Brian came out and installed a second AC in our camper. He was very knowledgeable and made sure that everything was working. We will definitely use him again when issues arise.

I'm glad I called Hackett's Mobile RV Repairs. I had a water leak on my travel trailer. These guys know their stuff; fixed water leak immediately. I love the fact that they bring various supplies in case you need to buy anything for a replacement or repair; I was able to have other parts replaced. I also love the fact they were able to come out within a few hours after I contacted them. I highly recommend their service.

I'm glad I called Hackett's Mobile RV Repairs. I had my annual inspection scheduled and done in no time. These guys know their stuff! They were very helpful and knowledgable. They bring various supplies in case you need to buy anything for a replacement or repair. Very convenient and I highly recommend their service.

I Called Hackett's RV Repairs for what I thought was a clog in my toilet. Brian took the time to run through some DIY troubleshooting steps to help me fix my issues quickly and expressed that he would hate to charge me for something I could do myself. I'm I would definitely trust him for future work on my RV needs.

at Christmas eve, my furnace was not working, Brian took his time out of family to come and help a disabled lady with lung cancer. He came and hooked up ,my furnace, looked and said i will need one. He didn't even charge me, a Christmas present. He came back after I got the new furnace, he was so compassnate, caring and kind. Replaced my furnace in my RV, cleaned up and took care of everything. If you ever need anything in a RV repaired call him and he will do you right. Thank you

Brian and Justin were amazing! We were desperate to have someone dewinterize our rv and fix our leaking toilet. They came out to our campsite. They did what we needed and talked us through so many things as well! They are extremely reasonable in price too. We love them and will be using them for all of our future repairs as well! 10/10 fully recommend.

All I can say is ths, Brian was very professional and it was the best on call service that I have received. He went above and beyond. Really knew his stuff about campers. Really did a good job on my camper. Will definitely use him again in the near future. Going to use him for detailing my cars. Awesome.

I will say that for his experience he is overpriced. Would never hire again. Really bad experience! He charged me 200.00 service fee, yet had me drive from Erin to Clarksville to buy the part he thought was needed by telephonic diagnostic. He actually stole one hour of labor at 150.00 per hour. When I say stole he was here 2 hours and charged me 3. When I confronted him he said that is what he told the warranty company. The A/C did work when he left. The next day it did not, called him and he told me he did what he was supposed to do, replace the blower motor. He further told me he was going on vacation and that any other parts were plug and play basically and I could repair it myself. I called a second repair service who actually diagnosed and repaired the actual problem, start capacitor. I learned a very expensive lesson, so let me save you the heartache and expense.But if you want someone who overprices their experience and will take labor hours at 150.00 per hour he does't work, hire Mr. Hackett.

Took my RV in for a recall repair and A/C service. I was able to drop it off the same day I called and Brian and his team completed everything as planned in 2 days.
