Marvin Landry was attentive and thorough with my scheduled service. He also found a recall that needed to be done so we got that taken care of as well. I had to wait at the dealership this time and it took a few hours. I didn t anticipate the long wait but their new service waiting area was comfortable, clean, and relatively quiet for a busy dealership. Thanks again to Marvin and the service/maintenance crew!

The Mazda Service Department did an awesome job of service on my SUV. They were fast, efficient as well as very well trained. They were able to answer all my questions. Thanks Taylor Bridges for a great day! I would highly recommend Wyatt Johnson for all your service needs!

While the review came to me as Hyundai Service it was actually Wyatt-Johnson Mazda in Clarksville, TN. My appointment was schedule for 7:15am. The doors opened as scheduled. I was cordially greeted and interviewed per my service request on-line. I was escorted to customer waiting. The customer service area was clean and well stocked. I was kept informed of the status of my requested work and informed of suggested additional services. All if all I was in the facility from 7:15am until 10:45am. A reasonable length of time. I was satisfied with all aspects of my visit.

Customer service was great. However, $368 for an oil change and an ac cleanse is insane. Didn't put air in my tires, check other fluids. Didn't check breaks like I asked. I guess I gotta do my own oil changes from now on.

Great customer service from Jacob and Taylor. Simple oil change service, in and out with no hassle. Only glitch was the computer system, appointment made online was difficult to confirm once I got to the dealership. But, Taylor was able to help.Thanks

Wyatt Mazda is the only place I want to take my SUV. They are always courteous and make every customer feel appreciated. Taylor and Ben are fantastic and take the time to answer questions and make sure you re happy with your service experience. And even when they recommend services I never feel pressured and get a thorough understanding of why or when something is recommended. Only suggestion is I miss the video of the inspections.

I had my Mazda serviced at Wyatt Johnson Mazda today. Arrived at my appointment was greeted quickly and checked in for service. Ben explained everything that was involved in a 25k service and pricing. I really like the video that was sent to me of what they checked on the car and the results. Ben was very pleasant to work with.

Recently moved to the area and this was our first experience with Wyatt Johnson. The staff was very professional, courteous, and quick responding when we arrived. The waiting area was very clean and the full staff was kind and focused on the customer. I highly recommend this location for your Hyundai Service.

Our salesman Tyler Hawks is the absolute best!! He s very informative, friendly, and helpful. He listened to everything I was looking for and found a 2023 Kia sportage that had everything I asked for (and more!!) he worked with our budget and went above and beyond to help us get our maintenance appointments set up as well. Marvin was great walking me around my car and letting me know what needed to be done. My car was able to get an oil change and a tire rotation is a great amount of time! Was informed of other items that needed to be done and I m now able to order new tires to get done that I wouldn t have noticed otherwise! Can t wait to be a Wyatt Johnson customer for life!

I bought a used Sonata at Wyatt Johnson... a couple weeks after my purchase, it started acting up. So I took it to the service department. After a few diagnostics it was determined that I needed a new engine. Robby in the service department was relentless in finding the best deals, working with the warranty company, and saving me every penny he could. Super thorough, very professional, always pleasant. In the end, it didn't cost me as much as it could have. Robby even got me a deal on a rental. That guy should be promoted! He's the best!!! Even though this experience was not what I planned, and I feel a little opinionated about my salesperson, Robby absolutely did all he could to make it right. And I whole heartedly appreciate all his hard work and patience with me and my situation.

Poor. They repaired my Hyundai but kept it 4 weeks. It was a warranty issue, and the point of contact was Bob Fine. He was not communicative and would not answer calls. A very kind person in parts named Kevin found Bob to make him give me an update. I waited a full 10 days for parts, ( must have flown in from South Korea).

Quick and complete Subaru service with complimentary shuttles home and back (thru Lyft). I dropped my 2024 Outback 2.5L off for oil and filter change at 0745 and it was ready to go 75 minutes later. My service rep was Tyler--it felt like he cared, was respectful, and good to chit chat with. He hooked me up with a 3x oil/filter change and 3x tire rotation service package which will save some cash over the next year and a half. The lobby is also great as it has plentiful places to sit, snacks, and a coffee/tea/hot chocolate maker.

I called about my motor knocking to see if it was still under warranty. I spoke with Robby Williams and he stated that it was and to bring it there and leave it. It would be a process to go through. the process was for the mechanic to check it and then see if Hyundai would replace the motor. I expected to be a lengthy process however that process was really that long. The mechanic check in the motor and figuring out that it was a rod knocking. I was gonna need a new motor and submitting it to Hyundai and then approving it came back rather quickly. The next step would be waiting to get a motor for it and. I waited. After a week, they had a rental car for me and they were waiting The parts in the motor. It took about three weeks Altogether. But I have a brand new motor or a remanufactured, which is pretty much brand new and my experience with Wyatt Johnson. Hyundai of Clarksville was fantastic. Everyone there was great. The process was quick, rental car was fantastic, and I have my car back. Thank you Wyatt Johnson and Ronby!

Service advisor Olivia Johnson did and excellent job checking me in she took me to the waiting area, she kept me informed of my service, the waiting area was very nice, very comfortable seating free coffee, bottle water & snacks, the new showroom is beautiful, bathrooms were clean, I would say it was a very nice experience.
