I bought a new Ford Maverick and came time for the first oil change, so I stopped by Jenkins & Wynne. What a fantastic experience. I accidentally stopped in minutes before closing and despite offering to come back another time, they were adamant it wasn t an issue. They guided me to the lobby where they had courtesy snacks and a kid zone for the little one. Once it was done, they came and brought my invoice and I was on my way.Having heard nothing but horror experiences from dealer service centers, they completely changed the narrative for me and I will be returning for all future service needs.

Had some noise that randomly popped up back in November. Got it checked and the first step was to grease the joint in question. Still popped up but I was deploying so I had to continue after I came back this month. Got a part ordered on my second visit after some more trouble shooting and got my CV joint replaced with problems solved. Thanks to Allison helping me the whole way and thanks to the awesome Techs.

WORST service I ve ever received. I took my car on to get serviced. Paid over $1700 and my car is worst off than before the repair. I ve been stranded on the side of the road multiple times because of the repairs the service team has done. But that s not the worst part. I called the service team and have been since this all started. Emailed videos of the issue and the responsiveness is frustrating. No response to my emails. Phone calls not getting returned until days later. Then I m being told no loaner cars are available, so I m excepted to pay more money to rent a car while corrective repairs are being done. I m beyond frustrated and feel like I have no where to turn

I am too through with Jenkins & Wynn!!! My saga began on 9/26/23 when Judy informed me that I needed to have my transmission and fuel pump replaced!! Although I was shocked, I felt that everything would be okay because I had purchased a warranty/TWS. Judy stated she would contact TWS to get my car scheduled to be seen by an adjuster from TWS. I brought my car some time later and he confirmed I needed the transmission but not the fuel pump because it was glitching at the time.Fast-forward to 11/28/23, I called TWS myself because Judy said she was still waiting hear when/if they were approving/sending the transmission. Meanwhile, my car is progressively getting worse as I'm still driving it to work. The adjustor approves the transmission on 11/28/24. Unbeknown by me the part arrives to Jenkins & Wynn in approximately 3 to 5 business days without and identifying markers as to who or what vehicle it's for!!! The parts department dropped the ball because they accepted the part but didn't bother to contact the sender to find out who the part was sent for!!! TWS dropped the ball because why would they send a whole transmission worth thousands without any name, model, make it VIN??!!!! Therefore, the part sat there for over 3 weeks until I called on 12/28/23 after speaking with TWS and learned they had shipped part a month ago!!!! Judy took about 2 days to find my transmission...while looking for mine they found a few others too!!! My vehicle could've been fixed prior to try to Florida and because of their negligence I had to rent a car spending over $400!!! I could've drove my own vehicle!So, after speaking with the service manager, I dropped off my vehicle on 1/8/23 for the repairs to be done. They agree to pay for rental because now I'm back to work. The original Enterprise contact was for 3 days but the transmission work wasn't completed until 1/22/24. The fuel pump was replaced because it continued to malfunction and the moonroof motor died too!!! All these repairs were covered by the warranty and my car was ready late on 1/25/24. I picked up my vehicle after cleaning out the rental on 1/26/24.Now, I'm just finding out that Jenkins & Wynn are only covering 3 days of the rental car leaving with a bill over $800!!!!!!!! My vehicle was NOT ready in 3 days!!!! I was never told they were only covering days and how would that be the case when your service department hasn't completed the job in said 3 days!!!! I am blocked from renting from Enterprise until the $1000 bill is settled. Jenkins & Wynn this is NOT right and y'all need to make it RIGHT!!!!!!I've read many disappointing posts about poor service others had received while patronizing Jenkins & Wynn, I had hoped it wouldn't happen to me too!!!! I. Was. WRONG!!!

If we had awards for worst customer service this place would be #1We made an appointment on December 4th for warranty work to be done on January 12th at 10:30.On January 11th I called to confirm the time of the appointment & was told we missed our appointment that it was changed on December 22nd to January 11th at 10:30.No one called to confirm the appointment change.We were then told on the phone "sorry you missed your appointment, we can try to squeeze you in tomorrow the 12th if you get here at 7am, but you might not have your truck until 5pm"All day to replace 2 headlights & a mirror?We arrived at 7am on January 12th. The service advisor Judy greeted us, she was the same advisor that scheduled our appointment on December 4th.We asked her what happened?She stated"I was able to see where I initially scheduled your appointment on December 4th for January 12, but it looks like I accessed your appointment on December 22nd, but I didn't change it "I said to her " well, the computer records don't lie, take responsibility that you changed it and didn't contact us "She wouldn't take any responsibility for anything!I asked to talk to the manager,We talked with Bret the manager, he didn't care that we were inconvenienced at 7am, he told us that even though we had an appointment it doesn't mean our truck would be worked on at that time.I expressed that it was rude to move our appointment that we made over a month ago for someone else. And to not contact us to confirm the changes.We made the appointment for 10:30, not 7. We didn't want to be at the dealership at 7, that's why we made the appointment over a MONTH ago for 10:30!There was no apology, no initiative to make things right, no one took responsibility for the appointment change. NOTHING!We asked for a loaner vehicle, Bret told us no.Bret was so fed up with us that he simply said "do you want the warranty work or not" completely shut us down.Based off of the customer service everything seemed to be our fault.Everytime we come to this dealership it's always something! The techs do not treat your car with respect. No seat covers or paper floor mats. When asking the tech why they did not put seat cover on he said it s not my job & the girls in the office are supposed to do that. My gf purse was stepped on, I did not expect passengers to be in the truck joy riding stepping on our belongings. Greasy dirty techs in your vehicle not giving a care in the world if they get your car filthy & stained.I will never recommend this dealership to anyone. Avoid this place like the plague.

I could not get any service all I needed was an oil change and my brakes checked. I bought my CR-V there in 2018 since then could not get any service from the service department I have called numerous times they will not return my calls. So Poole on you. Next new car will be a Chevrolet.

I wouldn t have reviewed but they tried to hustle my wife into buying another new car battery, she then told them she bought it new from them a few months ago and magically after that the battery was good. They charge an arm and a leg for a simple fix. Clearly taking advantage of people that don t know much about cars.

I continue to go back to this dealership for my service, they are thorough and super friendly to their customers. They communicate everything to you when you take your vehicle to them for service, I take both of my vehicles here for service; everything from oil changes to repairs. I've not been let down at this dealership. I also go here for carwashes that they give you when you get service, the carwash is better than a paid carwash.

I've been a customer of theirs since moving into town and appreciate all that they do for us. We have had all of our vehicles serviced their, including our Jeep, and have not had any issues with poor quality or excessive cost. Our service writer, Don Pryor, is my go-to guy for everything related to my F-350. He understands my concern regarding the value I have in my vehicle and has always gone the extra step to ensure I fully understand what work needs to be done, what work can wait, and what work has been completed. The new building is fantastic with comfortable waiting areas that have both free and paid vending. I really enjoy walking the floor just to see the new vehicles and especially stop to look at the vintage cars on display that change every month or so. I've never been hassled by pushy salesmen when I am waiting on service and walking around the new cars. That is a pleasure because it makes it nice to simply "look around".

I have a lot of issues with the radio of my vehicle and needed an immediate fix! I came into the dealership and was dreading that I would need an appointment weeks out! But with the great help of Ryan he told me I could get it in tomorrow morning and it would be seen! He was amazing and the next day the issue was resolved! Hundreds of reveiws and this is my only 1 star....Shop around elsewhere for service if you can...Due to the convenient location, (and preference for ford shops for easy transitioning during military moves) we gave this location multiple opportunities, on more than one vehicle. I can't speak for the mechanics, they may be fantastic, but the management here is lacking. We were told multiple times Brett was our point of contact. So we tried to reach him for a month to know the status of our repair, yet he never responded to give a simple update. It wasn't until I went and waited in person that I knew anything. It just feels a bit ridiculous and unnecessary. The lady I met in the bay was kind and lovely, too bad she's not running the place

I have had three experiences with Jenkins and Wynne, and they have all been exceptional. My first two experiences were with Dwayne Coates in the Service department. His professionalism and attention to detail quickly stood out no doubt he has a military background. He went over what needed to be done concerning my vehicle and made recommendations. This being my first visit I was a bit cautious, so I did some additional research only to discover that his recommendations were spot-on. Honesty goes a long way with me, so I had no problem returning with a friend. She brought in her vehicle and experienced the same level of high-quality service. Great service is one thing, but consistent great service is even better.My third visit was at the Collison Center where I met a gentleman by the name of Bob Fine. This gentleman is a world-class professional. He truly listened to the concerns I had about my vehicle and gave me a few options to choose from. He took his time to explain the pros and cons of each and even gave me some personal recommendations. I appreciated his candor and willingness to speak on a personal level. I ended up taking his advice and the results were outstanding! As an added touch of class, he personally inspected my vehicle to ensure quality prior to my arrival. This is the kind of service we all hope for, and I am glad that these gentlemen at Jenkins and Wynne know how to provide it.

Let me start by saying this level of poor service has never happened in the past. Today started four days of no services rendered. This was a scheduled service appointment for a check engine light. It took three weeks to get the appointment. The service manager held no accountability for their lack of actions. Profusely apologized but continued to shirk the lack of service rendered. Accountability means you hold other people's service actions responsible to perform the service. If something impacts that service, you inform the customer. After a full day, I had to call the service manager to get a status. This coordination should have happened with the service manager. They had the ample time and elected to ignore the planning opportunity. I still feel disrespected. Like my time and business was not worth anything. Not even an offer to make it right.

The drive-up option for service at Jenkins and Wynne Ford is such a great convenience. The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, and our vehicle was ready to go in reasonable time. The complimentary carwash was a pleasant surprise. Our vehicle is now roadworthy for a very fair price.

Will takes good care of me any time I go in to get service on my Honda Accord. The service is always quick. I get greeted the moment I pull in to the service bay with a friendly demeanor. My son loves the on site playground. The waiting area is clean and loaded with beverages and snacks while you wait. Friendly sales team too. They always check on customer comfort when walking past the waiting area.

Their Service department is questionable at best. The service rep quoted me 2.5 hours for a job that only calls for .4 hours and got defensive when I questioned him on it; they prey on your ignorance and have very little integrity. Once they realize you aren't an easy target they try to push you away. Do NOT become a victim there! Always get a second opinion, from somewhere else, if you are not knowledgeable about the work you need done. Double check labor rates and book time! I will never go back to them.

Every service we have had has been a pleasant experience. We are part of the Ford pass experience and have spent a lot of money. My husband was stationed in Korea at the time and apparently didn't accept the terms and conditions of the program he was unaware. So all that money for upkeep... nothing even wrong with my vehicle, and no points on the programs and the Ford pass programs refuses to apply points. As for delearship we are satisfied.

This place is awful. Received a call that our car was ready, and $125 was due to pick it up, even though it's under factory warranty. Stood around for 40 minutes trying to get someone to help us. We were told the jerking, and popping was "normal transmission behavior" and they would waive the fee. Definitely not normal, but that's for Ford to figure out. I have been here 4 times and have had nothing but problems. Brought my f150 in for a misfire, charged me $600 for diagnostic fees. Military beware.... Brett, wrong car buddy. I'm talking about a 2014 focus SE 4 door. Not our 2013 titanium. You guys have so many problems you can't keep them straight.

Complete Professionals!!!! I brought in a Honda Accord for an AC issue and a Civic for a recall. Will, in the Service Dept, kept me up to date by calling to give me a status update of what was found and what they were going to do. He then fought my ext warranty company to get them to pay for the service needed. For the Civic, we were running late to pick it up and the service team moved the car out front so we could pick up the keys and paperwork after the service area had closed. Will is the best!! I will be back for any service needs.Services: Air conditioning, Battery
