Everyone was great , Claudia at the front desk was super friendly and helpful through the whole experience, they got my car in faster than several other places quoted and it was done in less than 2 wks. Chris kept me informed of what was going on with my car the whole time and my car looked great when i got it back , super happy with the experience.

I went in with a messed up rear bumper. They found some more damage under that, to include my Class III/IV trailer hitch. They got it all fixed up and I am very happy with the job and the customer service. Be advised, if you have to pay a deductible, they do not accept debit/credit cards. (at least they didn't even I picked my truck up)

I gotta give it up to Caliber Collision on Warfield Blvd these folks, especially Christina and William, blew me away with their service. I rolled into their shop with a banged-up rear bumper on my 2019 Pilot, and they turned it into a showstopper.Christina and William didn't just fix my rear bumper; they practically gave my car a makeover. It's looking so fresh; I half-expect it to ask for a photoshoot. These guys don't mess around when it comes to attention to detail it's like they're in the business of making cars look better than they did on day one.What really sold me on Caliber Collision was the communication game. Christina and William kept me in the loop with updates and a play-by-play breakdown of what they were doing to my ride. It's like they wanted me to understand the magic behind the scenes, and I appreciated that.Big shoutout to William for saving my windshield from being the next victim of insurance miscommunication drama. Dude took charge, made sure it was covered, and saved me from a headache. That's the kind of move that makes you a customer for life.And can we talk about how painless the whole process was? I expected the usual runaround with insurance and repairs, but Christina and William made it feel like a breeze. It's not every day you come out of a repair shop saying, "Hey, that was actually kinda enjoyable."So, if your ride needs some love, I'm telling you, Caliber Collision is where it's at they'll treat your car like it's their own, and you'll be driving off with a smile on your face. These guys turned a potential headache into a damn good experience.For real tho. My interior was pretty messy when I dropped it off, I picked it up like it had been detailed inside and out!10/10 give them raises and promotions.

I had a Great experience with them, staff was friendly and very knowledgeable. My vehicle was fixed in timely manner and I was updated through the whole process. If your ever in need a good body shop definitely give them a call.

Let me start off by saying when I brought my vehicle in the Caliber Collision, on Warfield Blvd., was in a management transition.With that said the workmanship, so far, is excellent.The service on the other hand was severally lacking.To start. I had gotten rear-ended, literally a fender bender.When I brought it in, to be inspected & determine parts needed, my blind spot detection system was working fine. I got a notification from the Ford app, while in the shop, that it was now broken. (You will see why this is so important later.)I am told that they will have to order the parts & because it is a new model it will take a long time.When I picked up the truck, to wait on parts, I noticed a clicking noise as I am driving away.I determined the clicking was because of a bolt that punctured my tire. They did pay to have it repaired, but it was another thing I had to get fixed on top of the fender bender.This was all at the beginning of October & all the parts finally arrived the end of December.The reason it took so long?The bracket for the blind spot detection, that became a problem once they had it.They also had problems keeping me up to date.I understand that there are reasons for some of what happened or didn't happen, but that was all to much.

My experience with Caliber Collision was excellent! Communication was above average and the staff was very knowledgeable and helpful! My car looks like new I couldn't be happier!

Kept me informed of the process the entire time and even had my car ready and returned quicker than they promised! It was even cleaner when I got it than when I dropped it off. I would give it more stars if I could!

Christine at customer service kept me updated by texts. She was very helpful. They even made 2 out of town trips to get parts to expedite the repairs. Very satisfied.

Aaron and Christina were amazing. They worked together to get me the best deal, did the best work, and in a very reasonable time to do the repairs. The repairs to my car were fantastic. We did not have actually services there but my mother, sister, 6 month old niece and I caught a flat on 101st right before the shop. We pulled in and struggled in the heat to try and change the tire. A young lady named Christina saw us out there and asked if we needed help, which we did!! Mind you now, they are closed on the weekends. But they just so happened they were there. Mark then came to change the tire for us. They are life savers!! They didn't have to but they did. So just imagine if you had actual services you paid for....AMAZING!!! Highly recommended!!

This place was amazing!! All it really takes is good customer service and as I made many calls and sometimes became very worrisome, Dave always made me feel welcome to call as many times as I felt necessary. He (Dave) is very honest and professional and let me know what was going on with my car and its status everything I talked with him!! Funny too and just SO HELPFUL! Caliber was awesome. They perfectly matched the paint to my challenger and even painted the front bumper to make sure the color matched perfectly. Clear, consistent communication and they always updated me with any changes. Dave personally helped me get gas after I ran out after picking it up. Highly recommend Caliber Collision on Warfield Blvd in Clarksville TN. Christina is the absolute best. She kept in touch with me throughout the whole process and made sure that my vehicle was in tiptop shape upon getting it back.

Caliber Collision again proved what a great company it is. Had them look at a drivers seat that has a loose side and Mike came out and popped it right back in. They have repaired major body work on another car also and couldn t even tell work had been done. Mike is always nice and helpful when I've been there. Worst repair place I've ever been to. I had some body damage from a car accident and insurance from the guy that hit me was supposed to cover the repairs. This place fixed the body damage and give me the car back undrivable. They tried to claim that it was an engine problem not related to the accident, but I'd been driving the vehicle fine for 2 months before I could even drop it off for repairs. They let my car sit for 2 months for no reason and return it broke. Then they wash their hands of responsibility, say it's my problem, have a nice day.They were professional, but they're liars. Don't go here unless you want your car in worse condition.Service: Body & Trim

Aaron Dove, Christina, and Alicia were all superb!!!They unfortunately had to deal with a third party (the guy that hit my vehicle) but they handled him well!!! Not only that, my vehicle was ready one week ahead of schedule!!! Top-tier work and you can't even tell where the damage was to begin with.They were always pleasant, either over the phone and/or in person! I would highly recommend Caliber Collision on Warfield blvd to my friends and Family!

Aaron the general manager is working with the worst and most scammy towing and car reselling scemes in Clarksville. They repo fix and resell cars at Marks car connection they are using Minor to Major towing to do it. Do something soon before I start recording all of youlls comings and goings and reporting this to national news agencies.

My mother has been coming to Caliber for years and the service has continued to be exceptional! They have always been helpful with any problem we have, no matter if it is a big job or something small. And all the work has been done professionally and without any problems.
