James is a great Manager!! Replaced my headlight as well as an additional part needed late at night. He was very friendly and courteous. I m so thankful for his help. I could see to get home safely. Thank you so much!!

Occasionally I don't transfer enough cash from savings to purchase necessities- and of course my phone was out in the car. Thank goodness these guys are patient! He kindly waited while I hauled my unprepared limping body out to the car to make the necessary monetary exchange upon my cellular device and was still smiling at end of our transaction. I love this place!

Zach was great! He took me to the windshield wipers & was very knowledgeable about all of them. He answered all my questions and had suggestions to them all. He checked me out then came outside and changed out my wiper blade. He also signed me up quickly for the rewards program and gave me 10% off my purchase. Zach is a great employee! Its nice to see someone good at their job with a good attitude!

Helped me get my headlight but I wished they had helped me put it in.It would have taken 5 minutes with a flashlight, but they sent me on my way. Maybe next time I'll have my light go out prior to 45 minutes before closing.

I needed a new car battery and Nick (Nicholas) was very very helpful!! He explained everything to me throughly and even though my battery was being stubborn and didn t want to come out, he patiently worked on it in the heat until the job was done! Thank you for a great experience on this frustrating morning!!

I was in need of getting my battery replaced and Al and Ben were so nice to help me and they installed the battery for me. I do not think this was something could have done myself. This is what I would say is exceptional customer service. Thank you for getting me back on the road.

I went to AutoZone twice today Mr Maurice helped me regarding the battery. I left ,came back Sales Manager Mr. Steven helped me. He is a great guy! He was thorough and very very helpful. He even installed my battery in my . Thx again Mr. Steven!

Visited this store due to a battery going out in our vehicle and was greeted by Big Al. Al came out and tested the battery and alternator for us and deemed the battery needed to be replaced. He offered the service and did the job superbly. I give him all the credit in the world for how patient he was as the job was not easy and was like peeling an onion just to get to the battery. I would trust Big Al and this store with all of my automotive part needs. Thank you Al!

I have had some less than exceptional experiences here in the past but the last few times that I have had to go in the employees have been extremely helpful and the customer service has definitely improved. Also, if you need to know why that light on your dash is on, they'll tell you so that's really cool.

Stopped by Store #64 @ Riverwood Place needing a battery and headlight bulb. Employee Chris Anthony was awesome in helping to find everything that was needed and even installed it quickly and had us on our way. Chris even gave attention to detail of the car, when he was outside doing the install, by noticing I had a lug nut missing on one of my rear wheels. I was able to handle that also because the store had what was needed. Thanks to AutoZone and Chris for helping customers!

Very nice location. I was quoted one thing over phone due to miscommunication. The manager made up for it by giving me a discount & a percentage off! Sales reps where patient, helpful & understanding. Thank you for a pleasant experience!

So i had a issue with AutoZone last week in regards to a tool that broke i was told the life time replacement did not apply because i had no receipt fory $5. Socket. I talked to Al the district manager and he really came through it wass all a misunderstanding thanks Al

What an awesome store. Drove up with windshield wipers that were totally worn out. Special thanks to Al, who had me in and out in no time. He helped me select and then even installed the new wipers on my truck. All with a smile. Thanks you guys "ROCK".

WOW! Talk about a great place! Awesome store with super sharp, helpful staff. Ben & Steve helped me pick out the right part for my 1969 Imapa....then they made sure the part would arrive OVERNIGHT! They love cars as much as I do!!!

I only went to buy a headlight(lightbulb), and the staff offered to install it! Even though it was a complex process, ,they achieved it. Since I watched the whole process, I also learned how to install the lightbulb. Thank you. I for sure recommend this location! Very helpful staff and professional.

Julie at store 64 was outstanding, she not only helped with my headlight issue but also helped retrieving the caps which fell into the bumper. That was a pain in the butt.
