The cleanest it s ever been. Brian was a pleasure to work with; friendly, responsive, and fairly priced. I was actually surprised he got the wheels as clean and pristine as he did. Other than the normal wear of the vehicle, it s literally cleaner than brand new.

Brian and his son came to McEwen to work on my travel trailer and RV. How awesome! He was here when he said he would be , explained what he was going to do and got to work. He found the issue, fixed it and I was delighted with his service and timelessness. In this day and age, it is so hard to find people that actually do what they say they will do. I appreciate the excellent job!

Had my truck detailed. The truck is used in the Mississippi delta and had what I thought was permanent mud stains. He not only got them out but made my truck look brand new. I had my RV in for service and while it was there decided to give Brian and the team a chance to show off their detailing skills. They completed a full exterior and roof detail on our rig and it turned out amazing. Let me start off my husband was in the DOG HOUSE!!!!! I got a Gf card for his birthday and he misplaced it and it was for over $300 . I reached out to HACKETT DETAILING to see if they keep records of that information thank the lord they did I just gave them some information regarding the purchase and they had it . Mrs HACKETT was very detailed and gave me my information for the gift card , so we could schedule my husband detailing . The customer service is 10 stars alone . I brought in my very dirty 2021 Jeep Compass, it was dirty inside and out, 4 dogs will do that. I could not believe how great my Jeep looked. Probably better than I bought it. Highly recommend. Very friendly and does a wonderful job.Service: Auto detailingService: Auto detailing

It was nice to deal with a business that actually answered the phone rather than just have you fill out a form. I was able to get my van completely detailed quickly, and what a difference it made. I'd had a forgotten pumpkin "rot" in my van, and it left a very unpleasant odor. The detailing that Brian did got rid of the smell and made my 12 year old van look like new! I will definitely be back to see them with my other vehicles.Brian and Tammy were wonderful!!

Had my Ski detailed here and the job was very, very well done. I got the ski back and can honestly say it looks like it came off the showroom. The workmanship was incredibly detailed and the customer service was phenomenal too. I will be back to have my other toys and vehicles done. I highly recommend Hackett's Auto Detailing and RV Rental. They are always accommodating to my special request. It doesn't matter how nasty my car has gotten from my dogs, my car always comes back looking and smelling brand new again. They even clean under the hood! Who does that? My husband likes to show off those horses so he is so proud to pop that hood after my detail. I had a wonderful experience getting my car detailed for the first time. Brian was extremely kind and professional! The environment of the shop was very cozy and decorated nicely for the holidays. Brian and Tammy were amazing. Brian took a car not cleaned in 2 years and returned it looking brand new. I cannot recommend Hacketts enough. They even helped with pickup!!!! Easy to work with. I have 2 little boys and recently moved down to Tenessee from Maryland. Needless to say the interior of my Chevy Traverse was a NIGHTMARE. I needed to get it detailed so I was able to completely start back over and maintain it once cleaned. I went onto google for nearest car detailing companies in my area. Hackett's Auto Detail Spa was one of the first ones that popped up for a 4/5 star rating and awesome reviews. When I scheduled my appointment they told me it would look like it was when I first bought the car and honestly I did not think it could be done but how dirty it was. When I picked up my car it literally looked BRAND NEW AGAIN! Everything was spotless, stains I thought would not come out did and it smelt so good too! I was so shocked and so happy by the outcome! I had a spot on the front bumper of a car hitting it and they completely buffed it out. This company is amazing and the owners and employees are so nice! Very reasonable pricing too especially the work my car needed! Definitely recommend anyone going here if they want their car really taken care of and will definitely be going back!

I love this place. I took my old 2011 Ford F-150, a work truck. I would definitely recommend Hackett s Auto Detail Spa. In fact I have told several friends already. Brian is super friendly and genuinely cares about his customers and his quality of work. I thought our car was beyond saving but Brian got it looking brand new again! Very fair pricing and phenomenal work! He worked with us on our very tight timeline and adjusted his schedule to fit us in. We are shipping our car to Alaska in two days and he fixed us up in no time. I recently took my car here for the first time. The owner is super friendly and the service is fast! My car was done around the same time the next day of dropping it off and it looked spectacular. The exterior looked better than when I bought the (used) car off the lot. And he managed to get the tough stains off my interior upholstery. The pricing is much better than the competition in the area as well.

Tammy (my new BFF) and Brian are outstanding, just some the best people you can meet in general. The level of hospitality that they showed me was amazing and we haven't even gotten to my car yet!! Tammy came and got me from the shop and took me to the mall to wander around while waiting for my car and was there ready to take me to pick it up!!! The quality of work Brian did on my vehicle was amazing, he even did the engine! I was beyond satisfied. I am starting a new work venture and my car will be a huge part of it!!
