Firestone is a great place to take your vehicle for minor repairs. The staff is very helpful and knowledgeable to the needs of your car. If by chance Firestone is unable to fix your car they will give you information regarding the dealership that may assist your needs. I Love Firestone. Keep Up The Great Work!

Took a Tesla I m renting there for tire rotationTires came back with out rim coversCalled them and they said they put them back on the carThey obviously didn tThey where supposed to top off fluids that wasn t done eitherLooks like the rushed the job at the very last minuteThe lady in the front was super nice and helpful and that s why they got 2 stars others wise it would ve been lower.Car service was bad front desk customer service was great

First time i went to get all new tires was great and I m never the type to leave bad reviews but today I went to get a vehicle inspection because my car was leaking. It has been leaking 2 weeks prior with no problems at all. I got quoted $720 for a new water pump & $182 for a thermostat when in Oreilys & Autozone it s cheaper. They were trying to take advantage like if I didn t know anything. I declined & just told them I ll get an oil change. They later call me to pick up my vehicle & on my way home my car starts over heating. That has never happened to me, I never once has any issues with my car. I get home & my boyfriend checks it & says they took out all the coolant because it was empty there was literally no coolant. He calls to let them know & a lady answers & says it s because my car is leaking so it leaked it all out. Yet like I had said my car has been leaking 2 weeks prior & had coolant more than half way now it s all gone. It s weird because I declined the service to pay that much for new water pump & thermostat & once I leave Firestone I start getting problems with my car just to be forced to get it fixed. I will never be back & would rather go to the dealership or a professional mechanic to get my car fixed because who knows if they tried messing anything else.

This is the third and final time I will go to Firestone. Each experience has been painful. This time my appointment was at 1300 and it was only to re seal 2 tires on my SUV. I already knew what the problem was before I ever dropped it off and made sure to tell the service manager. My vehicle didn't even get to the bay until 1400. Then it didn't get lifted until 1440. I didn't leave until 1645. About an hour before I left my wife calls and asks what is the hold up since I was there at 1300 and it's now 1530. The service manager then blatantly lied to wife about what is taking so long such as finding nails and asking for an alignment. I never asked for an alignment it was suggested to me as if it were no big thing to do and wouldn't take any extra time however it was used with my wife as an excuse as to why they were taking forever to re seal 2 tires. Then because I had already told my wife what the problem was reiterated this to the manager to which she blatantly lied and says I never mentioned what the problem could be. Not to mention she tells my wife they found nails and screws in the tires which I know is a lie because I had just taken 3 tires off days before hand to plug them thinking that was what was causing the leaks. Only one tire needed to be plugged the other 2 needed to be resealed because they were leaking around the rim like I told her. Then I find out after the phone call they haven't even started the alignment because she asks "I just need to know if you still want the alignment" how ridiculous is that? She just told my wife they were waiting on the 1 machine for the whole Firestone when I just watched a lady come in at 1500 exclaim that she needed to be out by 1630 and they did it! Like my time isn't as important as anyone else's. Then she tells me as I'm walking out that she'll get me 10% of my next service for my troubles and she's sorry. After she blatantly lied to wife. I just replied "I won't be back." This is only one of my 3 horrific experiences with Firestone. Everyone should stay far away.

Prior booking went well (online) prior to arrival. I was greeted and in-taked professionally. Service was quick and just what I needed. Staff was knowledgeable.

The wait was bad but the employees were so excellent In their attitude and professionalism that it was easy to let that slide. I saw they were working extremely hard with the limited staff they had. They were extremely personable and informative. The company really needs to hire more staff. I would hate working in those conditions. You might eventually lose some really good employees.

Great service when picking a tire to complete a set. Very friendly on the phone and in person. Helped me get the last Driveguard tires available in the area. As a fellow Brigdestone employee, it s great to know they are working on the frontline interacting with our customers.

Everyone who assisted us through this process was extremely nice very patient with us even though I might have gotten a little upset, because we went after hours but They extended me grace. They did an exceptional job on my vehicle For the first time being there.

They won't do drop off and pick up even across the street, a 7 lane busy street. They also didn't catch that my brakes need replacing, probably because they didn't really drive it.

I took my car to get new tires and I receive excessive delays and with the part of having to wait in an unhealthy waiting room. And when they finally help me with my car they expect me to wait half an hour after waiting an hour for service after I drop my keys off. This Firestone needs to face serious disciplinary actions. Uncomfortable chairs in front of the blazing sun for a long time is unhealthy customer service.Service: Tires

This is an update to an earlier review I made in which I gave this facility 2 stars.I had to get a tire repaired (wound up needing replaced) that had ran over a screw and needed an oil change - so but the bullet and took my truck to Firestone, even though I had a very bad taste in my mouth from the last experience.The manager, Scott, is very professional, yet reasonable man. He had reached out to me to work on a way to repair the problems with the last vehicle repair. His associate (my apologies for not remembering his name) was a professional as well - yet very personable and took care of the issues I needed.So, they couldn't patch the tire - but my warranty covered a replacement. Unfortunately they couldn't get a tire to the shop today. But they are doing what they can to get the correct tire for my truck.To mitigate the issue - my oil change was free. I did not demand this. I did not ask for a freebie for any of my frustrations (4th nail or screw of some sort in 3 months). They did this because they wanted to make things right.You see the meme all the time - "Change My Mind!" Well, Scott and this other gentleman did. I am very happy with the customer service, the work of their technician, and professionalism that they provided me today. I will return for service.

My neighbor, husband is deployed, took her car there for a no charge on battery. Then they call to check front rotors, what does that have to do with original problem? she ended up paying $1900 for 2 front tires, new rotors and a battery that they charged her $380.99 for. Needless to say, I questioned the manager on that and of course he tried to justify. I called B/S. They took advantage of her when she dropped the car off with her 4 year old son. Military wives, beware. Take your car somewhere else.

I was able to have my car towed to Firestone after a blow out one evening and because of poor planning on my part I didn't have a spare with me I was aware that my car might not make it there before the store was closed for the evening but right at closing the manager on duty called just to let me know that my car had made it and that they would get it fixed with new tires asap the next day which was much appreciated! The next day I received a mid-morning call with an update and my car was ready to go before noon which was fantastic and quicker than expected. Thanks guys and gal! I gave a 4 star only bc my new tires and sides of my car were abnormally filthy for some reason with what I assumed was the grease and whatnot from doing work but it was so bad that I just feel like somebody must have noticed during the process and would have maybe tried to clean it up a tad bit? Really not a big deal and overall I left a happy customer:)

All the employees are very friendly and they pay attention to detail. I got 4 tires, brake fluid changed, wipers, cabin air filters changed out, and an alignment. Maintenance on your vehicle takes time, but with everything I had done to my car, they still did everything pretty fast. Everyone has different experiences, but I've had a great experience, and I just moved here.

I was truly disgusted with how the owner tried to gouge me in putting brake pads on my car. They were $380 over what Budget Brakes charged me and I was in and out of Budget in 1 hour. I will never visit any Firestone dealership again and will trust Budget Brakes, on 2nd Ave.,for all my future car maintenance. Horrible place.

Scheduled a second appointment for an oil change for my wife s car after being told that their online appointment booker does not show available times, but only lets you request any time slot during regular business hours. Showed up early and was told I would be the next vehicle to be serviced only to come back and hour and a half after our actual appointment time and find out that our car was never taken back. Was told you re the next car we are bringing back once again. Incredibly poor time management and customer service.

Took my car in to have headlights and rear outter light. I was there on a Friday and had to take it back again on a Saturday because the issues wasn't resolved. Overcharged and they did not admit to their wrongdoing and still charged me more money. Horrible place and a waist of my time. Please do not go to this establishment because you have some incompetent individuals working there who are lazy and will just rip you off.Service: Electrical

You need to book an appointment ahead of time and doesn t still overrule the fact that you can be here for one hour or more and still not have your oil changed. I came in for oil change and spent over an hour to be attended to.

Wren was very helpful and knowledgeable, and found the temporary plug that was leaking the GMC dealership down the road "couldn't find". He spent the time talking with me about my options and offered to do a permanent patch or order new tires for the next day. Still can't believe that Clarksville Wyatt GMC dealership service manager admitted to me that they will throw a plug in an 80k car to sell it and not tell the buyers about their risk, which I guess Val Ward Cadillac dealership in Ft Myers FL did to mine.

Have been using this place for years and am always impressed with their honesty and integrity. Scott especially makes it known he wants the best for all customers. Even when I had a confusing issue regarding brakes he fixed it no questions asked stating he didn't want to be any part of the problem and wanted to make it right on their end. During a stressful time and no knowledge of mechanics, they made sure I left as satisfied as I could be.Services: Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Wheel alignment, Brakes, Air conditioning, Brake service & repair, Battery, Oil change

Dropped my truck off at 8:30 in the morning for a tire repair. I was told it would be done by noon. At noon I was told it would be 2:00. At 2:00 I was told it would be another hour and a half so I came back at 3:30 and was told it would be another hour and a half. Then they acted upset that I asked for my keys back.Will never do business here.

I was passing through Clarksville on my way from FL to CO and stopped for fuel in Nashville. Somewhere along that stop I picked up a screw or nail in my tire and by the time I got to Clarksville I had warning indicators coming up about a low tire. It was 4:30 AM.The nearest tire store was this Firestone which opened at 7 am. Scott, the manager, greeted me at the door at 7 am and took a look at my vehicle. He said he had some early appointments that he had to get to first, but would get me in as soon as he could. I mentioned that I was driving to CO to be there for the delivery of my first grandchild (coming early) and planned to drive straight thru to make there in time. He expedited me, got the hole fixed and I was on the road by 8:30 AM. I want to thank Scott and the rest of his team at Firestone. Everyone was professional and super helpful. Went here to get a serpentine belt changed on my Volvo. They tried to charge me $80 for a $20 belt and $434 for the total service. Went to GoodYear total price was only $212 that included $20 for the belt. Make sure to shop around ! Will not do business here ! Do better Firestone

I was travelling with a large trailer hauling a vehicle and I had a blow out on trailer. I went here to get it fixed and after the day he seen I was having he didn't charge me to put my new tire on rim. Very much appreciated and will be back.

Mixed feelings, they do the job, however they seemed more interested in doing extra things I specifically said I don't need than what I did. Told the front desk I need an oil change, tire rotation, and my rotors looked at, as I'm fairly certain they are warped. She said the air filter and cabin filter are due, I informed her they were just done at ram. They did it anyways. They also didn't address the rotors, when they called to let me know it was ready, they said brake pads were good, when I asked about the rotors the mechanic had no idea I wanted them looked at. Overall it took a day and a half without an appointment which I expected, however I don't like the fact that the front office disregarded all of my requests. It is a company vehicle so I didn't have to pay, otherwise I would have raised hell, and I do think that is exactly why they did it. Poor business ethics imo.
