David did an awesome job replacing my starter on my SUV. I contacted him and he got back with me the same day. He was out the next day to do the job. He was very knowledgeable of what my vehicle needed and explain it to me. Great quality work and reasonable prices. He is very kind and professional. I will definitely call him for my auto repairs in the future.

Called David very last minute after the previous mechanic stood me up and without hesitation he took on the task as well as weather. Very respectful young man and it was very much a pleasure to have him working on my vehicle. If you need a job done I d most definitely recommend you call David first.

The man is a walking finesser. He replaced my belt and I already had the part he gave me a price for the job specifically on changing two belts. He thought it was two but it was just one. So theoretically I should ve had a price drop. Mr David Ends up buying a necessary part with his business account but doesn t state how much he paid for it only that the total will be higher obviously he used the part on my car. In a total of 1 hour and 30 minutes he charged me more than 300 dollars . Thanks for fixing my car guy and straight up robbing me for whatever personal reason . As far being polite and or respectable I d be lying if I said he was anything other than but over pricing folks obviously for self gain is crazy.Service: Auto engine diagnostic

He just saved my backside. After heavy rain knocked out my car leaving me stranded, he came out the same day, educated me, got me a deal, and got me back up and running.Earlier today, I was feeling pretty hopeless. And really worried about how much money I was gonna have to spend to get up my car towed to a shop and get fixed. (I don t have AAA) I made a few calls to other mobile mechanics, they wanted all sorts of details with promises to call me back in the next few business days, or wanted to get me booked for two weeks from now. I don t know about everyone else, but I work for a living. And I need my car. I was feeling hopeless, and really starting to get bummed out. I made one last phone call before given up, and it was the right one. He asked me what kind of car was and genuinely wanted to know what seem to be going on with it. I gave him my best possible description (making engine noises over the phone to try to communicate it better. I know absolutely nothing about cars.) He told me to give him about an hour and send me some photos, which I did. And he arrived on time, gave me the good news, gave me the bad news, and showed me everything. I really felt confident and trusted him a great deal with this. He went to the auto parts store and got me an awesome deal on a great new alternator. I had it installed and ready to drive within an hour. And four hours after my first phone call with him, I m back behind the wheel. I m back to work. And not only that, but it gave me a lot of advice on future maintenance, purely to benefit me, at no financial gain to himself. Genuinely a good guy. He and I couldn t recommend him more.Services: Electrical, Battery

David came out on a Sunday (who does that anymore) and replace my starter in my Jeep. His price was fair and reasonable and I recommend him to anyone. After 30 years in the automotive industry I was very impressed with David's customer service in the work he performed.

David is one of the best people you could ever ask for and probably the best mechanic I have ever found. He s honest, dependable and affordable. I trust this man 100% and would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of an experienced mechanic. We have used him for various vehicle issues for about 7 years now and he has always be the best around.

I can't say enough good things! I thought I was screwed when my car overheated hours from home on a Sunday afternoon, but these guys came to the rescue! Very professional and knowledgeable- they had the problem diagnosed and FIXED before dinner. Plus, they were upfront with the prices, which were extremely reasonable. Made a very stressful situation super manageable. Definitely recommend!!

So happy to have found David! He was very quick to responded and help me get my fuel pump fixed on my car. He took his time and made sure everything was working properly. I highly recommend David he communicated the entire time with me and I couldn t appreciate him anymore.

Can't recommend David and Son's enough, they got us back on our way when we broke down driving back from vacation on a Sunday afternoon. It was a charging system error and I took the battery to an auto shop to validate it was good. Which meant something was wrong with the alternator or belt and I was in over my head. I searched the area for mobile mechanics and was lucky enough to find this business that had good reviews and answered my call. David listened to symptoms and confirmed it was likely the alternator. He did some quick research on pricing for parts and then called me back with not only an estimate for the expected repair but also additional details if it was something different when he got out there. He estimated that he could get all the parts and be there in an hour and gave a ballpark time estimate for the repair itself. Just like he said, he showed up within an hour and got us moving even a little faster than he was estimating. We then drove the rest of the 5 hour drive home with no issue. While never fun to break down, it was great to be able to get a reliable mechanic to come address the problem right away.

My car began to misfire on a trip from Georgia to Tennessee. I called David early on a Saturday morning. He finished a scheduled job then came out to help. He quickly diagnosed an ignition problem and offered a couple options. I chose to have him replace the distributor, plugs and wires. He took care of the job in a very reasonable amount of time for a fair price. I am very pleased. The car is running great. David got us out of a very difficult situation and I'm extremely grateful.Services: Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic

He came out when another mobile mechanic wouldn't and diagnosed my car as having a bad fuel pump. Came back out the following day and got me up and running within a couple hours. I recommend his services and plan to use his services again if needed.

It is always a pleasure to have David work on our cars. He shows up on time. He communicates well. His prices are cheaper than a mechanic shop. His knowledge about cars is the best I have seen. He has worked on a variety of makes and years for me and in haven't had to recall him because something didn't work. He gets it right the first time. Plus he comes to you. Your not out gas or time. I moved and lost his number and thankfully found him online. David is a very nice guy and over the years has earned my respect.

I ve been stationed at Fort Campbell for 5 years, and have lived in Clarksville for 2 . But never in my life have I met a mechanic, that was very kind and professional. Somehow I put my Audi A4 in Limp mode using my APR APP. David was very patient in helping me, his price was also reasonable. Great Experience, I will be recommending to others .Service: Electrical

David was on time and very nice. We were visiting our daughter and son-in-law and our brake caliper locked up. It was late on a Saturday and no one was open. I called David and Son s Mobile Mechanic and he came Sunday morning and fixed it for us. He did an excellent job! We were very happy God sent this man to us our time of need. He was a true blessing! I was in a difficult situation. He came through on a job that most wouldn t have done on a Sunday. He was honest even when it meant he would make less money. He has a lot of integrity and would definitely use him again.

Dave was very polite and professional. He gave me an estimate before come over and stuck with the estimate. My car has started perfectly ever since he worked on my car. I had had my car looked at twice and was told nothing was wrong but Dave found the problem in no time. I will use him again and I tell everyone about how great he is.

I had a reminder pop up during a long road trip through Kentucky and wasn t sure whether it warranted an auto visit or tow. Based on the good reviews of how personable they were, I called Dave. I explained what happened and he walked me through why he thought I was probably safe. Everything he told me to check on checked out as safe, and in one conversation, he saved me time, money, and worry. He also didn t make me feel silly for being overly cautious. Overall a great experience!

After waiting for a day and a half for another mobile service to repair our car, we called David and Sons. They were quick to return our call and were able to come to our home and fix our car that day. We have a 2015 Elantra and needed the starter replaced. Their service was quick and they excelled in their customer service. We are saving their number so that any further automotive services we might need, they will be the first ones we call. JOB WELL DONE!

My niece who lives in Clarksville, starter went out. We priced it out at 7 different places. The quickest we could get it looked at, is 7 days out, from anywhere from $500 to $1000. David and Sons came over the next morning and best everyone's price by over $150. I am still not sure how he didn't on the side of the road, on a hill. Very professional, timely, I highly recommend people give him a shot.Service: Electrical

Had a check engine light, currently a lil under the weather and pregnant so going to a shop would be inconvenient. Called in the morning and got a reply shortly after. Soon as he had some free time in the early evening he came by, offered to diagnose with a small fee, since we were willing to repair on the spot depending on the price rather than paying for diagnostic he offered repair based on diagnoses, repaired in about an hour, charged a very fair price and waved diagnostic fee *or included it in repair price, paid him once repair was done quickly with cashapp and the rest is history! Drove the car and she had even more power than she did before the light came on. Awesome experience and highly reccomend. If they're available and able to do future repairs I'll never be taking my car to a shop again!Service: Auto engine diagnostic

Definitely a life saver I was visiting a friend in TN I m from WI and it s a 9+ hour drive home gave him a call early Sunday morning Because I had to be home Sunday night gave him a call because I heard a loud squealing noise from my driver side turns out my wheel bearing was going he met with me and he worked on it for a very good price and timely definitely a life saver because I probably would ve been stuck on the side of the interstate on my way home if I didn t give him a call only place that was open on a Sunday as well I would definitely use this mans services again hard working American need more guys like this!!
