Doug was very unprofessional when being approached, platinum commercial account holder of this company I spend thousands of dollar at. Also was very quick to misjudge a young successful black owner (marckus mobile repair) for being a A shade tree mechanic and supposedly he is paying for his dumpster at his store out his pockets supposedly he claimed. This is a start and next I ll be reaching to my great corporate guys with advanced with the next step of getting this handled.

You would think that a commercial customer who brings in thousands of dollars to this company would be treated with respect, but apparently Doug believes otherwise. I overheard Doug refer to my husband as a shade tree , I believe this is very unprofessional to call customers names and also discriminate against them. I hope no one else will be supporting this company.

I witnessed Doug unprofessionally approach Markus with marckus mobile repair saying he s not going to let some shade tree guy dump car quest parts that are purchased by the same company he works for in his dumpster that he pays for. I ve worked with marckus for 2 years now and never have I seen someone approach him in that manner or disrespect. Hope this is resolved until then I hope no one supports this location. I will not shop here myself highly unprofessional .

Very thankful for the good help I received testing and replacing my daughters car battery yesterday. Anna was so pleasant and professional, explaining the process to me along the way. She is a asset to the Madison Street location.Thanks, again, Anna!

I just moved to the area and stopped in for some help at Advance Auto Parts on Madison in Clarksville. I needed to get a k&n filter for my Toyota 86 and Owen hooked me up getting my special order part in two days. Today he helped with a battery issue and the dealer said they had no clue how to fix my problem. Thanks for all your help brother, and thank you for your service in the military! I m glad I stumbled across the store on Madison, parts stores need more people like you...Cheers!

I had a great experience at this Advance Auto location. Gentleman running the register greeted me as I walked in, and ask me if I needed help with anything. I asked where are the headlights? He answered with what row they are on, what side it was on in the row, and how far down the row I have to go. I hate when sales associates are pushy. This gentleman let me walk right on over I spent 10 minutes looking at different brands and prices. Soon as I found what I wanted, he was at the register waiting on me. Like I said before great experience. I would have no problem recommending anyone else to this location.

So helpful as I was not really sure how to describe my problem. Their computer was running a bit slow so the female helping me pulled her cell phone out to research to save my time. I was not in a hurry but I was very impressed. The man that analyzed the problem was extremely skilled but yet put my problem into terms I understood.The military discount was appreciated very much. Thank you. I'll be back for sure.

Counter sales were knowledgeable and understood my request. Part availability wasn't what I had hoped for as my part was not available, but in all fairness no one had it local. Unfortunately had to order it online and it took two tries to get a good one

We bought a battery two years ago and thought it had died on us. I took the car there and they replaced the battery without question even though it turned out to be a bad alternator. They then ordered the alternator I needed and had it waiting for me the next morning.I was very pleased with the experience and will definitely be returning.

Impeccable customer service I didn't know which part I needed and with the employees seeing how confused I was they approached me and to help get me the correct parts I needed for my truck under 5 minutes. I highly recommend this A.A.P over all the other locations here.
