I've always experienced great customer service at this AutoZone location and the last few times I've been are no exception. Jay, the store manager, helped me out today and spent time calling around to get me exactly what I needed. Even though they were super busy when I went in, he still took the time to make sure I was taken care of and I never felt like he was trying to rush me on my way. He was awesome! I'll definitely be back and continue giving them my business!

I recently visited the AutoZone location closest to my new residence, seeking a headlight replacement for my van. Unfortunately, the staff member who assisted me displayed a lack of customer service, making me feel inconvenienced. He abruptly interrupted our conversation, saying "HOL" twice and then directing me to aisle one without further assistance. In contrast, my experience at O'Reilly's Auto Parts was exemplary. The staff helped me locate the part, retrieved it from the shelf, and even tried to help me replace the bulb. Unfortunately the part you plug the light into was melted. Additionally, Kat helped me find that part and provided me with three contacts for repair assistance and offered valuable advice. While I don't expect AutoZone staff to possess extensive technical knowledge, basic customer service is essential. It's concerning that O'Reilly's staff seemed familiar with complaints about AutoZone's service, suggesting a pattern of subpar customer care. I encourage AutoZone to improve in this area.

This is the best place in Clarksville for your car needs I recommend this place to everyone out there having trouble with there car the staff is so nice and friendly they will take care of you and your vehicle there is a woman working there that is the best person ever I am a big fan of hers I hope they never let her go

The service of the young man that helped me was outstanding, but the guy over him was trash. The receipt machine didn't have any paper, and he didn't even attempt to get any so that I could get a receipt. I just left before I would have to resort to hurting his feelings.

Needed a battery, they took care of me. Duralast is one of the best batteries. Very friendly and knowledgeable staff.

I have been going exclusively to AutoZone for 23 years with great service and knowledgeable staff. Over the last couple years it's gone down hill. Last several times I've gone they are understaffed, the few staff are usually on their phone. And no one seems to know anything about cars. Today I had to wait a couple minutes for the employee to finish his text before he bothered to help. No help it was anyway, he has no understanding of how a starter works and didn't even try to listen to the issues I'm having. I'll be taking my business elsewhere from now on. AutoZone used to have high standards on who they hired. Not anymore.

Had an excellent experience. I walked in and let them know that I had bought wiper blades from another store and I didn t know that they would put them on because it was not offered. Seth immediately volunteered and him and Nick made sure they got them installed because my car is a foreign vehicle and could be difficult but I appreciate them ensuring I was taken care of. I highly recommend this store and I m grateful they did everything possible to help me out. Thank you Seth and Nick, you both were awesome!!

I just went into the store. One man was on the phone and the other was helping a customer. No one greeted or said anything to me. The one that was helping the customer just looked at me. I m already in distress because of a situation and no one even greeted me. This is poor customer service and I just left the store in disgust. Just because I am a woman doesn t mean we should be treated like this. We have always spent money here and to be treated like this was unnecessary. Get more customer friendly individuals to assist customers. There care is important.

So I stop in last week for spark plugs for my outboard with a 19' boat behind a crew cab long WB F150. Bummer-this location (store #70) only had 4 and I needed 6...enter Amanda, one of your managers there, and saves the day. She calls the nearest store and has them hold 6 for me. That is nice enough but that's just good business, and probably company protocol. What she did next is what blew me away...she pulls up an aerial photo of the other store and points out the best approach and parking so I could more easily get in and out of traffic with my trailer!Thank you for an increasingly rare dose of customer service!That is going above and beyond!!Give the girl a raise!!!Kevin BrownClarksville, TN

I bought desperately needed windshield wipers here, one of the employees came and offered help when he saw me skinning my knuckles struggling with the frozen clips holding on the old ones. I also mistakenly bought one that was the wrong kind (right brand, but wrong size clip). He immediately went and brought me the proper one and exchanged it with zero hassle, and installed both. During other visits, I have had batteries tested and charged, got an immediate replacement for a part that was under their warranty with no problems and also found out why my check engine light is on. Very awesome people here who are always happy to help you.

If I could leave zero stars I would, this store on Ft Campbell Blvd is a joke. Went into the store about 15 minutes before they closed the manager on shift kept making comments about people coming in close to closing time. She never welcomed anyone into the store or offered to assist anyone. She was being very loud and annoying. She was using vulgar language while in the place of business and speaking to customers. This is very unprofessional, and not how management should conduct themselves, she should have been setting an example for her employees. From now on my business will go to a different Auto Parts Store that has professionalism, and courtesy. Oh and a place that knows how to hire decent management.

Not helpful at all. Said the bare minimum to get us to just walk away from the counter to try to figure it out on our own. Obviously, they have been helpful for other people but didn't care to even tell us they weren't sure on the answer to our question so we didn't waste time standing there trying to figure it out. Save yourself trouble and go to Advance Auto Parts.

Customer Service was outstanding. Didn't have to wait, employees were very nice and had all the information I needed for the questions I asked. It wasn't just my experience which made me give them 4 stars.... I watched as they handled 4 other customers and each was treated the same way and conversations were professional and humor. Well done!!

Jason was extremely helpful and kind. I was so grateful to him for offering advice and helping me install some minor parts before a long trip. He went above and beyond to make sure everything was in working order before my drive. After that experience, I have made a point to return to this location and have continued to receive excellent customer service.

This is my go to store for car parts. Usually Seth is the one to help me out, he always takes the time to not only look up the correct part but he'll also go and grab it for you. Today he was able to go into the back and find the correct part since it wasn't on the shelf.

Great customer service at the end. i showed up 30 mins before close bc my car was slow to start. it was concerning. kaylie checks my battery and it fails. i ask if i buy one right now, could she please change it. (i am a woman who knows nothing about cars) she did it for me IN THE DARK even though being told not to chair in the dark. her, I and Gale stood outside holding flashlights. i even gave her a hand when she needed it. she is heaven sent. she acknowledged that she couldn t leave a woman with a car that wasn t going to start in the morning. i am so grateful for this.

I brought my battery in to AutoZone because it died while I was waiting to get my kids from school. Anyway, I found out the battery had corrosion on it (yikes!) and I got wonderfully assistance from Alex here at AutoZone! He not only changed my battery, but cleared off the corrosion from the connectors as well!! Come to this AutoZone for sure!! Thanks Alex!!

AutoZone used to be my go-to auto parts store but now I go to O'Reilly's cuz them the AutoZone folks don't know a thing about car parts. Every time I want to rent a tool I gotta wait for them to find the tool rental picture chart so I can point out what I need like I'm at a mexican restaurant (the good ones)

I took my jeep in to have the battery tested and codes read. Codey was amazing!! He was friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. He tested my battery, and checked the codes for me but he went above and beyond. He talked to me about the issues with my vehicle, he explained what options I had to fix and replaced the bad battery. I wish all employees/businesses treated their customers like I was treated this evening.

While checking out with a young gentleman I produced my Retired Military ID, the cashier asked SED for a passcode to add the discount. SED felt like it was more important to finish his conversation with a co worker about non work related issues.After telling the cashier to hold on I told the cashier never mind and paid full price.Definitely think that was really rude, as someone who runs a 6 figure business and stopped in for tire spray I d definitely hate for SED to work for me.Nonetheless the Black gentleman was apologetic and I wish I would ve gotten his name, thank you sir.

if I could give 0 stars I would... We had purchased a fuel pump from this store a couple of years ago ( mind you we always get the lifetime warranty wen ever it is available), We called a couple of days ago, because ours was on the fritz. The person we talked to told my husband after looking up my account that yes it had a lifetime warranty. He confirmed with the lady that he was going to bring it back once the new one was installed. (we only have one vehicle at the moment). He went today to bring it back and the store manager refused to give us anything stating that we only had a 1 year warranty on the pump and thats what she told us on the phone. ( He called originally this store on Ft Campbell which is normally where we go, but he went to return the pump the the store on 101 Merchants BLVD) I heard all his replies on the phone conversations since I was sitting right next to him, so I know the person on the other end told him it was under warranty. This is unacceptable. This is very bad for business. We have over the years made a lot of purchases there! Auto Zone you just lost a good customer.!!!

I am absolutely happy with service I got. I want to thank the manager Kenneth B for doing everything he could to fix my car. He fixed my headlight when the problem was brought to my attention that the person who put my headlight in the first time from AutoZone did not put it in correctly which then cause my headlight wire to become fried. He told me to come back so he could fix it on the spot. He fixed it and put a new part on it at no charge. It was quick and easy. I really appreciate what he did. I will be going back to this store because of what he did.

Fate was on my side when I walked into this store. The parts I needed would normally need to be ordered but the fates put my parts in someone else's box the day before so they could be there for me. I was helped by Richard who was super courteous, professional, and answered all questions I had without making me like a fool for asking.
