Honestly, make an appointment if you're interested in the promotion they're running at that time. Otherwise be prepared to drop your vehicle off early so you can hopefully pick it up by close of business. Oh and they don't normally see appointments made online.I've had to reschedule appointments for being over an hour and a half late, with no opening in sight, because of a walk-in that took more than initially thought and I've waited for hours to be seen because I had to wait until the end of their appointments because of a current promotion.I've been a paying member with a monthly subscription and no difference.So if they're having a promotion and you're interested in whatever that promotion is, make an appointment and you'll be seen. Anything else just go elsewhere or you're leaving your car for the day minimum.

I had a good experience and was grateful the store was open on a Sunday. The guys I interacted with were all honest and upfront, which I always appreciate. The only negative was they did keep my car for around 6 hours to inspect and change a tire. This wasn't the end of the world for me as I had transportation but could be very frustrating for someone who did not.

Worst experience. Went to get brakes checked they recommended extra service I accepted tires and brakes for $1,700. Next day my check engine comes on, and temperature gauge is not working. I set up another appointment for check up they say it's not their fault and reset the fault. Next day while on I-24 my car is overheating I add coolant and notice the fan is not working too. Very disappointed I probably won't be going to any Firestone shop ever. This is what I got for $1,700.

I've got a 95 Cherokee. 3 years ago I rebuilt the front end on my Jeep. took it to the shop to try and get an alignment. They proceeded to tell me that all the brand new parts that I had put on were defective and that they couldn't give me an alignment. But would gladly install new parts for $600. Same thing just happened to me today.95% of the people that work here are lazy and good-for-nothing. The shorter tatted Hispanic dude is about the only person I would deal with. Buying lifetime alignments is good-for-nothing when the workers are too lazy to take the extra time to do the job. It has 3.6 stars for a reason even if it's in a pinch.

Staff is really great there, and they always come through with tire problems. I worked on Fort Campbell and I had my tire damaged 6 times over a 8 month period. These guys always came through for me. Definetly the best Firestone in Clarksville.

They handled an emergency tire change quickly and efficiently. They had the car in the shop almost immediately, and the tire changed. Highly recommend!

Not sure why they're not above 4 stars. I was in from Kansas City MO doing disaster relief after their recent tornado. My daughter also lives in Clarksville as an Army wife who's husband is currently deployed. I noticed that her tires were bald and out of alignment and wanted to get them replaced on short notice before I headed home and before she traveled to KC for Christmas. I did an online appt just hoping they could get me in on Monday and they did. These folks were VERY professional and kept me in the loop the entire time and there was no hard-selling of unnecessary items. As a father, I can't thank them enough for allowing me to get my daughter taken care of for her safety.

Had a leaking valve stem on my 5th wheel on our way back down to Georgia. With a pregnant wife and two toddlers, time was of the essence. They did not disappoint. I didn t get the gentleman s name, but he was AMAZING. Got me right in and taken care of quickly. Thank you sir, whoever you are!!!

Don t take anything lifted thereI was told a jeep couldn t be aligned because the steering wheel was upside down .. and who ever put the lift on which was me removed the steering box which never happened lol ya the track bar, drag link, etc needed to be adjusted ie it aligned.. regardless I saved 182$ ish and did it in the rain in my driveway in 38 min good job

Great staff.. recognized when a customer came in needing help! No long wait lines. Explanation of service right on the money. Clean facility inside.. tv to bid your time, though most people use their phone. No complaints!!

I scheduled an appointment online and then called to confirm the appointment the week of the service for a tire swap and alignment. Upon arriving for my service appointment I was informed by the service manager that they cannot fit me that day. They were to busy and my appointment needed to be rescheduled.I was also told I was not longer able to bring in my own tires. I was bringing in my own brand new (Stickered and bound tires) and was told that this franchise no longer does that service. I have done this service with this franchise many times before and even stated as such when I confirmed the appointment over the phone.Very disappointed with the service. I found the service I needed at a different franchise who was very helpful.

So first reason I'm giving this location a one star is that I made an appointment 2 weeks out to get two tires put on my car. Now with my appointment being at 8am I dropped my car off at 7:30am. I didnt get a call that it was done until 1:27pm, so it took six hours to put two tires on my car??? Next is when I came to pick up my car BOTH of my back windows were rolled all the way down. And last as I was driving down tiny town I kept looking at my hood and saying man this don't look right. When getting home I realized that my hood was still open. When calling the store the service manager said that two different people looked over my car to ensure that it was ready to go. So two totally different people missed my windows and hood. My question is what else did they miss???

I scheduled an appointment online for an alignment and changed it multiple times but finally settled on friday lol. I have a lifetime alignment with them. That said I showed up pretty early so I could got mcdonlads to work from my laptop. I got there at 630 they open at 7. I could visibily see them pull my car in at 715 my appt was at 8. With that said my car was done around 9/930 probably sooner. Everyone was pleasant as well

I went in for a service and I feel as if they didn't honor my warrant and expected me to pay full price for the service that was just done less the months ago I will not be back to this location and for sure recommend that others do the same and stay away from this location

I'm really late doing this, blame the ADHD. So a while back I got pulled over because my liceneplate light went out. Thought cool spouse and I can change that ourselves right. Bought the light and well failed, videos weren't clear enough. So we bit the bullet and went to a professional. I explained to the clerk what was up and he came out himself and installed the lights for us free of charge.

I took my car in because it wouldn t start after a few hours. They called and stated it was my battery that was causing the issue and after replacing the battery my car still wouldn t start. they told me they were unable to diagnose the problem and I would need to take it elsewhere and still charge me $40 for a diagnostic even though, they did not find the issue when I questioned about being charged without actually getting a diagnostic. I was informed that he could also charge me for putting in the battery and taking it out even though that was his suggestion and it wasn t the issue that was wrong with my car also I feel it s misleading for this repair center to be called complete auto care . The way I see it is it s not complete service because they were unable to find the issue with my vehicle. I am very unhappy with the service I received, and I will never return not even for an oil change.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

I ve had nothing but trouble getting online appointments to get approved and when they happen to be approved, the alignment machine is down . Almost reminds me of the McFlurry machine jokes on line.Its frustrating that this is the most convenient location for me and that I payed for the lifetime alignments yet it usually doesn't work out.I can get the payed services, but when it comes to services that wouldn't have me paying when I come in, I cant get.Service: Oil change

My partner and I got a nail in our tire on our 24 hour commute from colorado to North Carolina. Trey and his dad got us in quickly and offered amazing support and service. They were very helpful and personable and took care of our car from a new tire, to filters, to an oil change. I came to get my brakes checked out and repaired and waited an hour and a half. Then, I was told that they would not touch and repair my car in any way. Here's your paperwork, and have a nice day.I later spoke to technicians at a different establishment. And they said that I was treated unfairly and that they didn't wanna work on my car and we're being lazy.

They were so helpful, they got me in and out quickly. They were able to fix my vehicle last minute without any issues. I bought the lifetime alignment a couple years ago and it's such a good deal. I save so much money.

Two times in the past week I ve come to this location simply to put air in my tires. BOTH times I ve had to wait 20 minutes just for air!! Not to mention the person that was at the front desk was rude and very dismissive. And it was the same person both times. Definitely don t recommend coming here unless you want to be dismissed then forgotten. Better off going to riverside.Service: Tires

I had my car breakdown randomly in their parking lot. My phone was dead I had no way of getting help, so I went in and asked if they knew what was going on with my car. Dakota ran a few tests on it totally free and tried his best to help me out. And then the lady at the front desk, Colleena (I think that s her name) even gave me a drive home so I didn t have to walk a few miles back to my apartment. I m so thankful for these good hearted people. They saw someone in need and went above and beyond.

Definitely will not be choosing this location anymore. Made an appointment a week prior and called to confirm the time. The appointment was never scheduled. Told to come in at a later time but not guaranteed it would be done. The lady who works there could care less about her customer service and had me on hold forever just to hang up. I m all for Quality not Quantity.

I had my car brought in for a specific issue...they fixed it, but it still did the exact same thing the next day...ended up going to a different Firestone to fix it again...this location did at the very least attempt to make it right by removing some of the previous charges, so I gotta give them credit for that.

As others have said before, Mr. Greg is so nice, professional, and helpful! I had one punctured tire from a nail so I purchased a couple new tires at an average price and had them put on. I was super pleased with everything about this visit especially after I had spent 2 hours waiting at Walmart just to be told they couldn t help me. They checked out a few other things on my vehicle as a standard procedure and my windshield wiper fluid got topped off too so that was cool!
