor and just called back and he just placed me on hold for LITERALLY 10 mins and I could just hear him in the back clearing his throat and not entertaining me at all. That to me wat ABSOLUTELY RUDE!

I recently towed a rolling chassis, for a vehicle I m restoring, to their shop to have a custom exhaust pipe fabricated for it. Terry and his technicians bent the pipe, welded the necessary flanges and a hanger bracket onto the pipe and had everything installed on the chassis within about 90 minutes of my arrival.I m very happy with the work Terry and his team did and would not hesitate to use them in the future.

Exhaust suddenly got loud. My car sits low to the ground and I looked under with a flashlight but couldn t really see much and don t have time to mess with it. My car is a 1998 so as far as I knew I could need a whole new exhaust and if that s what they wanted to tell me I would be none the wiser. They got me in quick and said I only needed one small section of pipe replaced. I was afraid I need catalytic converter and all which is big money. These guys fixed me right up for $130. That s why I won t go anywhere else for exhaust repair and recommend anyone else do the same.Service: Exhaust

Called Terry (owner) and he gave me the best price quote in town.Terry and his staff are very professional and together have over 30+ years in the business. Went in on a busy Saturday and they even stayed an hour plus after scheduled closing time to finish my exhaust. Got a flowmaster 40series custom exhaust done and it sounds awesome on my f150. I highly recommend this shop to anyone looking to get custom exhaust work done.
