Randomly had a sudden leak in my tire, pulled up into Gateway not knowing how long it would take or if they even patched tires. Thankfully they did. I had my young son with me and I was in and out of there in 30 minutes. The men I talked to at the front were really nice, and their waiting area was very spacious in comparison to most. I will be back, thanks!

We took our car to the gateway tire on humberger. They had for 2 weeks. Failed at repairing our brakes. Contacted the regional manager and we took our car to the sango gateway. Oh my goodness! This shop completely fixed our brakes in 1 day. The manager and the mechanic were amazing and so helpful. I can not thank them enough for putting my mind at rest. Thank you so much !

I've been searching for a shop that has nitrogen for tires for 10 Months. I was only expecting to get a top-off but he went above and fully removed the air and nitrogen mix and did a full fill of nitrogen. He gave excellent custom her service and even recommended another shop for my other car needs.

Went to get my BMW serviced for an oil change and it was a total disaster. Oil was leaking everywhere when it was done with service. Had to bring it back and see what was wrong with it. The employees were professional handling their mistakes and covered the repairs. I'm not sure if I'll return to do my oil change at this location. This is their second time having an oil leak. The first time they didn't secure my oil filter. This time they put the incorrect oil and my drain plug was not secured. I hope this establishment pays more attention and is more focused.

Recently had these fine folks put new tires on my car and could not have been happier with the experience! First of all the price comparable to other shops, but they had a much more open schedule which worked perfect. Also, I had one of my children with me and they had plenty of space to spread out while you wait. I counted three separate waiting areas, one of which included a plush leather couch! Complimentary tea and coffee, as well as popcorn was also a very nice touch. I would highly recommend this shop to anyone looking for excellent service!

They are the best, never seen a rude employee in that place. Call u as soon as car is ready and quote you the charges over phone. They also notice if they see any problems and let u know about it. I like that.

First of all, I would like to thank you, I had a front alignment problem in my Maserati Ghibli vehicle. I talked to many shops and they couldn't handle it, I can definitely recommend it. affordable price quality work and workers

I went to get tires mounted and balanced. It was quick and easy. Andrew was very professional, helpful and kept me up to date on the progress. I was in and out in about an hour. I recommend this shop for all of your auto needs!

Great customer service. Had a flat tire a year ago and they patched it for no charge. I asked why and they said because we want your future business. Well, they got it. I came back with another punctured tire this year and purchased a full set of tires - Hankook Dynapro HP2. They had them in the warehouse, got them delivered and installed in a few hours. Very pleased with the new tires (very low noise) and with Gateway.

Be careful with this place. They quoted a price on a tire they had to order and after they installed it, they charged me almost 25% more for it. Classic BAIT & SWITCH. WON'T go back!

I came in right before closing time. I had a nail in my tire and was on the way to work myself. The two gentlemen inside were polite and friendly. They helped me get in and out and on my way in only 15mins!!

Took my granddaughter to get her oil changed, they do not do appointments so she knew she was going to leave her vehicle. Did call when finished, almost in time arranged. Staff seemed to be genuine in taking care of her jeep. Did not have oil required on site caused some delay. Did reset oil change reminder.

After a bad experience at the other location I thought I should reach out to the bypass location and give them a chance to do the right thing. Larry did an excellent job listening to what happened and said give me a chance to make it right. Next morning before the shop opened he called and and told me what he could do to earn back my business. He did the right thing and am happy to say earned back the sale. Great job Larry!

I cannot express how great of an experience I had here today! Perfect service! No issues with getting new tires put on. Also an alignment that my husband and I didn t know we needed! Such a good catch.Also want to acknowledge Brittany! I felt like we were best friends within 10 minutes of checking in. I knew going in on a Friday I would have to wait all day, (had no one to pick me up) which I was completely fine with. She did everything she could to get me pushed up and out of there as soon as she could, and she did!Such a sweet lady!

Y all this is the best place I have ever gone to by far. It s never fun doing car maintenance but they are so accommodating and honest. I was getting ready to go on a road trip and they went above and beyond to make sure the car was safe. Shout out to Brittany. She is probably the kindest most patient person I have ever met. So throw a little of that patience and kindness back. They deserve it.

Got a great deal on two front tires. They were quick, and found the source of my rear tire losing pressure - two nails. They plugged the holes quickly and returned this otherwise good tire back in service.

Great place to come and get tires if you want to sit in the waiting area for 2 hours. Will never buy another thing from this place . Loved sitting here watching the Techs stand in the bay and have a 25 min conversation while me and my daughter and I sit here for hours.. Great Work everyone is more worried about smoking cigarettes and vaping then doing there job and it shows

Took in my 1979 Ford F150, and met Chris who was beyond helpful! He helped me find the perfect tires for my rims, worked with me to ensure my brakes were in good working ordered and got my old truck road ready. Once I had the truck back , Chris texted me to make sure I was happy. This will be my go to service department from now on.

*Customer Caution Came in for a simply wheel mounting and alignment, everything got done in a timely manner and was told nothing was wrong with my vehicle but when i came to pick up my vehicle the brakes were squishy so i pulled into a space and looked underneath the hood and my one brake line was busted so they pulled my vehicle back into the shop and instead of replacing one hard line and a few fittings they quoted me 3000 to 4000 dollars to replace the entire brake system saying that they cant just replace the one part, that they don t do patch work . I don't know about all of you people but I m not made of money so now here i am stranded in their parking lot trying to figure out what to do while they said goodbye and good luck.

Back in January I bought all brand new tires, and the price of them was great! I shopped around and they had the best price. They fixed me right up! Well 4months later my front and rear tire started loosing air, again they fixed the problem! Metal in one and a leaking plug in the other! So fast forward a month and I have only put like maybe less than 11k on the newtires! And I called em and told em what happened and Larry said to bring it in! I paid for a alignment and they put free tires on the front. I was happy they got me in as I have two littles and I need to be safe! Thank you Gateway you have my business!

I am a repeat customer at this location. The staff is always courteous, friendly, and honest. The waiting area is clean and comfortable with leather seats and couches, plenty of new magazines and televisions. They also have free popcorn and coffee.I always get quick service and they do their best to fit me in even on days that are so busy that there is barely any parking available.They even rotated my tires for free (the only reason that I visited them on that day). I didn t even buy my tires or rims from them. So basically they had a mechanic tied up with my vehicle and didn t make a dime on it just to keep me as a loyal customer.If you need any kind of work done on your vehicle, whether it be preventative maintenance, new tires, or mechanical work, I can highly recommend Gateway Tire and Service Center.

Edited review: I went back to get four tires on my Tundra because my first visit was fantastic. My husband was quoted a significantly lower price on the phone than I was quoted in person. The sales guy then started to haggle with me. I don't negotiate tire prices. I appreciate transparency and honesty. I didnt get that. I don't see why I should pay $150 more than anyone else for the same tire. I asked for my keys after I pondered and stewed over my experience. I spoke with the manager and let him know I was disappointed. I won't come back. 2.5 starsInitial review:This place is busy. Its busy because the service is great and prices are affordable. If you go on a Saturday, you can expect to have a bit of a wait. I am pleasantly surprised by the expedience and simplicity of this shop. I will definitely return and recommend this shop to everyone I speak with. (By the way, I bought my tires from Sam's Club in GA, but the Sam's here couldn't fit me in for a rotation and balance).

We currently use Gateway for our tire and service needs but this time we wanted to have a lift kit installed on our grandson truck so we contacted Larry and his team and wow did they deliver for us all around. They went over all aspects of the process and recommended the lift kit suitable for the truck and fixed us up with tires and mounted on chrome 24" rims taking care to not damage the new rims. The entire team from the start to finish did a excellent job delivering a fantastic result for our grandson. Thanks Gateway Team!
