They took care of my ac compressor replacement with no problem. I will definitely use them again in the future. The lady at the counter was very friendly, professional, and kept me in the loop.

This place is fantastic. They have fixed a couple of my family's cars. The prices were always fair and didn't break the bank. I have been given wonderful advice about my car that has truly helped me. Binkley's never tries to cheat you or make you pay more just to make more money. I will only use this garage for all NY mechanic needs.

Mr. Ben has super-powers! I literally drove a missing and stalling 2006 cadillac from memphis. Dropped it off by appt,picked it up and let's just say that was a 3.5hr drive of a financial blessing either way it went for myself. I still can't believe it ,thank you fellas

Our daughter recommended them when we first moved here in 2008. They have always been honest and informative about what needs to be done. My car is OLD and they have kept it in top condition for me, at low cost for honest repairs. Will go no where also. Love, love, love them. Thank you Binkley's. It's so nice to know there are still honest people out there.

Went to Binkley's to do fluids service on my wife's 2011 Jeep Liberty and couldn't be any more happy! They were very professional and courteous. They evaluated and inspected the vehicle to check for more faults and got us on the road again without breaking our pockets. I was surprised for the amount of work done compared to the price! Definitely we are going to keep coming for all our automotive needs! Thanks for a wonderful experience Binkley's Automotive & Alignment!

Dropped car off for diagnostic to find out what's wrong with the AC. The personnel are friendly and accommodating.UPDATE 7/20/22: I was able to get a ride to pick up my car. It was done on Monday!I just had no way of getting there to get it. Now, that was only 2 days and Binkley's had it fixed! The compressor was shot on the AC. You can imagine how difficult it had been on this old lady to get around in the heat with out the air conditioner on the car working!!! I'd be soaking wet just running to The Neighborhood Market a mile away! Compressor! I was freaking out. How much was THIS going to cost?I'd already checked around and a friend told me of Binkley's.Guess what?!? The total cost parts, labor, and tax was less than half the cost the dealership had quoted me and a lot less than what other establishments had given me.I HIGHLY RECOMMEND Binkley's Automotive & Alignment on Vista Lane to anyone who has car troubles! They're the BOMB! I WILL be taking my car to them for any other repairs needed.Update 2-26-23: I picked my car up on the 24th, it had been there since the 16th. The problem was that I didn't have any heat or defrost or blower unless it was 45� out! And if it was 45�,but the wind chill made it feel like 44�or below, I had no heat or defrost or blower. They told me that I bring them the oddest problems. They ALWAYS find & fix said odd problems. It was cold enough on the 17th for them to see what I was talking about and then... on the 21st. It was also cold enough not to have heat on the 24th when I went to get it. ****THEY WARMED IT UP FOR ME ****how's THAT for customer service!I had heat, on my way home, yesterday when I got out for a few minutes, and 2day when I gave my neighbor a ride to the grocery. Again, I HIGHLY recommend Binkley's to anyone!! They're AWESOME!!

The condensation drain for our A/C was clogged and there was water pouring out into the passenger floorboard. I dropped the car off in the morning and picked it up that afternoon, fixed perfectly! They are so friendly and courteous and efficient! Very reasonable price, too. I highly recommend this garage!Service: A/C installation & repairService: A/C installation & repair

Awesome experience! Very honest and worked in a timely manner to get my van done. They even gave me a courtesy call and let me know an additional service needed to be added to my bill so there were no surprises when I went to pay. If you're looking for an honest shop that professionally and quickly finishes the job, this is your shop. My first experience was a chance for the shop to do unnecessary repair. I was told the work I requested wasn't the problem, and was advised how to correct the issue with no profit to the shop. The info was accurate, and more importantly accurate and honest. Now my go to mechanics. They service all four of my vehicles.I have to reiterate, that honesty + quality is my criteria for a permanent shop, and they are my choice. Fair, accurate and HONEST.

I have taken my car here for years. They not only are very knowledgeable, but they are honest. I sent my mother there after Sears tried to charge her $3000 for some work to be done, she had just gone to have an oil change. I told her to go to Binkley's and get a second opinion. She did and they told her that there was nothing wrong with her car. That was a couple of years ago and it's still running great. They are the first mechanics that I can say are honest about your vehicle. Thanks Guys!

I was told of this business by the great people at Bumpus Body Shop. If you live in the Clarksville area, the only numbers you need have in your phone for car repairs are Bumpus and Binkley! Been going to Binkleys since we moved here in 06, and my husband before that time. They are polite, do what you ask them to do, let you know of problems that can become an issue later, don't try to upsale you on things. They call before doing any major service and go over estimated cost. They are an honest good company, highly recommended

**update** 10/26/2017They are great people! I have decided to keep them as my permanent mechanics as long as I live in Clarksville. Im a newer customer and they did a great job fixing my car. Even the receptionist is awesome. I appreciate them. They try to get you in and out.I called to set an appointment the receptionist was nice. My vehicle was there before 8a I received a call stating my vehicle was done before 10:30a. I knew it was my rotors before I sent it. They found and fixed the problem. I am very satisfied as a first time customer. I will be back soon.

So while driving home from work this morning, my truck suddenly looses all power and starts acting haywire. I asked around and friends are told me to send it to Binkley's. Long story short; numerous electrical and power problems. The staff and mechanics were extremely friendly and helpful. They explained everything in great detail before any work was done. The great thing is that all the work was completed in the same day, and I didn't have to worry about further transportation issues. I highly recommend them !

My fiance brought his car here a few months ago. He had issues with his lights going out randomly. After trying to fix it ourselves (which worked for a short amount of time), going to one mechanic who made the situation worse and another where he was told the entire electrical system on that side would need to be replaced, we decided to try Brinkley's. They fixed the issue quickly, charged WAY less than what we'd expected, and were very friendly. We haven't had an issue out of the lights since!! I'm having what seems like an impossible issue with my vehicle and plan to take it here later this week.

The receptionist is always very friendly and the mechanics won't lie to you or sugar coat things. They are fairly priced as well. You usually have to schedule a time, as they've usually got a good business flow happening. The only con in my opinion is that they only accept cash, but I understand that it is for their own well being, as people will intentionally write blank checks.

Just had my A.C. compressor, for an 07 honda odyssey, replaced at this shop and they had a quick one day turn around. The price was extremely fair and saved me about 200 dollars based on another shop's quote. I am extremely satisfied, having cold air back when its 90+ outside will do that :) but there service was great as well.

You won't find a better or more honest place to trust your vehicle with. If there busy its just a good sign of how reputable they are, i wont be going anywhere else.

We have always had our vehicles serviced at Binkley's. Price is fair and if vehicle can't be fixed they will let you know! Very Honest. We have been going there for about 20 years.

The service here is unreal it s a dream! Definitely coming here for the rest of my life time!UPDATE: Been coming here for at least 10 months! And I still highly recommend this place! One of the few places I can honestly say you can depend on!

Our car broke down on the way back to Kansas from Tennessee. The first auto repair place we went to would not look at our car until the afternoon because no one was in the shop. After calling binkley's, they told us they'd look at our car right away. We pulled in, and they immediately came out and looked at it. They were SO helpful and kind. Best auto repair shop I've ever been to.

Super helpful. Waited at a repair shop for an hour not knowing what was wrong with the car, but when we brought it to Binkley's, Ben checked our car, and gave us a quick diagnosis, then had us in and out in 30 minutes, and it was completely fixed. Quick, kind service. Thank you!

Had some ball joints replaced on my 2003 F250. Great job diagnosing, finished on time (next day) and at the price they quoted to me. No unessary work was suggested. Super nice people. Note: cash only. Busy place.

Fairly priced, knowledgeable, and great at communicating what s going on. It s very apparent that everyone here understands vehicles unlike the majority of franchises where only the one mechanic actually knows how to fix things. 1000% recommended!!!

Excellent service. I had a new CVT transmission installed on my Nissan Altima plus some brake work and a coil replaced. Ben did an amazing job as always. I highly recommend Binkley's.

Brinkley s has the most reasonable prices. It s nice there s still the word Fair. And Brinkley s does excellent work
