I stopped by here looking for a vehicle on March 4th, and was approved and in my new ride by March 5th! They have an amazing team here. I was helped by Mrs. Michelle and another gentleman (can't remember his name) The gentleman was very kind and so sweet, he even gave me breakfast I was very excited to be approved for a car. It's been a dream come true to have such a nice vehicle. Thank you all at Family First Auto Sales! Very highly recommended to anyone looking for a new car and I will definately be letting my friends and family know how awesome you guys are!! Thank you again, and God Bless!!!

Anthony was a great salesmen. We stopped because we saw a truck we liked. Talked with him and told him what we were looking for and the price we looking for and he did the rest of the work! Michelle in finance worked her magic and worked hard to make sure we were getting the best rate possible. When being in the dealership office, you get the feeling that all the employees are a team and are working together for the best experience possible. Thank you Family First!

When I tell y all this was the BEST car buying experience I have EVER had! They couldn t have picked a better name for their business, because they literally treat you like part of their family. Sarah had me cracking up and kept it real with me every step of the way (and fed me!), Anthony was the coolest test drive buddy and didn t make me feel pressured to buy, and Michelle was super transparent with the numbers and made sure I stayed in my comfort zone. I cannot recommend Family First Auto Sales enough

I came in to test drive cars Mrs Michelle and the salesman who took me for my test drive were awesome. They offered both me and my daughter cake I appreciated that so much.. I am very socially awkward and I completely admired the way they treat you like family. I will definitely be buying from them again in the future.

Came in here with a small car issue to fix, ended up leaving with a brand new trading in SUV!!! Thank you so much to Larry for helping me out. This is my second car purchased from here, if anyone knows me they know I ALWAYS recommend Family First on Fort Campbell to help!! They hire the best salesmen here, I ve always had a great and easy experience. Go check them out!! I don t recommend something unless it s LEGIT. Thank you Larry! You made my year! White Hyundai Elantra car is what I traded in for my RAV4 Toyota SUV.

Came in to buy a vehicle and these people treated us like family! I had done my research and found the top 3 on the lot I liked, Anthony let us test drive each and gave us time to sit in them talk to each other without any pressure. Decided on the one I liked and they got to work on getting us financed. They helped us every step of the way and got me the car I wanted. They offered us cold water and even had grilled burgers and pizza they offered us. They truly were great!

These guys are amazing! They have been helping me since I came in! No matter the situation I was in they were gonna find a way to make it work for me to get something I wanted at low apr! They are super friendly take care of the costumers as well as a fun hangout place if bored! Thank you family first auto!

My car broke down this morning, engine done for. I came here shopping for a new car and they got me into an affordable, dependable, nice car. Anthony Fleming was my salesman, he took into consideration my needs and what was realistic for my situation. 10/10 would recommend to anyone shopping for a car.

Josh was very reliable with helping me find a car, he didn t give up with helping me with quotes on multiple different cars. They are all very professional and Friendly it s a great environment inside of Family Auto Sales! Seems as if we are all actually family. Michelle was very helpful and gave great opinions on better options. Will definitely return in the near future!

I would recommend you to come and see my man Larry. He sold me my first car 4 months ago and told me as long as I pay my payment and do well with my bills he would trade me into a charger in 6 months. Today Larry made good on his promise 2 months earlier! He also encouraged me to get a warranty just in case my car broke down and lo and behold it did but, I was able to get it fixed without having to pay for parts or labor! What a place to buy a car! Trust Larry will take care of you and listen to his advice! You ll be strait! I wish I could give more than 5 stars!

Very pleasant experience throughout!!!! Salesman (Cody) (Anthony) were very knowledgeable and extremely customer oriented. The finance options were painless and full of options. A great buying experience. Definitely worth a a 5 star review. Should I need another vehicle, I will most definitely return to this great team. A+++++.

Me and my husband stopped here to buy a truck a few months back. The salesman are very friendly and they'll help you with every part of the process of buying a vehicle and trading another one in. The only issue I had was when I went to turn in the title to the other vehicle we traded in and the title clerk had an attitude the entire time. She talked down to me and told me it was "too late in the afternoon to be dealing with this" and laughed sarcastically, several times and acted like I was stupid. To me it sounds like she needs an attitude check and a reminder on what basic customer service skills are. She is not going to be a very good influence in the business if she keeps talking to customers this way. otherwise, the overall rest of the business we did with you guys was great.

My daughter and I went to get her a new car and they made it easy and affordable!! Last time we went to get a car it took all day but not with them!! Zero down and very affordable monthly payments!! Highly recommended! We will be back

She test drove with me, walked me through the whole process explained everything and made it fun! (She also does hair hit her up). Go to family first!
