Redhead lady in there is rude. Literally walking around me as I m waiting to check out. I was trying to give her my number for the warranty and completely ignored me and just hands me my receipt. Orielly is definitely coming in clutch now

The manager was super helpful he made sure to spend his time with me to help me find the windshield wipers I needed and he was teaching his coworker as we went great leadership and communication was displayed.

Had a check engine light and caused some concern for the family. Bradley was so quick in pulling the codes and explaining the potential problems. Never want to see a CEL again but at least we have a go-to guy!

Very disappointed! Went there to get my 2 batteries charged and the attitude of the cashier was super unprofessional and she was kinda annoyed. Plus my batteries were never charged. Had to go somewhere else!

I had fantastic service from Antonio today who helped replace my truck battery. He was so helpful at looking up the truck make and model for me and was really friendly. He acted like he had all the time in the world to help me out. I will be returning at this location for my auto parts needs. Thank you!

For store #3880 thank you for helping my mother and installing and battery in her truck she is disabled and I live an hour away, big thank you to Jordan, the lady that installed the battery and to Shay the manager, awesome customer service and support!!!! My mother is also very happy with the service and support.... I regularly do business with Auto Zone and will continue more exclusively because of this.

Helpful folks. When your check engine light comes on take your car there so the fault codes can be read. Then when you take it for repair; you'll know about the problem to value-judge what the repair shop is telling you. Also a great place for batteries, wiper blades, and a host of other car related needs.

We needed a battery, and the staff explained there are 2 sizes for the vehicle. Although I thought it was the right one, I quickly learned it wasn't. Exchange for the right one was seemless.

Stood and waited in line to be helped while one employee did her hair and chatted with thenother employee who was swearing up a storm. AND they saw us standing there. There was another employee that was helping someone so at least she was doing her job. Finally we left and went to Advanced Auto two doors down and they actually helped us and acknowledged us.

Was honest at this one. Tested my battery twice to make sure. Showed me the readings, told me the options but never pressured into buying anything. I had just came from a competitor store and they didn't even want to come test the battery. So cudos to this store and older gentleman that came out

Chris, the manager - absolutely phenomenal in terms of help and support. Very knowledgeable. I needed what I thought was a simple battery change for our family vehicle,t but it ended up being in a not-so-easy to reach position... Chris made it effortless! Was just in the store, and the 3 female employees were having a conversation that carried to the floor with about 10 F-bombs and other classy words. Got to do better. There was people of all ages in the store at the time, know your environment.

Has basic parts, ordering timeliness not always right, so don't make a plan or date you need something done. Hit or miss, but 98% of the time I get the right part. There's some oddball times I don't which is either on me or them but they've always made good in the end.

I was SO impressed with the amazing service here! Professional, friendly, and very knowledgeable and helpful.Called the other auto shop next door first about replacing my bad battery and all they said was "well, maybe we can... you'll just have to come in and see". Called AutoZone and the lady I spoke to assured me they definitely could. I was able to get my bad battery replaced within 20 minutes of arriving at the store.Cannot recommend this shop enough! They'll go above and beyond to help you, and the willingness to help goes a long ways when (like me) you know almost nothing about working on cars.

Anyone going into an Auto Zone and expecting a Certified Mechanic to be standing behind the counter ready to help them needs a reality check. This person is not a horse vet, not your plastic surgeon, not your wax person. At best it will be some you kid with a beat up car looking for cheap parts to keep his/her car going.I am review cop. I look for the most ridiculous reviews and comment on them. I've been going into Auto Zone since I was a kid. Sometimes there was car person that could give some advice and sometimes not. If I did have a problem they would make it right. The point is if you really need a Certified Mechanic to look at your car then take your car to a Certified Mechanic....

Went to exchange a bad part under warranty for a new one, and they had me pay for the increased price if the new part all while not being able to complete my transaction on the same computer. The Saturday morning shift needs to get better at their job and knowledge of their operating system.

Always super helpful ever time I need help finding a specific tool. Friendly and helpful every time I have been there. I bought 2 tools that happened to be different brands, so they ended up not fitting together. Took them back and easily got them exchanged.

Shoutout to Travis !!!! Guy is awesome. I brought my R6 down there for a battery check and he helped me with tools and opening up my bike! Found out battery was good but had loose cables, he tightened them all up and she had no more issues starting. Very grateful for his impeccable customer service

Great service! My Charger up and died on me today but I was able to get it over to this Auto Zone and get it looked at for free. I was able to use their tools to swap my battery out for a great price and be on my way shortly after I arrived. I recommend coming here for a quick and easy fix up for a good price

Needed a battery for my car. Staff was very courteous and accommodating. They took out the old one and hooked up the new one, with a warranty for 18 months and excellent curbside service. Will definitely be back and recommend to friends and family.

Mr. Harry or Henry I believe his name was saved the day! He checked my car, replaced my battery, offered exceptional service and travel recommendations given the issue with my car so my children and I could return home safely. He really took his time to check my car and get me the best battery for the best price and very nicely installed my battery. Thanks again. My heart dropped after driving 5 hours to have your car die, but he saved the day and the remainder of my trip. 5 STARS.

I visited 11/17 to see if my battery was under warranty. Teressa M. rudely laughed at me because I didn t know what kind of battery I had in my car, although I offered to go find out. She stared me down and shook her head with annoyance as I tried to find the phone number my battery s warranty would ve been under. I ended up leaving and going to a different location. Her demeanor and attitude that day was unacceptable. She need coaching on customer satisfaction. I m mind-blown that she s a manager.

The employees and the manager went beyond any expectations I could have. I went in thinking I needed a new alternator and the manager offered to drive out to my house and help troubleshoot my problems. We were both happy to see my car didn t need new parts just had to adjust a few things. Thanks Chris!

Great customer service. Harry helped me put and also went to put the fix a flat in my tire since I had no clue about anything Give this man a raise. Thank you again
