I hit a giant pothole on I24 and blew out my front right tire. Progressive was making my life hell to get someone out to either replace the tire or tow (I m 8 months pregnant btw! It was ridiculous). Finally after 2 hours they decided to get a tow service. That s was the only blessing of the day. Understandably it took some time for him to arrive because he was coming from Nashville but he came straight to us. Dylan was so helpful. He made a stressful situation much better, cared enough to check if I felt safe etc, and then got us home. Then he went above and beyond (at 11:30 at night!) to help and change the tire to the spare for us on top of it. He is wonderful and the kind of person i would always hope to get when stranded on the side of the road.

Not good service! Had me waiting for 4 hours until I finally gave up on them just called a different company. Bo s Shop & Towing did the job and got to us within 30 minutes.

Had my Q8 picked up for repair transport to Audi Nashville. I didn't catch the drivers names. Bit he was an absolute professional and made the experience less stressful. Great great service!!!! Ty!!

They'll leave you stranded on the road and not answer the phone. Typical Clarksville of "local" buisness. Driver showed up, said I can't do it, my buddy is on the way.....3hrs go by, nothing. Won't answer the phone. So no I don't recommend them. I guarantee they'll respond to my review before I get a call back though.

I needed a tow the day before Easter and they came earlier than the expected ETA. The driver had EXCELLENT customer service!! I d highly recommend them to anyone!

The lady that did my tow tonight did such an amazing job! She was so kind, patient, and professional. She really went the extra mile throughout the entire experience as all odds were against her! The transmission was out, car wouldn t start, and at one point, the car was trying to roll and made all of us uncomfortable. I wish I would ve gotten her name but she was a true superhero tonight!Services: Battery service, Car towing

They were sent thru my roadside assistance policy and contacted me within about 20-30 minutes and had me informed of what they were doing and when they would be able to tow my car. I feel like it was about an hour total from them calling me to my car tow. It was quick and the attendant Tim was so nice! The experience was smooth and efficient for what was a stressful situation for me. I highly recommend !Service: Car towing

This was the worst experience I ever had with a tow truck. They did not answer calls until after multiple calls or texts. It took over 3 hours for them to show up, and by then Insurance had cancelled and picked another company. Very bad business

We had a scheduled pick 6a-8a. The driver was calling me at 5a. He was at my door to pick up our truck. Talk about before time great service I was impressed. Plus the driver was friendly and professional.

Today my Jeep took the ride of shame after it wouldn't start. The company arrived within the stated time frame, did a great job getting it loaded up, and delivered it safe and sound. Made my very awful day into such a relief. From the call request to the arrival and then to the transportation. All completed in less than 35 mins. My driver arrived in 10 minutes to my rescue. They were very fast and polite I've used them twice for towing and both times they got there within the time they said and took maybe 5 minutes to get my car on and get going. Both times the drivers were nice and professional.

I really love this towing company and will definitely be recommending them to anyone I know. Dylan came to pick up my husband's car last night and he has the nicest personality ever. My experience with Dickson towing was immaculate to say the least. I was not having the best morning heading into a job I hate. I was running a little behind and made it to my destination with no time to spare before being late. Rushing to get where I was going I locked my keys in the car with the engine running! Smh I called around a few places and decided to go with DT&R. I kid you not Thomas was at my truck within 10 mins and handed my wife my keys within what felt like seconds. These are the absolute BEST, most affordable, and caring individuals in this business. Look no further for your roadside assistance needs. Dylan was wonderful help for my husband and I! We were stranded in Cookeville with no help and he was able to get to us in a timely manner, very friendly, and easy to get a long with! On Dec. 22, 2022 Dickson's Towing and Recovery 211 Locust St. Clarksville, TN 37042showed up on a canceled order. When asked, the driver told my husband, he would take the car to Wyatt Johnson, not once, but 3 time. Next day, the vehicle WAS NOT at Wyatt Johnson. I called Dickson's and asked where it was; I was told "they did not have it." I said, "well the locator says, it's sitting on you lot". The only way we found this vehicle was the locator on the vehicle.When talking to the owner Brenden, I asked what was going on. He said, they didn't take the vehicle to where we requested,I said, "his drive assured us that is were he was taking it". Drive said," I've been doing this a long time, I know what I'm doing." Over the next couple of days, I was trying to get the vehicle moved to a collision center for evaluation of damages..We had to have another wrecker service $$$ pick the vehicle up and take it to a collision center. Dickson's had to be paid in full before they would release the vehicle.Brenden, told me, because of the mix up, "I WILL ONLY CHARGE YOU $20.00 PER DAY FOR STORAGE. When, I got the invoice, he CHARGED ME $75.00 PER DAY for the 6 days WHAT THE HECK!!! He also, charge me $375.00 for clean up, WELL, they DID NOT clean up not one thing, my husband went the next day and cleaned it up.I have called and asked to talk to Brenden, the owner 5 times. Quinn who answers the phone, just says, we don't have that vehicle anymore. I said, "I know that, but I want to talk with Brenden". Quinn is the MOST RUDE, EXRTREMELY BILLIGERENT PERSON I have ever talked to. When, he ask me a question, he doesn't give me a chase to answer and he shouts over me not waiting for me to answerthen hangs up on me. Not once, not twice not three time but four time.They charged $275.00 for out of city limits, well it was only about a 1/2- 3/4 of mile out, they charged $75.00 per day for 6 days $450.00, $50.00 gate fee what is that for ..... PRICE GOUGED FOR A TOAL OF $1,425.00 AND I STILL CAN NOT TALK TO THE OWNER.It's been 24 days and I have call 5 times. NO CALL BACK YET.I would not recommend this company ever, they are the worst UNPROFESSIONAL BUSINESS I have ever dealt with , RUN AWAY FROM THEM!!!If I could give a negative I would!!!Service: Car towing
