Having a good experience with my wife s car repair at Beachaven Auto Care and Towing, l had my truck in for serpentine belt replacement. They got the truck in the same day l called for an appointment and did the work while l waited. I also had them do an overall inspection in preparation for a trip. Now I have peace of mind, knowing the truck is ready for the trip!

Beachaven is awesome. If you bought some off brand vehicle in Nashville or anywhere, Beachaven can service your car. They are knowledgeable, friendly and they are local. Highly recommend.

I brought in my Nissan Rogue for new front brakes and rotors. The staff called to share they would recommend front and back replacement to stop the shaking. So far, we are really pleased and appreciate their recommendation! Our car (BB) is already driving much smoother and braking much cleaner.

For years we ve had trouble with the air conditioning in our mini van. Other mechanics have tried and failed to fix it through the years. Beachaven was the first to l finally figure it out and get get it fixed.

After hitting a deer at 1 30 in the morning the THP called a tow truck for us as my car was not driveable. They arrived and the driver Joey was really great. He made sure we got to a hotel safely. He was professional and went above and beyond to help.

I called to get my Mom's car towed. The gentleman who met us was super nice. He was very understanding with my Mom who was nervous and upset her car had broken down. I would definitely use again (but hope not to). It is nice to have someone who was friendly even if it was after hours.

I had my sons truck towed here and it wasn't starting for us after a new battery and starter. These guys were honest because the truck started for them and gave no issues but they looked over the truck very well for us. The truck was sitting for a long time and had plenty of issues but we had them fix the larger more urgent issues and my son can work on getting the rest up to par over time. Only one complaint(ISH) but not really a complaint: communication is a little slow BUT that is not any issue overall because when I called, they were ready to answer any question I had.Now for what they did: Had my F-150 engine worked on recently after I had them take a look. The tech found some leaks on the turbos, some vacuum pump that is prone to leaks, and valve cover gaskets. They did a great job.The reason I trusted them and didn't even think about getting a second opinion: They have integrity. They earned my trust when dealing with my daughter's car; didn't even have any work done and I don't think they charged for a diagnostic...can't remember but that doesn't matter. Long story short, they could have separated me from a lot of my money for transmission work but instead they told us about an issue GM was fixing, likely free, but not advertising very loudly or recalling. Went to GM to get her issue fixed and all was well, like I said, Beach Haven could have made some money off me, but they had immense integrity.Thanks guys.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Engine repair

I recently had my Lexus serviced here and had a phenomenal experience. Since this was supposed to be my 60,000 mile service at the dealership, I had quite the list of items that needed to be taken care of. The service they provided was prompt and reasonably priced. They were also honest about things that didn t truly need to be done - not something that you get from every service department. In short, I cannot recommend them enough and they will be my go to for as long as I m in Clarksville!

My front wheel bearing was making a lot of noise and I took it to Beachaven Auto to have my vehicle inspected. They were all professional and courteous. The inspection was completed in a timely manner, they then told me what my maintenance options were and set an appointment I highly recommend beachaven auto.Update! They are so nice and so professional and diagnosed and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently and I am HIGHLY satisfied. There is nothing better than a good local mechanic one can trust!! I have used them twice and I swear they are the most honest and most professional mechanics in town. Thank you Beachaven Auto!

I am very satisfied with recent service by Beachaven guys. They towed my car because it wasn't driveable, fixed the issue, and put us on the road within a day. I wasn't expecting to have the car back so quickly but next day they called and said the car was ready. I have used these guys in the past for our other car and have been satisfied with their services. They seem knowledgeable, hardworking and trustworthy mechanics ... someone you don't find easily nowadays.

I had such a great experience here. It was easy to. Drop my car and keys off after hours for repairs and it was all done quickly for a great price. They aren't condescending like a lot of mechanics that I've tried making appointments with in the past. Sometimes they hear a woman and just talk down to me. These guys are awesome. I took my car in for a much needed oil change and I knew I didn t need to worry about it. They were quick and everyone was nice. I couldn't be happier with Beachaven Auto care. Twice they have towed my car because I've broken down. The customer service is friendly and professional. Both times my car broke right before a holiday and they still made sure repairs were done in time so I could have the car back.I absolutely give them 5 stars and recommend them before any big auto company in town. The people there are courteous and helpful. They did an excellent job. When Ihad an issue with the door lock, they had the issue resolved and back to me in no time at all. Great service, Knowledgeable and experienced. The only downside is I had to wait a few days for them to work on it due to them being busy. A HUGE Thank You to Shannon for dropping whatever he was doing and coming to assist my husband and our van out of a parking garage. Shannon arrived in less than 30 minutes and was able to jump the battery and get our van up and running again. Shout out to Beachaven Auto Care. Found myself stranded with a dead car battery. Shannon came to the rescue, charged it and I drove straight to the shop where he installed a new battery. Great experience with Beachhaven on two different occasions. They are honest, timely, and cost efficient. I was quoted over $5,000.00 to fix something that wasn t the main culprit of my engine issue at another place and came to Beachhaven for a second opinion. They found the actual issue and fixed it. It wasn t the issue the dealership had told me it was. And for a fraction of that cost. My vehicle is running excellent. Highly recommend Beachhaven. Thanks guys!Service: Engine repair

I'm from out of town & my car overheated. I stopped for help & these were the nicest people! My cap had come off and they found an old one that worked, and while it didn't fix the main issue, they refused to take payment for helping me. I can heartily recommend Will and the other workers who helped me.

I was at the YMCA today and realized as soon as I got out of my car that my keys were still locked inside. I tried Pop a Lock but they said there were no technicians in my area. I went inside the Y and asked an employee if they knew of anyone that could help. They were unsure but suggested I call Beachaven Auto Care just to check and see if they could help me out. Well sure enough, Shannon from Beachaven was in the parking lot probably no more than 10 minutes after I called. He was very friendly and even encouraged me to go in and work off my frustrations. I asked how much I owed and he wouldn't accept payment. He just simply stated he was already passing through and that i should have a great Friday! That is awesome service for you and I am so grateful!

My check engine light went on and I found out that the car had an evap leak. I changed the gas cap which usually is the most common cause but the warning light was still on. I needed to get this fixed immediately as I needed the vehicle the following week to drive my grandson to and from school each day. The school is an hour away. They fitted me in their schedule and by noon that day my car was ready for pickup. Carson was so nice -very good customer service!
