got a custom cat back exhaust done here about a year ago and after taking it off a week ago, i am not pleased. i was told they didn't work with anything that rusts which clearly isn't true. i paid $700 for the exhaust and 2 weeks after having it done i had to go back to get pinholes in the welds fixed. these are by far the worst welds i have ever seen. definitely NOT worth the $700. he also put the wrong tips on because they "looked better than the ones I picked". wouldn't recommend.

The rudest person I've ever talked to at any mechanic shop. I will NEVER call here again and this guy needs to find a new profession.

Horrible service, completely turned me down simply because I had a quad tip exhaust. Wouldn t negotiate price or anything. When asked is there a reason why you won t do it his the representatives response was it s too much work and I won t do it . Would not recommend.

We get what we give, folks :) Jeff and his team are honest and fair - they got me back on the road in less than half a day, with my 1986 Chev G30 purring like a kitty. Jeff's philosophy: "If it ain't broke, don't fix it!" I appreciate their no nonsense approach and reasonable prices. BONUS: they have the cleanest bathroom I've ever seen at a repair shop! Don't let the negative reviews deter you. I highly recommend Jeff's Muffler & Brakes. (Thank you all again, and my apologies for leaving my coffee behind.)Service: Exhaust

I went here with an open mind after reading the negative reviews from others. My experience with this shop has been nothing but amazing. Jeff worked did my muffler delete at a very reasonable price and when I wanted changed into something different; he did it with NO additional charge. Give this shop a chance, its a great place. I got my car the same day both different times.

I called and asked a simple question regarding an exhaust repair. I was told they can't preform said repair, then immediately hung up the phone. The worse part is that I called earlier in the week with the same question and they said they can take a look at it and give an estimate. I think the owner and mechanics need to stay away from the phone and hire a professional receptionist.

I had a muffler that was completely rusted out up to the catalytic converter on a Toyota pickup Jeff was able to completely rebuild it in one day and I was very pleased with the price

They got me in and out in less than 30 minutes! Not only that, but Jeff was very nice PLUS he gave me a student discount (very sweet). 10/10 recommend for any car servicing needed (especially muffler work). Thanks y'all! I'll most definitely be back for other services in the future

Used this business in the past to fix my truck. Called yesterday to see if they could help me try to extend the exhaust on my small engine. Seemed helpful and told me to come in after 12 so it wouldn t be so busy. I walked in with the piece of pipe I needed extended. Jeff said he needs to see my whole setup in order to help me. When I tried to explain the simple extension he basically was like I guess you didn t hear me . I walked out. Screw this rude place I can t believe I gave them business in the past.

I asked a simple question about something about my car and instantly got cut off and hung up on. Maybe if there was an explanation on why you can or cant do something for someones vehicle i wouldnt be so confused and annoyed on why you wernt able to do something for said vehicle.

In October of 2020 I had oil leak and took my car to them. After many other diagnoses a oil leak turned into $1000 worth. Several days later ABS light and low engine oil came on. After taking it to another mechanical abs was unhooked , my fender liners were gone, ( never put back on) and oil is leaking from seal. Guess I was taken advantage of.

Jeff can't weld. I have to take my blazer back and get him to fix it because I have a huge exhaust leak in one of his crappy welds. He also welded my tip on crooked and left a long peice of wire hanging from my exhaust from his welder. I wanted to talk to him about doing side exit exhaust and he knew that but he still just did what he wanted.

This place is horrible. They are rude and disrespectful . The name is Jeff muffler and brakes so I called them looking for some exhaust work and old dude said wasn't interested and hung up in my face as I was telling him what I needed done. I don't know how this place makes money the way they treat business.

Called to see how much something was going to cost and he said not interested and hung up halfway through me explaining what I needed done. Very unprofessional.
