My car was completed in a reasonable amount of time and was better than new. They even completely detailed the car. They are busy so they do have a wait to get the vehicle started but it is worth it if possible.

My name is Austin and I brought my challenger in. Everyone was nice, the rear end got fixed and looks good but I have no idea how my muffler pipe got the green light. It's low and closer to the ground than the right and looks like an eye sore. I've tried over the last two weeks to get it back to the muffler shop and keep getting told they'll reach out to me. I've been pretty patient but now their line isn't picking up and voice mail box is full. I think it was Josh or John or something I'm bad with names. He reached out to the shop while I was there and left a voice message but here I am, another week later with no communication. I'd rather get this fixed than have to reach out to my insurance company and tell them that I'm having a hard time getting the correct repair followup

My vehicle was ready before the due date. My assigned associate was Richard, and he was extremely kind, attentive to my needs, kept me informed of my progress of the car repairs, and was very polite. Caliber Collision is hands-down, the best place that anyone can take their car to get repairs done immediately. The communication with Robert was out standing, he was very helpful very informative and always available to keep me updated on the progress of my vehicle. Caliber Collision is highly recommended for anyone that needs repairs done to their vehicle.

I was in a minor accident and had to find a body shop in network with my insurance. I initially called Caliber because a high school friend of mine worked there. Robert was overseeing my repairs and he is amazing. Great communication, anytime I called with a question I was able to speak directly to him and he was able to answer my questions!!! Quick, super friendly and great work done on my traverse. Definitely recommend them for any repair needs you may have.Service: Body & Trim

I had body and paint work done from an accident I had in March. They called me every week, sometimes more than once to give me an update on the progress being made on my car. I ve never had any other body shop to do that and believe me it means a lot when your waiting to get your car back. The work was over the top and I have no complaints on the quality of their work. Ihad my car back in less than a month and it turned out great. I m hard to please so that s speaking volumes to the quality. Richie handled my claim and everyone I came in touch with was very helpful. I highly recommend this shop for any body work needs. They re pros for sure. I wouldn t hesitate to go back to them if I ever need a body shop again. They absolutely know what their doing!Joe Dozier, Clarksville, Tn.

We had a great experience at Caliber Collision. They made the entire experience seamless. Every staff member was helpful and knowledgeable. They kept me updated on my repair frequently with text messages. After my car was crashed into, they worked with the insurance company to get everything little thing covered. After it was all said and done, the insurance company would not cover one final repair to replace the hood latch. Caliber Collision covered the repair and didn t charge me anything! Completely pleased with the work done on my car and how it turned out. Also, liked the way they kept me informed through text about the progress of the whole repair. The time frame provided for when vehicle was going to done turned out to be sooner than expected which that was a big PLUS. Techs are lazy. Supervisor is lazy. They don't inspect thoroughly when vehicle leaves. They're oblivious on every aspect a body/Collison is supposed to be. Don't take your vehicle here.

First & foremost. Do NOT bring your car here. If by chance you make the MISTAKE of doing so DO NOT leave them a "5 star review" until you have had your car inspected by a reputable mechanic. I had some work done on my car after hitting a deer. It took them a month to complete repairs and everyone else was booked out 2 to 3 months and I should've been concerned when it was completed so quickly. I took my car to get an oil change and an inspection after noticing little things(headlights VERY dim,although replaced before the work due to a recall, windshield wiper fluid not coming out, dash randomly dimming)at the dealership because my car has been dealership kept since I purchased it. THE MANAGER of the DEALERSHIP called me HIMSELF because he was so worried. Turns out my engine was put back in LOPSIDED,all AFTER market parts were used on my car, missing clips... the car that I Drive my kid around in... THAT CAR. I called and was told a manager would call me back. No call back. They clearly have no concern about their reputation or community.Services: Transmission, Carburetor cleaning, Air & cabin filter replacement, Exhaust, Tires, Steering & suspension repair, Painting, Electrical, Auto engine diagnostic, Body & Trim, Welding, Brakes, Air conditioning, Battery, Oil change

Came in for repair of small dent and paint repair. Candice was great and demonstrated excellent communication skills.When I received my vehicle it was obvious that the paint department used a different color paint. This was immediately dismissed when mentioned to staff.The body shop failed to repair a second damaged part and failed to replace said part as agreed upon.5 months later and the manager still refuses to either repair, replace, or refund money previously paid for said part.This manager was rude, condescending, and borderline threatening when questioned about the lack of services provided.I filed a complaint with those above his head with no result.Naturally, I reported this issue with my insurance.Do not use the 1908 Ft. Campbell location at any cost!Wrong paint. Incompletely work. Bad attitudes.Services: Painting, Body & Trim

Great knowledgeable team. They let me know about the delayed parts due to supply chains. They kept me updated just about every other day letting me know they were still waiting on parts. Then Boom, they got the parts in and my car was finished two days later. Thank you Caliber for such an awesome experience using a body shop.

I had an unfortunate incident that happened with my car and I chose them from the Internet taking a chance not getting any information about them and they are awesome. Tara and Robert are simply superb. Robert kept me informed along the way. And my car was actually ready a week before they said it would be. I had a fender bender so I stopped by the new shop in town. The staff was very friendly and understanding. Tisha was exceptionally helpful, knowledgeable and professional. She explained everything to detail of what I should expect during the process of repairs. This is definitely a shop you can trust. I will recommend all my friends and family to go here for repairs.
