Appreciated our experience. We drove in from out of town. Denny was very helpful sending photos ahead of time and patient when we stayed past his normal hours. Car had some issues but we were able to make a deal that I think everyone walked away happy with. I would certainly recommend him!

We just purchased a 2013 Chevy Silverado 2500 HD LT Extended Cab at Dabbs Midsouth Auto Sales. The transaction was smooth from the very get-go. Took the truck for a test drive. Some items needed to be either looked at or repaired, - the truck was just purchased the eve before our test drive,- which was even pointed out by Mr. Denny Dabbs for taking the vehicle out. Everything was repaired and checked out in a timely matter and the vehicle was delivered as promised with additional items completed as a courtesy from Mr. Dabbs Vehicle came fully cleaned, washed, and with fuel. Mr. Dabbs made true of his promise. I can highly recommend him and will say this as a final closing. For the first time in a long time, perhaps ever in purchasing vehicles, I did NOT leave the lot with the feeling of having been taken advantage of, the very low feeling you have after signing the paperwork at your traditional dealers in town, and I did NOT get the feeling that I got completely hosed. The deal was very fair, the vehicle price was competitive, and received a green/good buy at Car-Gurus. For that and the reasons outlined above, I would go back again and recommend Mr. Dabbs. Regarding the vehicle itself, very good reliability ratings, I will send an update, but let's face it, it is not a brand-new truck and probably some stuff will happen down the road. Better to support the small guy in town vs. the big corporate dealers out only for the all mighty $ and you are forgotten after the sale has been made.

Just went here a few days ago to purchase a vehicle of my very own! I was pretty nervous but Denny was incredibly kind and patient while my first option ended up not being the one I wanted. He let me try out a few cars before I landed on a car that ticks off my boxes. I definitely recommend if you re looking for your next vehicle! Thanks so much!

Very UNPROFESSIONAL - we were literally 15 minutes away from the dealership, after speaking with them yesterday to confirm we were coming (from east TN) to purchase the 2020 Nissan Altima SL, when we called to let the dealer know that we were getting close. At that point, we were told someone else was there now, purchasing the vehicle.Very disappointing!

THIS PLACE SELLS BROKEN VEHICLES!! NOBODY PLEASE PURCHASE THE 2015 grey/green mustang V6 convertible . The trunk doesn t even open, the back up camera doesn t work, the Bluetooth only sometimes works, the car sat in a parking lot while payments were being made longer then it did on the road.

This was my first car buying experience from a car dealer and not an individual. I first saw the truck online and then went to check it out in person. My wife and I pulled up and Johnny came out to meet us. He was friendly, laid-back, and knowledgeable.We took the truck for a test drive and then told Johnny that the we would go home and think about it. He was not pushy and even gave me his phone number in case I had any questions.I called back in a couple of days to see if the truck came with a certification/inspection. They told me that there was no extra inspection but if I wanted to then I was more than welcome to come pick the truck up on a Sunday evening, get an inspection at my mechanic on Monday morning, and bring it back on Monday evening.So, I took them up on the offer and got the truck to my mechanic for an inspection. Everything checked out fine so I brought the truck back. Johnny even stayed late that evening to meet me when I got off work.We discussed the price for the truck in a very relaxed conversation. We both had an idea of the price we wanted, but eventually came to an agreement in the middle. We filled out the paper work and the entire process took about an hour. They even offered to drive to meet me in my town an hour away to give me the title when it came in.EXCELLENT experience! I couldn't have asked for more. Really easy to work with people and would recommend 10/10.

I bought a car from Denny with a trade in and cash. He gave me his lowest price, we didn't haggle, and I drove out with an amazing deal. Unfortunately the alternator went bad two days later. Knowing that he couldn't forecast the problem and understanding that he didn't have to pay for anything, I returned and asked if he would split the cost of repairs with me. HE TOTALLY DID! He even paid more than what I thought he would. Dabbs Midsouth displayed, professionalism, kind service, clean vehicles, honesty, and integrity. I would buy another car from him if I had the money. Thanks Denny!

I flew to Nashville earlier this week from Charlotte to look at a car from Denny that my daughter really liked. We've been looking very specifically for a used Ford Escape over the past month. Every time we found what looked to be a great car, when we went to see and drive it, the cars were never as clean and nice as the pictures indicated. So when I found a Ford Escape at Dabbs Midsouth Auto Sales and it looked great and had every option we wanted, I was very skeptical. Especially since Denny's place is nearly 500 miles from us. After several very helpful and informative calls with Denny, he was kind enough to take several detailed videos and close up pictures to show me that the car was super clean. So I got a flight and flew up and was pleasantly surprised to find that the car far exceeded my expectations. Denny and his team has said this car was a 9 on a scale of 1 to 10 and they were right. The car is nearly perfect and was well maintained. The key point is that Denny was honest, upfront, fair and very helpful. He even had his team pick me up at the airport. I had a local mechanic check out the vehicle and they confirmed what I already knew. This was a great car. Denny helped me complete the transaction in no time and I was able to drive back to Charlotte the same day. This was the best car buying experience I have ever had! No exceptions. Denny is terrific and honest. I would strongly recommend Dabbs Midsouth Auto Sales and Denny to anyone looking for a good, quality used car from a GREAT dealer. In fact, I will be looking for a used car for me early next year, and if Denny can help me find what I want, I will gladly fly to Nashville again and buy another car from him.

This was my second vehicle shopping experience with Denny @ Midsouth Internet Brokering and Leasing. Denny is 2 for 2 and batting 1.000 with me. He made both experiences a pleasure to buy a vehicle. I bought a F250 in August 2017 and he went out of his way to make sure that I knew as much as possible about it and was totally comfortable with the purchase. This time was just the same. I have 2 more up and coming teen drivers and I ll definitely be willing to deal with Denny again! Give him a chance to work with you on your next ride!

This guy is amazing! We kind of went back and forth with him, not his fault at all was just us being indecisive and not wanting to let go of some money. He never lost patients with us and was very understanding. 2 weeks later we finally bit the bullet. We had some financing trouble at first, but he found a company to finance us under better terms. My tahoe was clean and runs like a dream. So glad we bought from here. Loving my truck! I am sure we will be repeat customers.

I emailed and sent a text to Denny who is the owner of Dabbs after he was closed on a Saturday night about a car he had on his lot for sale that I was interested in. He was nice enough to answered both messages and make an appointment with me on a Sunday my day off so I could see the car, even though he is closed on Sundays! He was very helpful, went through the car with me, provided me with all the information I needed, allowed me to test drive it and take my time. No pressure, no hard sell and no strong closing tactics...I bought the car a day and a half later, he gave me that time to get my financing together. He was straight up and down to earth. I am very happy with the customer service Denny provided and the purchase I made from his auto sales business...

By far the best truck buying experience I ve ever had! Most times, I feel like dealerships are just getting as much money out of me on things that aren t even necessary...not with this crew here! These guys treat you fairly and with respect...I can t complement this team enough. Great service and great people!

Just make sure you take the vehicle your interested in to a certified mechanic you trust first and get a warrenty. Haven't put 1000 miles on the truck I just bought and I'm out 4 grand for a transmission. Did not fix transfer case like I was lead to believe only put a drain plug in and added fluid when I told him there where visible metal pieces in it.

If I could give NO STARS, I would!!!! Denny Dabbs is the most unprofessional, rude and sheisty car salesman I have ever encountered... I called him and asked if I could test drive a Ford Explorer for a day so I could take it to let my CERTIFIED MECHANICS look at it. He was hesitant but agreed. When I got in the truck, it literally said 3 miles to E . So I call him and upon verbally agreeing I put $10 in there, believing he will stick by his word and reimburse me later... after driving for a bit, the airbag light comes on. I contacted him about it and he advised me that he knew about it but was hesitant when I asked him about fixing it IF I decided to purchase the car. Well after texting back and forth a bit, and setting up for me to personally take the car to his mechanic I felt uncomfortable and simply asked if he would cover the charges for me to take it to a FORD dealer to have a diagnostic done. He said no. I asked if he was closed for the day because I was wanting to return he vehicle to him tonight instead of tomorrow as previously agreed and just be done with him and his vehicle, he told me he was closed. So when I stopped responding to him right away and not going along with his trusted mechanic instead of a well known, big volume car dealer/service center to get an AIRBAG ISSUE fixed, he got angry. He started calling me names, started talking about my children, called me a bad mother, a b!%$#, and the list goes on. He then threatened me if I didn t return the car ASAP (as in drop it off and just leave the keys) that he would call the police and report it stolen. So I called the police myself and had them escort me while dropping the vehicle off to him, handing him the keys. By the way, Danny refused to delete the picture of my insurance card and license out of his phone even after being questioned by the officer as to why and what use he has for it. He just wanted to hold onto it ... he is aggressive, childish and sheisty and will sell you a broken/unsafe car for A LOT of money and do nothing about it afterward. Run the other way when you see anything dealing with Denny Dabbs. Being that we are military, some soldiers will already not be allowed to do business here and I will take the necessary steps to have this place and person blacklisted.

I had probably the smoothest car buying experience yet here. Everything was pretty quick and easy. Mr. Dabbs wasnt pushy at all and was very honest. Highly recommend for anyone looking to avoid the push carsalesman at big lots to come by here. Great people.

Denny Dabbs was very accommodating and there was no pressure to buy. The lot is clean and the inventory is very impressive. I recommend making this a stop when looking for a good used vehicle.

If I could give it zero stars I would . Don t waste your time . Sold me a car that did not make it off the lot and refused to give me my money back . This dude is a nut case. I am out of 4K and he won t return my phone calls or anything . He also is racist . He told my adopted (who is African American ) daughter don t put her greasy hands on the windows.

I personally know the owner and the owner has a heart of gold he's always looking out for ways to help the community and he's helped me out numerous times if my basketball program is 22 years old he's been doing it for about six years now thank you for everything you've done for us at the sca basketball program
