Best autoparts store nationwide, sales person Ed is the best always knowledgeable professional and friendly. The best part about advanced auto is the perks, you get 5 and 19 dollar coupons fir instire and online use if you sign up for free, you also get money of per gallon of fuel at any shell station. Not sure if there is a limit on gallons although 1, and 2 dollars off every gallon pumped into a fuel tank could save a lot.

I called to ask about some thing in regards to my 2024 Subaru outback when asking the question she cut me off was disrespectful and said no we don t have what you need and I was like ma am you didn t let me finish the color I need for the car is crossed between other years and she got snippy because she had to go look it up So yeah, they may have the part you need but the customer Service is terrible. I used to go there for everything I needed with my old car and never had a problem.

The worst store in town I was trying to shop for parts for my jeep and looking for things I can put in it and I got kicked out of the store because the store employee said I was stealing something. Which I wasn't I have a witness and he threatened to call the cops on me. Do not go to this store they don't treat u right here terrible business. I will be posting this on all social media

I was at the store with my bf and his daughter and we got kicked out the store for him picking up an item and laying it down and then they accused us of trying to steal from them bc we put the item down and didn t realize it was ripped open a little bit and then they threatened to call the cops over something we didn t do and while in the mean time him yelling at us to get out the store he did all this in front of his 3 years old daughter pretty low for someone to do all that in front of a kid and not just that my bf is a veteran he served for this country and to be treated like that is uncalled for.

Had to buy a new battery and our terminals were corroded. The staff member helping us cane out and installed the battery + installed the grease ge recommended to prevent corrosion like we had. He assessed we didn't need new terminal connectors. Made our Mother's Day car troubles less of a worry

It would have been a 5 star experience had the lady been upfront about the battery installation. The sign on the front of store said they did FREE battery testing and installation, she said they would not install with no explanation. There was a gentleman who completely took care of us giving this an overall great experience!! Taller older gentleman, from NY, served in the military, he said he'd take care of us and he did!!

I love this store everyone is friendly and they do community outreach with Northwest High School Band every year. Today I went in to get specific items and they helped me find everything and everyone else in the store was doing the same thing with other customers. High five Will (he is the manager of the store but was off today) you have a good staff.

Went in looking for a couple items. Couldn't find anything. Went to the counter person, and he was a delight ! Went with me to show me the items, answered all my questions and helped me make a decision about what was best for my particular vehicle. Love service like this!! Will go there many more times!

Worst customer service. My tail light went out, came here for a replacement. Ask the worker to put it in for me he told me to wait 10 minutes until his second coworker came in. I said as a second coworker came in she then informed me that they are not allowed to change out the bulbs for us. Which is crazy because I ve had my headlights changed out by you all before. So I waited for no reason.Management needs to do better at making sure all employees are on the same page so they re not giving false information out to customers

I guess the guy who is in charge today likes to be rude to ladies. All he had to do is tell the customer that he was already taking an order over the phone. Instead he acted as if we were a annoyance to him. He was rude to me once and he was rude to my wife twice.I get it. You are the boss in the store today.The older guys were nice as always. Seems to methe wrong people are in charge.

I needed new wiper blades, and cup holders. The guy that helped me put the wipers on my car, which was great! Very fast and professional service! I recommend this place.

I just left this store. Walked in Kevin greeted me and asked if I needed assistance. I said yes please, I need to have the codes on my vehicle read as my check engine light is on. He read the codes and asked me if I had something to write with or wanted to take a pic on my phone of the codes. I snapped a picture of the codes. Kevin then instructs me to google the codes to hopefully find insight and have a good night. Never have I received such poor customer service been provided at an advance auto parts supply store. Truly disappointed and won't be back.

So I going to this auto parts store.... Looking for a bug deflector for my 2003 Chevrolet Silverado 1500. They were easy to find they were right in the corner as you walk in on the right. However, what wasn't easy to find is a bug deflector for a common Chevrolet Silverado. After looking through 8 or 9 of them, I noticed every single one of them were for cars you don't see everyday driving down the road. With the exception of one for an F-150. I then went up to the front desk and asked the gentleman that was standing there doing nothing there was only one other customer in the store and he was getting a bulb for his Harley-Davidson. Why both employees were standing there doing nothing. Mind you, neither one of them asked if they could help me. So I approached him and I asked him if they had any bug deflectors in the back or if that was it. He responded with that's all we have. That's fine and dandy, if you don't want business. But being in this world for a while, I know if you want to keep a customer happy, you see if you got one at another store. And the gentleman that I was talking to, and about..... Has been in this world longer than me. And he works at an auto parts store where there is another one less than 5 mi away. Had he looked it up and found another one I more than likely would have went and bought it. But here I sit at O'Reilly's writing this review. Upon arriving at O'Reilly's which is right down the road, I called the store I was just at, and asked to speak to the manager. The gentleman that answered the phone was the same one I had talked to when I was there. He stated right then.. that he was one of the managers. How are you ever going to get employees to be good workers and benefit the company.. if the ones on the top are training the new ones to have customer service skills like I just witnessed. You're way behind advance Auto Parts.. you need to get your act together. Oh and O'Reilly has mine in stock and cheaper.

The staff at the store was great. The reason I give one star is because we purchased new batteries. And one of the batteries had a factory defect. Which we didn t find out until after we connected in our RV and it didn t work correctly. We took the batteries back to the store and we were informed that one of the batteries had a factory defect. The terminals were reversed (reversed polarity). Now we have to find out what kind of damage the reverse polarity did our RV.

I have been very happy with my experiences at Advance Auto Parts over the years, and this location albeit a bit outdated continues to prove itself as the destination for auto parts. The option to order online and pickup in store in 30 minutes is an especially big deal to me, along with a vast selection of products and well organized shelving.

Went for wipers. The young lady that helped me was knowledgeable, courteous and pleasant. She put my wipers on for me, too. Store was neat and clean. Would recommend and would go here again.

I'm just gonna say it. Ron you need to get some people skills. The female cashier next to you was running circles around you. I know we are annoying customers who don't what we're talking about. But hey at least be nice to us Ron.

Been a advanced customer for years, couldn't find he right part but they still ordered everything, including an extra set of different shocks, and even after all that they still were trying to help. Last owner put a different rear end in and just hard to find parts. Thanks for your patience and help.

I went here to purchase hubcaps. The associate who helped me was awesome. My thumb had been recently injured and I needed help putting on the hubcaps. He offered to do it for me and within minutes I was on my way. Great customer service.

I have only been to Advance Auto parts once, but I will definitely be making it my Go-To. The help I received from Tony was more than I could have asked for. He helped me with everything for my car from the point I called the store to helping me find the real problem. Tears of joy when my car sounded better than new!

Buying here in person is always a good experience friendly staff and big selection of parts and tools. My only complaint is when I call on the phone ro ask about a part sometimes they leave me on hold for 20 minutes, I understand they get bussy but if they are short handed they can just hire an extra person to help out. dont apreciate wasting my time.

I went into store 03250 in Clarksville TN. I have been trying to fix my headlights for over a month and have checked everything but the bulb themselves. So knowing it was a 1% chance this was the reason I bought 1 replacement bulb for $20 and ask the cashier named Tracie before buying it that if this didn't fix the problem would I be able to return it to get my money back. She stated yes. So I saved the receipt opened the package very gently and it didn't work. So 3 hrs later I attempt to return the bulb and I am told that they don't do any returns on electronics. That I am out my $ 20 dollars and that the only thing they could tell me was sorry for the inconvenience. My solution would be to give me my money back and have Tracie buy the bulb since if I was told right from the start I would've never bought the bulb. I will never purchase from any advance auto again!!!!

Put in an order for blinkers for my 2007 Passat two weeks ago, they ordered the wrong ones. I had to reorder the correct ones which were an extra 26 dollars on top of what I paid. They supposedly express shipped them and they never came in even 4 days later. I took my money back and O'Reiilys right up the road had them on hand....Might as well have children behind the counter with the lack of experience there.
