I've been using Johnny forever! Best Mechanic in the United States!! He can work on anything and his prices are the best! Doesn't matter what make or model you have! Boat, etc,, if it has an engine, he can fix it! If you want to go fast, he's a genius at that too!

02 Trans am. Dropped off for engine rebuild in May 2021. Didn t get the engine installed by the end of 2021 so asked to turbo it. They blessed off on doing that as well and I didn t get the car back til August 2022. $8k+ labor and $15-20k in parts later got the car back with a rear main seal leak, reverse lockout, a misaligned hood, and headlights that wouldn t go down because they welded brackets in a bad spot. Instead of the shop ordering parts they would have me do it. Had several issues with picking up parts not used (owner would not be there at the times he told me to show up, would always claim they were locked in a room he didn t have the key for), owner keeping spare stock parts, and claiming my supplied parts (pusher fans, for example) were fried and never gave them back to me to verify. They supposedly redid the rear main and I found out the master cylinder I asked to install was never done. Firewall got hacked up. Kept having issues with the car even after paying another shop $2k to undo some of the issues they caused and sold it. Car burned to the ground a few months after the guy bought it- fire marshall said it was probably because they routed oil lines through the belts and one of the oil lines broke and hit hot exhaust. I think the main guy who worked on my car was a decent dude but the shop owner is someone I d never do business with again.

I couldn t rate them any higher, everyone working was extremely helpful and helped me out EXTREMELY. I d 100% recommend this shop to anyone that needs exhaust jobs or anything done at all. They got me in and out within a hour. And did great work. Shout out to the owner for being so understanding!

They were able to get my car in the day after I called. I had my car back the day after I dropped it off. Brakes, pads and rotors. All is well!!!

HORRIBLE BUSINESS, HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE EXPERIENCE! They steal money from you, come up with any reason for you to pay more or they try to hold your car hostage! Called for a quote on a replacement alternator belt! Had my own part, Jonny said $25 paid with a $100 he didn t have the $75 in cash so he gave me 72 and his daughter asked if it was coo like she was black, I told her no because we had a set price and that includes giving me change! Moral of the story HAD TO CALL POLICE TO GET MY PAID SERVICE CAR BACK !!!!!!! Never will I EVER RETURN TO HIM EVER!!!!Service: General repairs & maintenance

STAY AWAY!! THEY ARE CROOKS!!THEY TOOK MY MERCEDES FOR 2 1/2 months, Johnny Jr took 690 dollars from me and lied to me about working on my car after all the lies about setbacks, He never even worked on it, never bought a single part!! DAD claimed he knew nothing about it, didn t even try to help AT ALL I HAVE NEVER BEEN THROUGH SOMETHING LIKE THIS!!

Absolutely amazing. My Nissan Juke broke down in Tennessee and wouldn't even drive. I got a tow to this man's shop and he identified multiple issues and was very honest about what was needed. He got my parts , installed everything and had me back on the road. I made it back to Texas with zero issues. He didn't overcharge me and did exactly what he said. I would most definitely recommend his shop for all your mechanical needs. Thank you guys very much for your honesty and professionalism.

Went there to get a transmission fixed had a 6 month warranty when I picked it up drove it home did not work right took it to another mechanic he said there was stuff wrong with that transmission they put in took it back and they fixed it couple of times still does not work and then charge me another three hundred and sixty bucks for labor even though it's under warranty these guys suck would never bring my car here they are awful going to sue them. $2,600 later,transmission with 6 month warranty does not work .....when I could have got a brand new one somewhere else for 1800 with a three year warranty don't go there stay away this is your warning

The owner i believe is named Johnny based off the name on his mechanic shirt is pretty rude and condensending. A few other people warned me about his demeanor. Will never go to this shop again he has lost my business

I just picked up my 2005 Dodge Ram 1500. The 4.7 engine that Chrysler was supposed to have fixed the problem had blown so I needed a new engine. I found Danny, at Cable's, to be extremely knowledgeable and courtesy. They did a great job repairing my truck and kept me informed all the way. I couldn't be happier!!As a business owner myself I do not hesitate to recommend them!

My GI Son took his Jeep Liberty there for repairs. After a diagnostic check and repair they told him the vehicle was ready, but when he arrived to pick it up it wasn't running! After several more hours of tests, they said he had put the wrong kind of gas in the tank causing it to run roughly and that he should fill it with proper gas and it be good to go. Paid over $1,000 for repairs and he didn't make it home! He had it towed to the Jeep dealer and they immediately found the problem and repaired it - it was NOT the gas. Cable's Automotive refused a refund for the useless work done. Some might say the dealer is more expensive and they might be, but they found the problem and FIXED it. He would have spent $1,000 less if he had started with them instead of Cable's. I would NOT recommend this garage for any kind of auto repair. In my opinion they took advantage of a young, inexperienced Soldier. Shame on them.

Good: Timely, experienced, good budgetBad: Warranty is garbage, typical customer to mechanic miscommunications---> I was under the impression if I had them fix my AC system both the Heat, and Cold would work.---> I brought my car into the shop without a check engine light, and had the radiator replaced. I left the shop with a new radiator, and a check engine light code for a deficiency in the radiator/ coolant system(unresolved).Issue 1.) I went in to have my AC system repaired because it never blew cold, pep boys had told me the compressor crapped out. Pep Boys wanted to charge me $1,200 for the entire AC system to be repaired, I thought it was a bit steep, Cables told me for $800 they would take care of it for me with a one year warranty. This was a no brainer in my books. I brought my car in, and they had the AC system working by the end of the day with the new parts in. I was very happy. The following weekend became very cold (TN's random weather). When I tried to use the heat option on my AC system it did not work, so I called Cables and they told me to come whenever I could to have them work on it. I am covered by their 1 year warranty for the AC system. When I showed up they began diagnosing my system, and informed me they had not replaced the heater core. Therefore I will not have any heat during the winter. They said for my heat to work they would need to replace my heater core, for another thousand dollars.Issue 2.) After they replaced everything they informed me my radiator was leaking. Being as lazy as I am, I told them to go ahead and repair it without knowing or ever seeing the leak. When I picked my car up and left, the AC worked great but I had a Check Engine Light. I used my OBD2 scanner to check what the code was for, it was for the coolant system. Thinking I was covered by their warranty, I returned to have them check what was wrong. They informed me they cleared the Check Engine code, and it was good to go because it didn't come back while they worked on it. The Check Engine Light once again came back on my way home. I called back the following day to have them fix my vehicle under the warranty provided. They told me the sensor that went out for the radiator/ coolant system after they replaced my radiator was not covered by the warranty because they had not touched the sensor and would be happy to replace it at my expense.

Worst service ever. I went in to get brakes and rotors changed, everything seemed fine until the next day. Brakes no longer worked properly called for refund on just the labor, man says it doesn't work that way and hangs up in my face. This is after he wants me to drive it up there, did I mention my brakes do not work. They will have a lawsuit on their hands. I plays no games when it comes to my car they pick the right one to mess with to say the least.

Had a transmission rebuilt for 3000.00. ( remanufactured units can be bought for 1000.00) it failed in 200 miles. Brought back for their stated 1 year warranty. They tried to charge 1000.00. Overpriced. And don't stand behind their work. Good luck.

2007 Dodge Cummins fixed it within in 1 day and even worked with me after hours to help me get my truck faster. They did a great job sounds and runs great, I would recommend too others.

i was told it d cost $80 to diagnose the problem with my a/c (it s just blowing hot air) and so i left it there and told them to call me before they did anything so than they called me a couples hour later saying they needed it longer and that it was going to be 80$ an hour so i told them id just come get it and to not do anything and WITHOUT telling me they put freon in it after i straight up told them i already did that before i brought it in and it didn t work and they recharged it but they didn t fix my problem and they didn t diagnose the problem or tell me anything. they just charged me $155 for basically nothing.

Terrible place, took the car in because it was hard to start, $1300.00 later it still doesn't want to start, has a gas leak now, and the air doesn't work.They said it was the head gasket but appartently it wasn't and I don't think they know what they're doing. And they refuse your money back or fixing it.

I took my GMC truck in to repair my headlights and running lights told me 75. to start the work had my truck over the weekend they changed me 350.40 and they did not use any new part and didn't complete the job. Running lights still don't work and only my low bims come on never will I send them business or return.

I Brought my BMW in for routine service, they tackled it even though they were swamped with work in a very timely manner, picked it up shortly after dropping it off. Best prices in town. Deffinetly reccomend them.

Took the truck to them in mid December to have the transmission harness repaired after a wire broke causing the transmission to fail they rebuilt the trans i had it for a month before losing 2nd gear after being told numerous dates and time of when the truck would be done i finally got it back just for me to lose every gear 6 days later i would not recommend they were very un-professional and rude i will not be using them again as they took 2k of my money just for me to not have a movable truckServices: Transmission, Electrical repair
