These are some before and after pictures of my k5 that they worked on. They did such an amazing job, you can t even tell I hit a deer. They got me in SAME day I called to see if they were able to fix/work with my insurance! They were very nice and helpful throughout the whole process and updated me with what was going on. Definitely recommend them! Thank you so much!

Kings collision was they only shop that was able to get my car in after a run in with a deer in less than 2 weeks. Other places were going into 2024. Everything was quick and easy, communication was great and they even seen things about my damage that I hadn t noticed. I think this will be the only place I work with. Thanks KINGS

Houston fixed up my brand new car after it had been backed into. It doesn't look bad, it wasn't bad, just everything scratched, small crease on the hood. He worked with my insurance to get a new hood, bumper and grill. I said I wanted my car to look new again and it does. Thank you Houston.

Think twice before you take work to this place. In the past I have taken work to Kings and never had a problem. This time I asked them to do touch up work on my trunk lid and front passenger side fender. When I picked up the car I found they had done work on the trunk lid and drivers side panel near the gas cap. Keep in mind there was no damage near or on the panel near the gas cap. Basically I paid to have something fixed that was not damaged in anyway. I spoke with the manager and he told me he could not help and did not recall the pictures I showed him of my front passenger fender when I received the estimate. If you ever deal with this body shop make sure you get a written signed estimate and go line by line to make sure it is correct. Otherwise you may go to get a rear door fixed and they end up repairing the front bumper. HOW DO YOU SEE A PICTURE OF A FRONT PASSENGER FENDER AND WRITE UP A REAR DRIVERS SIDE PANEL NEAR THE GAS CAP.

Got a quote to paint the gas tank on my motorcycle and they said it would be 2 weeks. 2 weeks later I call and they haven't even started. 3 weeks later they hadn't started and told me they couldn't do what they said they could. 4 weeks later they finally told me it was done so I went to pick it up and there was huge drips all the way down it almost all the way around it. They apologized and told me they'd have it re-painted in a few days, wasn't ready for another week. Drips all over it again. They apologized and told me they had a new guy doing it, understandable but in that case they should have inspected it before telling me it was done. They ended up painting it 4 times total. Before the last time I told them I got a quote from another place and that this was their last chance. They have me an attitude and told me I "went behind their back" when I talked another shop and said if I wanted to take it somewhere else they wouldn't charge me like I was going to give them money for screwing up. The final paint job didn't have any immediately noticeable runs although I did find some minor runs when I had gotten it home. All in all what was supposed to take 2 weeks took nearly 2 months and I ended up with a bumpy paint job with hair and dust in the paint. Could have done better with spray cans. Will NEVER go back

Very friendly, and knowledgeable about insurance coverage and working to get your vehicle done with the correct parts. Would recommend him as the go to place for repairs

Excellent service and a very friendly staff. They even came to my house to look at my vehicle and give me a estimate for free, before sending a tow truck and picking it up. I wouldn't take my vehicles anywhere else. Excellent paint jobs and work.

The drivers in the area are very negligent, and I suffered at the hands of this carelessness when someone failed to look and run a stop sign .Houston was very helpful, honest, and insightful with the damage and repair on our Sentra's frame. You can expect prompt and humble service from this place, and I highly recommend. Be safe on the road, Clarksville!!

When i got in a wreck i was convinced this spot would take great care of me. What a joke. It took them 4 weeks for them to replaced only cosmetic and minor parts ONLY on my driver side (ball joints,tie rod,tire,front fender,etc) LESS THAN A YEAR LATER. Every part they replaced ive had to get fixed or replaced out of pocket. Mind you. IVE HAD NO PROBLEMS with my vehicle that ive owned 2 1/2 yrs prior to this MINOR accident. They got ahold of my vehicle and every SINGLE part theyve replaced ive had to get serviced. Come to find out most of my parts they put on my vehicle we're used and cheap! I would NOT recommended this place.
