I have been treated with upmost respect and with straight integrity since I have first stopped by. I will continue to be a loyal customer because this is a prime example of customer service. They take on the problem of the car like it s their own and not slot of places are like that. I appreciate this place so much and you have bought a loyal customer.

You can t ask for a better towing company that care for there customers concern, they were closed on weekends but owner actually met me to get my vehicle towed from his storage to stop continue storage fees, and also helped to get my vehicle towed back to my home without further damage, thank you first class towing!! You will always have my business!!! I will recommend this company to anybody!!

I had an emergency situation needing my alternator replaced while passing thru Clarksville and staff at First Class was gracious enough to fit my car in their already busy day and get me back on the road. Staff is very friendly and they helped make an unfortunate and very upsetting situation much better - we were even laughing by the time we left! Thank you all so much!

They are very family oriented even though they don't say it. They remember their customers and are very friendly. I didn't expect this kind of service from a hole in the wall...but, I'm not going anywhere else. Best in Clarksville!

Joe was very hospitable and professional. I went to First Class Auto thinking I ll need a transmission replacement $$$$$, but I just needed more fluid. Now he could have taken advantage of me seeing Jeep s are known for needing transmission replacements. However, he gave me some great advice and very lower bill than I expected!!

I have brought my car in twice to get brake line repaired, she s an old rusted (but beautiful) 96 accord. First time I was nervous and the mechanic literally put it up on jacks and took a look with me, showing me everything that was wrong before and after. Second time was an easy 60$ line swap. The front desk staff is very nice, mechanics are charismatic and wise, and it is an overall nice place. I chose to get my car fixed here because of the high reviews and I hope this review lets people know that this is the right place! Thank you

It's a book, I'll keep it short, Mom's car was messed up, broke bolt on thermostat and that wasn't even the problem.... It needed a heater core! After Brandon and crew checked it out, however it had to be towed in, it was a nightmare sitting, So Mr. Joe's shop had the car for a minute because of the broke bolt that should have never been touched!!!! So let Professionals do the job!!! Without some shade tree mechanic working on something, break it then leave you with a worse problem then what original condition was.....JUST CAN'T THANK YOU ALL ENOUGH!!! Mom's got her car with a great heater !! Respect, Honesty, Integrity, Quality..... It what I received from First Class

Had a engine replaced in my 2016 dodge grand caravan. Everyone was very helpful to get us back on the road. They dealt with the extended warranty company which has to be a head ache. We sat at the shop for a few while they double checked everything before we left and everyone we met was very gracious and nice. Would definitely recommend them! Addition to original review. The engine that our warranty company provided first class lasted only 5 months. Naturally we sent it back to first class. They bent over backwards two times what most folks would have done and got it replaced and dealt with silverrock warranty when they didn't want to cover the water pump that was damaged upon delivery of the motor. Joe at first class is such an amazing customer friendly guy. He did everything short of illegal activities to satisfy his customer. He even towed the vehicle back to us on a Friday night and we live 60+ miles from the shop. And when dropping our vehicle off for us at just shy of 10pm he was still super friendly and had a smile on his face! I would recommend taking your vehicle to Joe especially if your car is your baby like ours is! Take it and see Joe and I promise you will leave in a better mood than you were in when you got there!!! Even the receptionists will make u laugh and put a smile on your face. And do fast amazing work as long as they don't have to wait on the warranty company for approval. It's the warranty folks that make this process a living nightmare that you feel like you can never wake up from not Joe and first class auto repair! If I could give them 6+ stars they would deserve it!!!Thanks Joe and all the folks at first class, you have a customer for life now but hopefully not anytime soon lol!!!

My Son graduated last week before the Memorial Day Weekend, he left graduation for our family dinner and wrecked his car on the way, I had our insurance company on the phone & I was also logged into the app waiting for roadside assistance...I waited for over an hour..CPD said they could tow the car for us, and gave us the name of the wrecking company on call. We looked them up online and knew we couldn't pick up the car with a trailer over the weekend or on the holiday while they were closed. When I contacted them after the holiday they were very professional, they helped us arrange a tow back to our house instead of us loading the car and trailering it home from the opposite side of town. The towing fees were reasonable and the storage fee was reasonable, but Mr. Joe, the Ladies in the office, and the gentleman who brought my Son's car home tonight deserve a five star rating. The circumstances were awful, but the company, employees, and service was great.

Very professional and caring people, definitely know how to make a sale . My credit score was very low.I had convinced myself that I would not drive off in a vehicle. However through Steve s hard work and make it happen attitude I am the proud owner of a late model F-150. Worth mentioning also is Leketa s involvement throughout the entire process, her patient and attention to detail was greatly appreciated.

I have a 03 Toyota that was in a front end "fender bender." Body work is not cheap and other shops estimated 4K. Joe, a mechanic, told me he could fix it for a decent price and it would come out looking new. He was right. It took several weeks but my car looks better than ever and it didn't hurt my wallet. I am so please with the price and work of First Class Auto.

Front desk clerk is hateful and rude rolling eyes and all. Want paper work that was in the vehicle but was not trying to allow use to get it out! Policy or not I can not give u something that is in the car unless u let someone get it

the biggest scammers in clarksville do not come to them! please try to find another better option to bring your car to because they are a bunch of scammers that don t actually care about getting the job done good. they just want money. youtube could ve helped me more than they could ve, just disappointing.

This place is horrible. I dropped my car Thrusday morning and was told it would be ready in 4 hours. After not hearing from them all day I called that evening to check on my car. The lady at the front desk was very rude and told me they didn't not have the right tools to fix my car but now they dio and it will be ready Friday morning. I called Friday about noon and she says they just started on my car and it will be ready before they close. She never called back on Friday, so I go up there Saturday to pick my car up bc I'm very frustrated at this point. I get there and they are closed. I had to wait 2 hours for the tow truck man to come bring me my keys and my car had not been touched. It was still in the same parking spot I left it in on Thrusday. SMH very unprofessional, I will never do business here again and wouldn't recommend you do either.

They have had my kids car for 3 month. Refuse to tell us when they will finish it and then has the nerve to hang up on me when I inform her we are picking it up on Friday. Worst customer service and service I have ever recieved at this shop but we will not be using them again.

I had my vehicle picked up for a 100,000 mile service. They have had it for 5 day's now and I paid 1870.00 so whats up with that. Poor customer service
