We dealt with Big E (Kenny Ellington), and he was very helpful and knowledgeable in finding our 2018 F-350. He worked very hard to get us the best deal possible for our trade-in. He streamlined the paperwork and made the process seamless. Rob in finance made the financing of the vehicle as easy as possible and answered every question we had. Barry worked hand in hand with Kenny and Rob to get us the best trade-in value possible. Again, another satisfied customer from the Smith family. When I came to the dealership I met Kenny, big E, a really nice guy. He went over prices and possibilities on the computer then we went out into the parking lot looking for a possible Ford raptor. It wasn't there so we started looking at the other vehicles and from the beginning he was clear that this dealership plays no games and he was honest from start to finish. He took me to the back lot where vehicles had just been traded in and that's where we came across the Ford Edge. I told him I was very interested with this vehicle and he got it pulled in the same day to go through the inspection process. He called me and messaged me details and links about the car. Next day we took her for a test drive and he helped me find things on the display, front dash. He is a very helpful and honest salesman. I am so thankful he was the one to help me get my new vehicle. Him and Rob were amazing throughout this process! If anyone asks me where to go to for a vehicle I will always say this dealership and to ask for big E.

We worked with Kirk (Ford) in the purchase of our new Maverick and he was great! As Mavericks are on an order-only basis, he kept in touch with us whenever one came in and a truck became available when an 'ordering customer' changed their mind. Very friendly, upfront, honest and great to deal with. He was also understanding and accommodating when we requested to work with a different finance person when returning to finalize the purchase. He made it happen and the final experience was a good one. This is the 3rd vehicle we've purchased from J&W in the past 10 years.

I am just over the moon about my experience purchasing my car and very happy with my choice of vehicle as well.I started looking at the Lincoln aviators over a month ago with Kenny. I had came to test drive but of course had to pick through many options that were available. Kenny was very patient with me (I am picky) as I narrowed down colors, price points, etc. Once I found the car loved, I told Kenny I needed to think on it before making the jump. I thought for over a month, even went to test drive other cars. Kenny was always respectful and patient with me during this process which I really appreciated. I had finally made the decision to jump on the car and came to the dealership. Shoutout to Kirk who was able to fill in for Kenny as he was gone that day. He picked right up and answered any other questions and concerns I had. Lot's of negations later, I was able to trade in my car and take home my new car! I never felt pressured with any of this team (finance, sales, etc) and that is HUGE for me when buying a car. Being in sales myself, I appreciate a genuine and honest sales approach over the typical pushy car sales we run into often. Thank you all for your help and kindness!

I just worked with Jenkins and Wynne to purchase a new Ford Escape. I worked with Captain Kirk. From one salesperson to another...I truly appreciate the level of excellence and expertise he provided during/after my buying experience. He was patient, and proved to be honest, knowledgeable and forward with information. Beyond that, Cedric in finance worked (what was probably) rediculously hard to get us a deal. And we really appreciate all the hours and effort put into that as well. Being in sales myself, I know others participated in making moves happen. So thankyou Jenkins and Wynne Ford ...for helping us get into a new, reliable ride.

I had a great experience at Jenkins & Wynne Ford. Mike was extremely helpful and showed me exactly the truck that I came to look at. He was very knowledgeable on all the new features of these trucks and made sure I left with no questions on my new 2023 F-150 Lariat.I really appreciated that he wasn't pushy and trying to up sale me on a truck that I did not want/need. He verified that all recalls were taken care of and truck was detailed before I left. 10/10 would go back to Jenkins & Wynne for my next vehicle purchase!

I appreciate everyone that helped me. The man that I like to appreciate the most is named Bryce Lynch. He was very informative, helpful, in every way. He told me everything I wanted to know. He answered all my questions, was very patient with me. Full marks to the man and I am very satisfied with the outcome. I just picked up my new 2023 Ford F250 Super Duty Tremor from Jenkins & Wynne and I couldn't be more pleased! It was definitely worth the wait! My salesman Shawn Allen was awesome to work with. He really knew the product well, and I was very assured by this when I sat down with him to order a new truck. He was great the whole way through the process, and even made changes along the way. I got exactly what I wanted on this truck and nothing I didn't.I have to say I shopped from December though March with many different Ford dealers from Kentucky to Nashville, and I ended up back at Jenkins & Wynne!!! I know I got the best deal I possibly could, and I got treated right by everyone at this dealership! Great hospitality and I would recommend them to anyone, and I will be returning here for all my service needs.

Bought another car from Jenkins and Wynne this year. Kirk Williams was my sales representative and he was great; I felt like he was able to facilitate the sale without being pushy or sneaky. I got the vehicle for the price I had in mind, and Kirk made sure several details were addressed even days after the sale. There s a reason I bought a second vehicle here and come back to the service department for service needs.I always recommend this dealership to those who ask for recommendations.

My first time at this dealership wasn't a great one, but I can honestly say that Kenny (Big E) and Barry went the extra mile to earn my trust back which eventually led me to come back to the dealership. I have never seen two people work so hard to earn my trust and literally go the extra mile to make sure I was truly happy. This time at the dealership, I was greeted from the moment I pulled up, and Kenny was there waiting for me as well. He took the time to show me all the features, bells, and whistles the vehicle I wanted had, plus the paperwork was quick and easy. Cedric was full of smiles and genuinely cared about helping people. We had a lot of laughs in his office. Once everything was complete, Kenny took me back out to my now vehicle to show me even more stuff on the vehicle. He truly cares about his customers, and I know that if in the future I ever want another vehicle, I will deal with him again. Thank you to everyone who made today special and worked hard to give you all another shot. I am glad I came back because that is how you should be treated at a dealership.

I have been a Jenkins and Wynne customer since 1997. Last week, we traded in my 2015 Ford XLT for a 2023 one. This is the 8th (or 9th) vehicle purchased with them. This time I had the pleasure to work w Kirk Williams and Aaron White (& Mr. Barry Elliott). I can say What a Team! Thank you for going all out for me with my new truck. Kirk, you are knowledgeable and smooth. You need to be promoted ahead of peers! Aaron, I remember you when you as a Honda Salesman now you are closing deals (even got me to finance an extended warranty & prepaid maintenance. Something I never do). And Mr. Elliott is The Man!!! Just picked up a 2015 Mustang for my daughter. Kirk was astonishingly accommodating! He knew exactly what I was looking for and focused on that. Not a pushy salesman thank god. He s a very professional attentive and easy going personality. Before I knew it I was test driving, signing ,and my daughter was driving away in the car of her dreams! It was such a quick process and so simple. Definitely one of the fastest experiences I ve had in a dealership. Long story short we couldn t be happier with the purchase! GO SEE KIRK!!! ***LONG RANT FROM FIRST-TIME BUYER***I just purchased my first vehicle from Jenkins and Wynne, and I couldn t be more pleased, excited, and comfortable with my purchase! After searching online for months and walking other lots in the area, I was starting to become discouraged that I wasn t going to find something I was in love with. When my mother and I went to J&W, it wasn t but a couple of minutes (far faster than any other dealership) before Bryce came out and asked what he could help us with. After telling him what I was looking for, he took us to the clean-up area and showed me a 2016 Ford Edge Titanium that ticked almost all the boxes. However, I didn t act soon enough, and the vehicle was sold the next day! I was a little upset by this, and could have continued looking elsewhere, but the kindness and hospitality I experienced on my first day is what kept me from leaving. Unfortunately Bryce had something personal come up, but he was swift with asking Tekota to take over with helping me find something else. With having to start fresh, Tekota was still super helpful and again, listened to what I was looking for, and showed me a newly traded in 2020 Ford Edge. Once I made the decision to buy this car Tekota was quick with working with Finance to get a price I was content with. Teri in Finance was super helpful with getting my payments where I wanted them to be; with an awesome extended warranty included! On the day of my purchase, Tekota and Angela were thorough with any last minute details and readily answered any remaining questions my mother or I had.I want to give a shout-out to the team at Jenkins and Wynne, especially Bryce, Rocky, Tekota, Teri, and Angela for making my first car purchase less stressful, easy and smooth sailing!

My experience in purchasing my new F-150 Lariat could not have been better. Gary Metz was assigned to me to help me with the sales process and answer any technical questions I might have about the truck. He was phenomenal. The whole process, the sale, the vehicle prep, the financing and the follow up was seamless. Gary was so focused on if I was satisfied with the way things were going as he explained next steps in each step of the process. One sales men in particular Bob Durham, he goes the extra mile to make sure you are satisfied. Very professional, friendly, and explains things about the vehicle you are interested in. My husband and I had the best experience purchasing a new 23 Honda Accord yesterday than we have ever had with a large purchase. Big E also known as Kenny and a young man named Craig made this the best buying experience ever. Big E was probably the best salesperson we have ever had, and we have bought a lot of vehicles. He was very knowledgeable and personable. He worked with Berry on getting us prices on, I believe, 5 vehicles before we picked. Berry worked hard to please us as well, because I explained to him the bad experience we had back in October 2023 when the dealership lost a sale on an F150 king Ranch due to Tim ???? Pricing the vehicle and his attitude with us. I bought my F150 elsewhere. We are Christian people and told Big E we would have to pray about it, and he agreed 100% on that decision. He also repeatedly told us that if he didn't have the vehicle on the lot, he would do his best to find what we wanted. The only thing that could make this experience better would be the driver door problems getting fixed quicker.On a side note that Alisha in the service department is the best. She saved this customer for the dealership because after dealing with Mike Cooper, I was out. But that's a whole other conversation if someone would like to call me.
