I have always had great experience with Me Bob and his son and his wife is extremely nice but anyway i wouldn't trust anyone else with my vehicle but them its like Allstate says your in good hands I highly recommend them

Initially they started off great when a crooked car lot sent me to them. Since then I've gone up there and asked for a quote on a catalytic converter for my car and Andrea promised to call with a quote. That was over a week ago and I've called and left her messages. I did speak with the tech when Andrea was out that morning but I had a follow up question and again asked her to call.If you want good, prompt customer service this is not the place to go! The way I view it is what if they did the work and there was a problem. No one answers the phone to provide service.

WARNING DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE! THEY LIE AND SAY THEY FIXED YOUR CAR. TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DON'T PUT THE PARTS ON. THEN REFUSE TO FIX IT. THEY TAKE HOURS TO TO FIX YOUR CAR. THEY DON'T ANSWER THE PHONE. ARE RUDE. AND LIE. DO NOT EVER TAKE YOUR CAR THERE. DISGUSTING PLACE. AND THEY STEAL FROM YOU! WARNING THERE WAS OIL IN MY CAR AS I JUST HAD AN OIL CHANGE. AND YOU SAID I HAD OIL ALL OVER THE UNDERSIDE OF MY CAR. THERE'S NOT ONE DROP OF OIL UNDERNEATH MY CAR. AND THE ENGINE LIGHT NEVER WENT OFF SINCE I BROUGHT MY CAR IN. SO YOU NEVER FIXED IT. YOU ALSO LIED AND SAID YOU CALLED THE WARRANTY COMPANY YESTERDAY AND GOT APPROVAL TO FIX THE OIL LEAK. WHICH YOU NEVER CALLED THEM. AND NEVER FIXED ANY OIL LEAK. AND I PAID YOU FOR MY CAR AND IT WAS NEVER FIXED. SO I WANT NOTHING FOR FREEYOU LIE AND STEAL. AND NOW THE WARRANTY COMPANY KNOWS AND THEY ARE INVESTIGATING YOUR SHADY LYING COMPANY.

This has to be some of the worst body work I think I've ever seen. Where to start, the paintwork has so much orange peel. It looks like bed liner, the fender was obviously not cleaned very well before paint and I feel like it was painted outside because there are bugs and dust underneath the paint, there are sections of the bumper that are missing clear coat, there was damage to the vehicle while it was in their care and they are refusing to acknowledge it, they did not replace things that they were supposed to replace. The customer service is absolutely horrible. One gentleman very rough looking fellow that is a redhead with a beard was threatening a lady and when I asked him not to he began threatening me and trying to start a fight. Threats were also made about not giving the vehicle back or hiding it. If fort Campbell does not blacklist this place, I will be extremely surprised because of the sheer lack of workmanship and quality along with the worst customer service in Clarksville. If you could give negative stars they would get a -5. I can't say enough how horrible this place is and that nobody absolutely nobody should take their vehicle here. They are not only cheating you as the customer but they are cheating the insurance companies.

Got a transmission put in my 2014 Ford Fusion and got it back with my front wheels lug nuts not tightened at all and the wheels almost fell off while my child was in the vehicle!!! 10/10 will recommend NOT to use this shop.Service: TransmissionService: Transmission

Don't communicate and does not own up to word on hand shake doesn't give any paperwork or receipts and also didn't repair everything and after I got my car back for some reason trim on passenger side front was not attached rite and passenger side headlight was not hooked back up and didn't have bulbs and diver door still had dent in it and mirror was not painted and worked on so wouldn't recommendServices: Painting, Body & Trim

This place is as crooked as a dogs back leg beware i am not a cop never said I was never tried to fight anyone see you in court i did not know the judge you still lost be a man and pay up instead of making excuses you are a shame to all mechanics
