They stole my tire. Be careful when leaving this place check all tires. They took bad left tire off and put new tire on left back. And took my good right tire and replaced it with bad tire from left back and kept my right good tread tire.Same tire just rim on other side and same tread pattern.Same spot.And the car is fwd drive.so how did I lose that much tread in a day driving from discount tire. 15miles on 9/32 tread.Only had one bad tire coming up there not two and the guy even checked all four so why would I just get one tire.

I ve purchased many tires at this location over the years on many vehicles. This is the only set I ve had an issue with purchased a little over a month ago. Drove great out the door but after a month or so tires started to shake. I brought the vehicle back in and tires were rebalanced. Left and problem was still there but moved after the tires were rebalanced. Brought it back in today and once again the tires were out of balance after only a week. Naturally they questioned the condition of the truck so I explained the vehicle has steering and suspension replaced and been aligned after every balance and rotation. Well once the truck was in the shop and on the lift, I had a worker question the way the front wheels appeared to look with the truck in the air saying it wasn t normal. I replied it was with the wheels in the air and the worker insisted they work on trucks and that wasn t normal and scoffed and turned around and walked away. While there I witnessed an older gentleman s truck had a brand new lug snapped off with an impact. They came into the lobby and were telling the gentleman they torqued them to spec which was incorrect as it was witnessed by the older gentleman. Pretty disappointed to have heard and seen that. Store needs to do better. Been going there for many years and this is the first time I ve had issues. Contrary to popular belief, customers know entirely more than some employees think. Not only is it incorrect but it can be insulting to what people know and witness through the lobby windows.

SCAM: DO NOT BUY THE WARRANTY. They will find any way to NOT repair or replace your tire.Manager came out WITHOUT A TREAD DEPTH GUAGE and told me he couldn t touch the tire. Small nail in the center of the tire but no, $100s of warranty and they can t do a simple patch/plug This is just the beginning Discount Tire. See you on social media . Bought over a dozen tires from this store but no, you can t take care of a repeat customer. Oh and took 3 tries to program Subaru TMPS. #Rookies

I have to give them props again. I just moved from TX where my last service was in 2022. My tires were still under warranty this time around so service was easy. My rear right tire blew out likely from barely missing the most of one of many potholes left by the crazy weather we ve had the last few months. I usually don t ride the heck out of my truck but things happen.I m not big on most warranties but I HIGHLY recommend having one for your tires with all the construction going on and the road damage from the recent snowpocalypse I saved a ton of money!Thanks again, Discount Tire.

Recently replaced rubber all around on the Redeye. Discount Tires special ordered my Nitto 555 R2 s and installed them in about an hour. Great job and very professional.

As always, I had a great experience with Discount Tire. This was my first time visiting, but you would have thought I came in and gave these guys breakfast today. Fantastic customer service.Most DTs are really good about customer service, but these guys went above and beyond. Special shout out to Adrian.And of course, the prices were reasonable.Thank you guys for getting me in on such short notice and still getting the job done in a decent time.Great morale you guys have there, keep it up!

Fast, affordable tire service. Great warranty as well.Came in after hitting a pothole on I-24. Turns out my tire needed replacement, warranty cost was $27 out of pocket. Which is extremely reasonable. Employees are always very friendly and committed to customer service.If you want quality, affordable tire care, go here.

This was my first time visiting Discount Tire. I drove into the parking lot, (I walk with a cane) Marcus approached me and said that they would move a vehicle from the handicap spot so I could park there. I was already halfway to the store so no worries. I thanked him for being accommodating towards me. Marcus helped me with my gift certificate for new tires. Had me set up my information and then he gave me an estimate of when my vehicle would be completed and asked politely for my keys. My car was ready before the time promised. When my car was ready, Marcus parked my car in handicap and left the door open for easy entry. Let me tell you, all of the associates at Discount Tire were very friendly and accommodating, but Marcus was exceptional. Very polite , friendly, courteous and super accommodating. Thank you for your the wonderful service and for the extreme kindness from everyone at Discount Tire, especially Marcus. I appt you from the bottom of my heart. Will definitely be back for service on my new tires and will recommend Discount Tires to all of my family and friends. My new tires are beautiful.

This place is packed with cars in the parking lot. Scheduled an appointment and work was completed within an hour. Seems very speedy in considering the parking lot being so full. So, make an appointment if possible. Rotation was completed and tires were surprisingly shined....a nice surprise. But, tire pressure was not adjusted. Oh well. That can be done at home. Thanks for the quick service.

I've been at Campbell a few years now and have no issues driving across town to this discount tire. Iv purchased tires, wheels, and done all of my rotations and tire repairs here. Great staff. Sometimes the waits can be long, even with an appointment, but honestly i just expect and plan it into my day.

Amazing customer service and everyone I worked with in the shop was very patient and gave me plenty of time to do my own research after showing me different options. The whole team went above and beyond to make sure my wheels and tires were good to go and even helped take my bike rack off because it wouldn't fit with the spare. Oh, and they price match! I wouldn't waste my time going anywhere else, they are busy for a reason.

I had a leaky tire, and despite it being very busy, I got in and out in 30 minutes with a needed brand new tire. I was very impressed with the fast service for my simple fix. The price was a little more than I anticipated, but I am grateful for the quick and friendly service I received!

Called to see if they had time to fit me in for a tire rotation and balance. They said, Sure but you may need to leave the vehicle until closing time. When I arrived the gentleman who helped me was Chris. He greeted me, went out and checked the car with me. Had a nice conversation and informed me when I should think about getting new tires. The store was very clean and tidy. The vehicle was done earlier and Chris got me out of there quickly. He gave me a discount for teacher appreciation week which was super nice of him. It made my day. Highly recommend this location. Thank you very much!

We have bought tires for both of our vehicles here. The service is always great and they get the job done quickly. They have also fixed several flats for us. They re usually busy for walk-ins, but they get those fixes done in about an hour and a half.

All good for the most part, however Ladies beware! They tried to sell my daughter on charging a small fee to rotate her tires before they replaced them with new tires! She was there to get NEW TIRES and the salesman called her while she was waiting near by to ask if she wanted them to rotate her tires for a small fee? If you're going to try and upsell, don't make it so obvious.

I've had 3 vehicles here in just a short time! They are fast, friendly and reliable. Order my tires and was supposed to be a 5 day wait. Hey came in a day later. They called and scheduled my appointment very quickly. Will definitely be returning in the future!

Decent service, you'll get good pricing on tires. However, I've been here twice in the last two years and both times it took them HOURS longer than quoted to actually get my car done. They say 1-1.5 hours and it ends up being almost 3 hours both times. This last time I came in with an ornament on my dashboard that was a gift, when I pulled in, it was in one piece, when I get my car back, it's broken and tossed on the floorboard, no one said anything to me about it and when I went back inside to confront the staff they claimed no one touched anything other than what was necessary to move the car. I would love to know how my stuff got broken in my car then.

I was the recipient of a Gift Certificate for 4 brand new tires. I went to Discount Tire on Wilma Rudolph to have the tires placed on my car. Upon parking, I was immediately greeted by Marcus. I was walking with a cane and he offered to move a vehicle so I could park in Handicap. I was halfway to the door so it was no worries. Once I was inside he had a seat for me and said he would assist me soon. Marcus sat next to me and asked how he could service me. I told him about my gift certificate and he said they would take care of me. Marcus gave me a time estimate. There was a bit of.a wait but I didn't make an appointment, so that was not an issue. When my car was completed, I was notified by text and a tech also called out my name. I headed to the door and Marcus opened the door for me, escorted me to my car and had the door open so I could get inside easily. Let me tell you, service like this is hard to find nowadays. The whole crew at Discount was wonderful. I am very pleased and will certainly return again. My new tires are beautiful! I love the warranty that comes with the tires. Thank you!

They are always awesome here. I wish there was more than 1 store. They got my tire repaired sooner than estimated. However, they did not call me to let me know my other tire that I left a few days before was ready. I'm so glad I asked about it. I would have been very mad if I had to make 2 trips. I live 40 minutes away.

I've gone to Discount Tire for many years now in several different locations in KY and TN. So while I've never been to this particular location before, I had no doubt that they would meet or exceed my expectations. Unfortunately life happens and things can't always be perfect. But the difference between a five-star company and a much lower, is the willingness to take responsibility AND (this is the most important part), to do whatever they can to make it right. This is a five star Discount Tire location, period.I've given a lot of reviews over the years. I try very hard not to give many negative reviews, but I also don't give very many five-star reviews, because not many businesses earn it.

I came in knowing there would be a wait with the winter storms rolling in. I purchased new tires at a discount, as well as was told by the associate Lane, to just come back, he had me in line. I showed up at his estimated time, and they had me in within 10 minutes of the time he suggested. It took the pit crew all but 30ish minutes to get my old tires off and new ones on. I % would recommend this discount to anyone in Clarksville. Lane was extremely helpful, and I would love to give him a shout-out!

Outstanding customer service! Had a flat on I24 driving through the area, tire ruined. Went in the next day at 8AM (day before Thanksgiving), they had me on the road by 8:20. The entire staff looked enthusiastic and willing to help.

I had a slow leak in a tire. Dealership told me I needed a new $500 tire because a screw was outside of the repair area. I came into the shop as a first time customer for a second opinion. They removed the tire, patched it, mounted and balanced it, and returned it to me. The bill was ZERO dollars. The repair was well within the tread. I am a new customer for life

Went to see about the warranty on tire they weren t cover so had to buy all new tires after 30,000 miles they prorated them. Waiting over 3 hours for them to be put on. Would not recommend them. I will go somewhere else. Their tires are not that great!

Tires are nice and what I ordered.Service time was 1.5 hours, exactly as quoted.I asked to keep one specific tire as a spare and to put it in the bed of my truck. With in the time frame of the installation they couldn t locate that tire anymore.Tire pressure was WAY off. LF-35 RF-49 LR-35 RR-49. So when I arrived home to fix the tires pressure issue I found some nice beautiful gouges on my rims from where they removed the weights.Also for $1900 I could not even get matching valve stem caps.
