I bought Audi Q7 and I m totally satisfied. Customer service is awesome. Carlos did a good job communicating and providing me with all the necessary information. Also, he answered all my questions and explained everything. Max was welcoming and helped a lot as well. He showed the car and let me drive it couple of times before purchasing. Good job !

I had the pleasure of working with Carlos. He restored my faith in customer service. He bent over backwards and did everything you possibly could to help me get a vehicle. He always answer the phone when I called, always kept me informed on every aspect of the car buying experience. So if you're looking for a good service, no pressure and a man who truly cares about getting you into a vehicle that you need this is the place to go and that's the man to talk to.

Just bought my 2014 Mini Cooper S Clubman and it was great! Carlos is definitely an amazing and sweet car salesman. He takes time to listen and explain all the paperwork. Max is also sweet. Overall I did not feel rushed to buy. Prices were also very reasonable! Definitely worth it to visit.

Carlos and Kelsie at Auto Union were great with assisting us. They were very patient, and answered all questions we had. They also have great personalities, so that s a plus. They seem to have reliable mechanics and the owner seemed to be hands on as well, so that s a plus. I would recommended purchasing a car from them.

Purchased a 2011 A5 115k miles after coming back from deployment. Payed 10k given no discounts. Had many issues and they didn t offer to fix anything. Only giving 3 stars because the motor hasn't blown up yet- bad tires, had to replace all 4- Windshield wiper motor didn t work- Both headlight ballast and one tail light bulb went out the same day of purchase- Service engine light came on a few hours after purchase- Alignment was terrible (said they would ask the owner to fix it but never got back to me)- Wheels had no balancing weights on them- Valve cover gasket leaked terribly- Shocks and struts where blown- Front brake pads and rotors needed replace 2 weeks after purchase- Front muffler was rotted out causing a massive exhaust leak- passenger window glass is broken inside the door causing a big air leakBring a mechanic before you buy.

I'm not too happy. He said the car went all through a shop. It must not have been because i took it to a shop, and they found an oil leak. And some other stuff that if it would have been through a shop they would have fixed it.Yes absolutely oil leak started pretty much as soon as i had it and also the salesperson said the brake light that was on is a code come to find out it was not a code the wire was cut. That thing did not go through a shop if it did. Those mechanics should be fired.

Drove 7 hours to get a BMW they had, put down a $500 non refundable deposit also. We were told about a parking break light that was on but was told it was an easy fix, so that was expected. Upon arriving to get the car and test drive it, there was a battery light on when the car turned on which was never mentioned. We took the car next door to get it checked by mechanics and there was 19 code lights on when it was hooked up to the machine along with a coolant and oil leak in the car, none of this was stated. They told us to wait around while they try to fix the car and call their mechanic, we declined and left. Needless to say didn t get the car, they knew we were driving out of state to get a car and we were reassured multiple times that there were no major issues. If buying from them please take the car on a test drive and take it to a mechanic to get it throughly inspected.

Purchased a car here 7 months ago and it s already in the shop with a $5200 repair bill that the warranty I was sold and told would cover everything is only covering 70$ on. I even asked if I should get a higher level warranty and was assured the level I had would cover everything. On top of after having the car for a month the AC didn t work(this was fixed). A 5200$ bill after having a car for less than a year is something you expect from a beater, not a car that costed 19000. Worst purchase I ve made.

We went to Prestige Auto to follow up on a couple of listings. We test drove a couple of cars and I was particularly drawn to this Mazda 6 (photo below), so we drew everything up and it's sitting in the driveway now.After the final purchase, the CEL came on and still being a vehicle that I wasn't familiar with, I contacted Issac and Max, and they just requested the car be brought back. As soon as I left it, Max was right on top of it.I just got it back today and it runs perfectly. Needless to say, it's a very fast car and I noticed it's perkiness while driving it home. I...love...this...car!! <3There's no lines to read between...Max and Issac are professionals, hard-working, friendly and they do their best to react to every situation that comes up, giving strict priority directly to the customer.If you're considering buying a vehicle from Prestige, just know that you're going to expert level care and tech assistance. I've experienced it first hand.Thank you, guys!!! :D

Horrible! Bought a car and not even a month later I had to take it to a mechanic. To find out it was the head gasket. The thermostat was gutted out to hide it. They knew it was messed up before they sold it. They refuse to make this right. Stay away from them.
