Will never be back. Took my duramax for them to install a aftermarket turbo, charged a ridiculous price but not the point. little while later it started acting up, I took it back and 2 months later, I finally get the truck back. Had to take it back the very next day because it was still acting up. Also charged me the ridiculous amount AGAIN to fix it. I get the truck back again that day and it s STILL acting up. Not to mention the lift pump they said they got working that still isn t working. Finding another shop to take it to now and gonna have to pay for them to fix it again. Don t waste your time and money here

I highly recommend this shop, not only was all the staff very friendly but also extremely helpful. I took my duramax in for new edge monitor and it was done in a very timely manner. Tyler was extremely helpful and honest about everything. I will definitely be coming back to this shop for more upgrades for my truck. I d recommend this shop to anyone looking to get their truck worked on. 5 out 5 stars for these guys!!Service: Auto engine tuning

Traveling through Clarksville, had an unexpected issue with my '08- F350. After visiting several diesel shops in the area and being turned away becasue they were to busy, I came into Integrity Diesel Performance expecting the same however, Tyler and Heath worked me in to their morning schedule and were able to get my truck issue resolved withing an hour! Professionalism goes a long ways with this shop, they explained to me the problem with my truck and had me back on the road that morning. Met the shop manager who was also extremely helpful and I continued to thank him for being able to get me in so quickly. If you ever are passing through or live in the area, having an issue with your diesel truck I would encourage you to give this shop a call! They are a great professional mechanics who will go above and beyond to get you fixed and out the door. Thank you for all your work!

Integrity Diesel Performance will have all of my business for as long as I live in Clarksville, TN and probably even after I PCS. I took my Duramax to a sketchy shop down the road and was completely swindled out of money and left with a truck that would not start. Heath and Tyler at Integrity helped me get my truck towed over to the shop and squeezed me into their schedule as fast as they could. It only took them two days to get me back on the road and that was only because they had to wait on a performance part that was special ordered. Their prices are fair and their turn around time is great. I recommend making an appointment if you can, because they get very busy for good reason! These guys are great! Had my powerstroke in for a complete fuel system replacement last week. Waited a while for parts, but couldn't be happier with their repairs! Awesome techs! Integrity Diesel is more than a mechanic shop, they are like family. We started going to Tommy 4 yrs ago while stationed at Fort Campbell. They have always gone above and beyond to take care of our truck. We moved back to the area and needed some maintenance service. Once again completely taken care of with a electrical problem on top of a new alternator. We 100% recommend this family owned local mechanic. They are HONEST and genuinely here to help you. I called to get a price of some work I needed done and the guy sounded nice and all and was somewhat helpful and he told me he would call me back with the prices for the parts and labor but he never called back so I guess it's just there lost of a customer

These guys and gals were fantastic with answering the many probably annoying questions I had. They were polite professional and very assuring to me they knew exactly what they were doing and they didn t disappoint. My truck runs way beyond any expectations i had. Spent 4K on a coolant leak, FICM replacement, driveshaft replacement, diagnosing check engine light (which was a complete waste of diagnosing fee) and oil change (over filled and didn t replace filters, had to correct myself) .When I brought the truck back because of the same leak the owners son told me well we re not perfect and we spent over an hour looking for the leak .I should ve shopped around but I went off of reviews and opinion from a friend but I do not personally recommend them due to 4,000.00$ of imperfection.I am sure some folks have had great service from Integrity and maybe I just got the mechanic that wasn t worth a damn but again not worth the risk especially when owners son doesn t own up to his shops mistakes.Services: Electrical repair, General repairs & maintenance, Oil change

I am a repeat customer of IDP I went in with my truck told them what I wanted and my goals and worked with me on getting the job done in a timely manner.I had a tune, exhaust, dual south bend clutch and other small things accomplished. They have also helped with diagnosing an issue with the transmission. I took my 2000 Cummins here for an issue I couldn t figure it out, they fit me in quick and figured out the problem fast. I just had a Jasper 6.7 Powerstroke replaced in my truck. While they were in there we decided to update the fuel system and install an industrial injection XR1 turbo. These guys sorted though it all in time for me to take the truck on a road trip from Tn to Kansas. I didn t have one issue with this truck and the work they did. The power is amazing with the turbo and the tune and fuel economy is higher than I ve ever seen. I can t sing praises high enough for Tommy and his team!

Called the 13th to get a quote, gave my name number and the truck specs never got a call back. Then i called them the 17th, 6 times guy tried to tell me my truck didnt exsist. I have a 1st gen cummins (1990 d350 cummins turbo diesel) its a 12v. Everyone else at speedco, valvoline, firestone new exactly what my truck is execpt these people who "specialize" in dodge cummins trucks. Was told the 17th id get texted so i can send pics of the truck. No text. 18th called back and they finally texted me so i sent pics of the truck, then was told id get a call back. Obviously, no call back, so i waited a couple of days ya know maybe theyll startt working up a quote but no. Called yesterday again told i was going to recieve a call. No call. Called again today, no call back. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME.Its so funny how you commented on my review but you are completely wrong. I called about turbo replacement not a p pump or nothing concering the p pump. Clearly yall werent paying attention .

Solid mechanics down there at 'tegridy diesel. They communicate effectively through the entire process.I had My 6.0 bulletproofed with heads, intake, turbo, injectors, exhaust, regulated return fuel system, trans mods, converter, and a few misc. Odds and ends. Attention to detail is there and again communication was great. I highly suggest having Aaron work on your rig.Services: Transmission, Exhaust, Engine repair, Oil change

I always use Integrity for my auto repairs. They are very helpful reliable and honest. They are the only place I take my vehicles. Called multiple times trying to get a quote for some services I needed. I was told that I would be called back in an hour with my quote. Next day I still have not received a call. I call back again and they tell me they are working on the quote and I will be called back in an hour. Again, never was called back. I eventually settled on buying the parts myself and installing them.

Not only was the owner rude and inpatient on the phone, but they also recommended 2 different fixes costing over $1,100 that ultimately did nothing to improve our truck's performance. We brought in our F250 b/c it was losing power on idle and generally running oddly. They said it needed the FICM replaced. My husband verified that fuel injectors were tested and we were assured the injectors were noth the issue. Replaced FICM, ordered wrong harness, but said should be running better. Was running worse. We were $600 in at this point. Now suddenly an injector needs replaced. Another $500 We left them the truck for a week, heard nothing about anything else needing to be done and when we picked up the truck it still had loss of power and now blowing white smoke from exhaust and not driveable. The owner was again rude and just sort of like "I dunno, maybe it's the harness afterall". There are no words to describe how irritating this man is and how poorly he deals with things when HE makes the wrong calls. I would hate to work for such an dishonest, rude man and could see that the mechanics didn't agree with him either. He offered no compensation so karma is all I can hope for.
