We were headed on vacation and had car trouble. We were headed to another parts store when we stumbled upon Advance Auto Parts in Clarksville, TN. Three hours from home and 4 from our destination with two kids we were obviously stressed. However, the staff here were so kind and helpful. We were in there parking lot for hourswith my husband working on fixing the car. We ended up trying for a rental and uhaul to tow back to town. We asked someone if they could drive us to our rental and the boss of the store, Josh, graciously offered. He drove us there and when thinking of some things that could help, drove us back to the store to try them out before us being deep in cost for rental and tow. After narrowing the issue down, we decided to go along with our plans and get the car into the shop after our vacation so we could enjoy our trip. We put heet in the gas tank to let it sit and now we know it's not a spark issue. The GM graciously drove us back to the rental place and was super friendly. Definitely 10/10 service in my opinion! Highly recommend thus place without hesitation!

The staff was friendly and had the best customer service I have ever experienced at a location. Edward was amazing. He helped me find a tool that I was looking for to install a mirror on my car. He was even my second set of hands when I decided to go ahead and replace the mirror in the parking lot. I don t usually have a specific location that I go to when I need things for my cars, but now I think I ve found a home store! Thank you all for making my day!

Excellent and friendly customer service from holding the door for me since I was carrying a battery to helping me get the new battery to my car. The battery I last purchased from them lasted close to 5 years.

I had a disappointing experience at the auto store managed by a white man on Nov 21,2023. His rudeness was evident as he ignored my greetings, didn't make eye contact, and created an uncomfortable atmosphere in the store. This behavior, both towards me and his young female coworker, made the overall shopping experience quite unpleasant. The manager's demeanor does not reflect the level of customer service expected, and it impacted my attempt to purchase a 2007 Toyota Corolla starter.

Associates had attitude and not very helpful. Ordered a part and did not come in when it was supposed to and still wasn't in the day after so had to cancel order.

They have the best customer service ! Dave was so kind to offer to hold my toddler who was crying, while I was getting a phone call all while ordering parts. Walked him around the store and even bought him a toy car ! They helped me order the parts I needed quickly and I m satisfied with the prices too.

We where visiting from Florida, it was a great experience entering to this store. The attendance (Izzy) was outstanding. Great job to the management for the people they hired. Thanks Izzy.

I was looking for a very specific item. I called every place in clarksville I could think of. When I called this location the lady checked to make sure they had it in stock. Not only that but she also held it behind the counter for me. When I went in to pick it up all of the staff was friendly, quick check out. Very pleased!

I've been to this Advance location dozens of times. Usually it's to pick up an online order, but I've purchased things in store, and returned things. The employees have been helpful, decent enough, and this location typically has everything I need.

Very helpful staff. Sherry is great. She tried to help me figure out what was wrong with my car instead of trying to sell me parts I dont need. Thanks Sherry you are awesome

We got stuck across the street at the Runner's Hub because our car wouldn't start. My guy ran to O'Reilly's, because it was closer, to see if they would come test our battery. They declined because they said they couldn't leave the store. He ran to Advance and shortly he came back and Tabitha drove over from the store with a machine to test the battery. We quickly discovered it was leaking acid. She went back and forth helping us dispose of the bad battery and hook up the new battery (she provided gloves and tools). It still didn't work but she was still there trying to help us figure it out. It just shows how awesome the team at Advance Auto on Wilma Rudolph are! They're real, compassionate people! Thanks again Tabitha!

When no one else knew what I was talking about (at the other auto parts stores), the knowledgeable folks at Advance Auto had my back and the parts I needed at the price I could handle. They are #1 in my book.

Purchased a new auto battery. Advance Auto Parts checked the old battery and installed the new battery.In comparison Firestone wanted $30 just to install the battery. Crazy!

Great customer service and a wide variety of automotive products at this location. I also appreciate their 10% military discount for veterans and active duty military.

The staff is great, and food is always delicious. The entrance to the building is a little difficult. That would be my only complaint.

There is a older white lady there wearing glasses hair tied back was working the front register very rude before I even came into the store as if I took the item she sized me up I was trying to return a item for rear struts she started arguing with when I told her the part came from the other store stated we don t have that item where is your receipt I ve never seen them I left the receipt at home this store was closer she never gave me a chance I know where not to go anymore for business
