*Before and after repairs*I cannot thank this team enough for the work they put in. Lori did the best job taking good care and keeping up with updates, not to mention the repairs are more than perfect! Lori went through every detail beyond what I noticed, ensuring that these repairs were not rushed but done correctly the best way possible. As much as my truck means to me, I am so happy with the results! Thank you so so much!!!

It took about 2 weeks to be seen for the initial estimate and then about a month before I was able to drop the vehicle off. I assumed that the month wait meant that parts would be ordered and they would have the service bays/staff to complete the work in a reasonable amount of time. Obviously this was not the case because at drop-off they told me to expect it to take about 30 days. This was a bit of a surprise since the estimate was for 10 hours of labor. It did take a month to finish and I am happy with the results, my only complaint is they did clean the exterior but this white dust that was all over my interior/center console/front dash (this is only annoying because the car was essentially fresh off the lot when I was hit). I was updated weekly with where the car was at in the process but always with the caveat of being behind many other vehicles in line for certain stages of the process. I don t know if this timeline is the norm for this area, but I would shop around and see if others can do it quicker. Obviously my car was drivable so I wish they would have let me wait to drop off until they were in a position to get it done quicker.

I really have to hand Abra a round of applause. Lori and the team she works with made an unpleasant situation as smooth and painless as possible and we are so grateful for her attention to detail and customer service. Our new vehicle had been rear-ended and she gave us confidence in knowing the vehicle she delivered back to us was as good as new. Thank you Lori!

Great communication. Quality work. Initial estimate was 50 days. Got it back in 38. Update: Notice what looked like a blemish on a door. Went back yesterday after 3 weeks of having the SUV back. Jacques Brown took one look and said overspray. Took my SUV into the shop and was all cleared up in about 20mins. I'm a parts delivery person and frequently deliver here. I had to stop in today on my way to Murray Kentucky and ask them to put my spare tire on because I had a nail in one. They did so without hesitation and I am extremely grateful for the help. They're all the nicest people here!

Car was badly damaged in Dec 9th tornado. Visited Abra's website, and used their "online estimate" tool/app which stated an estimate in 48hrs. After 3 weeks I called them directly. Spoke with a woman that stated we don't use that online tool. 3 weeks wasted. Booked an appointment, another 5 week wait. When describing the damage to the car the woman said it didn't sound safe to drive, which it really isn't. Made the appointment. Day of appointment I had setup for the car to be towed to Abra. Tow company was running late, called Abra, spoke to Donna, let her know I'll be late for the appointment due to the tow company being late. She stated that's ok, once it arrives we'll do all the paperwork with you. a few hours later the tow company calls, they are cancelling the service because Abra won't take a tow in for a non insurance claim. Those are expected to be driven in and driven away same day. I called Abra again, spoke with Joanna (apologies if I got the spelling wrong). She confirmed Abra doesn't take tow ins for estimates because the car could sit around for 6 months, you read that correctly (six, months, half a year) before they look at it. I indicated that NONE of these small details were relayed to me in any fashion. Joanna said I don't know who you spoke to, which we discovered together was Donna and Donna didn't know it was being towed in. Was I upset, yes. I've waited 3 months to get an estimate expecting to get one in a reasonable amount of time after securing an appointment.

All of the employees at Abra made what could have been a major inconvenience into a completely pleasant experience. I was kept up to date on all repairs and timeline, my car was completed sooner than estimated and looks perfect. Due to their partnering with Enterprise Car rental on N 2nd street my car rental experience was easy and quick. Hopefully you will never need their help but if you find yourself needing repairs following a car accident I would highly recommend ABRA . Thank you Lori S. and all

The folks working at Abra are amazing they streamline everything and kept me in the loop of what was going on with my vehicle. I got updates of what phase of repair my vehicles in and if there was any delays they also told me what was delays and why. I recommend them to anybody who needs their car repaired. The customer service is friendly and they do amazing work.

The car is fine and I appreciate the work they did. However, I am not satisfied at all with my dealings with Korina King. I had call numerous times throughout the 10 weeks you had my car. There were times when she told me things regarding my car that was not so. When I called her out on what she said, she said that is not what she said. Throughout this whole ordeal I kept excellent records of each conversation going both ways. Every conversation was documented with time and date. I do feel it should not be the customer s responsibility to call and continue to check on the status of their vehicle. In addition, it is important to keep the customer s vehicle straight from another customer s vehicle when reporting an update. Personally, I am not sure I can recommend ABRA, especially if they have to deal with Ms King.

Due to a parts shortage it took longer than expected to get the vehicle back but the staff never failed to keep me updated. They did great work! Great bunch.

I was involved in an accident and my front passenger fender, head light, and front bumper all were damaged. I took my car to ABRA and they did an awesome job fixing all of that and installed a more updated headlight. My car looked new after I picked it up from them and I would recommend everyone to them. Text Updates were concise and always on time. The associate that helped, Lori, me was wonderful and always got back to me within 20 minutes. Got me my car back in a very reasonable time, and even helped me with the rental when the insurance screwed me over.

We decided to take our 2023 Subaru Outback to Abra Auto Body in Clarksville TNafter a big tree branch feel on it after one of the storms we had. Everyone we dealt with at Abra were very nice and professional answered all questions we had. They kept us informed on a weekly basis of the progress of the repairs and the last week they gave us an update everyday. Bonus they detailed my car when they were finished and washed it. We really hope we wouldn t need to use them in the future but we will if anything happens to one of our vehicles again. I would recommend them to anyone.

Our only family vehicle had to have the door fixed along with some other parts. Although they were able to return the vehicle to us within a month, some other issues became apparent later on. We took the vehicle back 3 times for these minor issues to be fixed but we could tell that our rep, Lorrie was getting annoyed. She was a bit intense and very straight-forward but we figured it was just her personality. One of the issues was the non-functional trunk button located in the door that had to be fixed. When my husband once again took the vehicle in, he was sent home 20 minutes later and was told by Lorrie that they just had to play with the button a few times for it to work again. This ended up being a temporary solution so when the button once again stopped working, i called ABRA to confront them and hopefully get it fixed. Lorrie mistook my frustration, denied what my husband had said and told me that I was aggressive and demanding. Yet, we never said anything about her behavior and had to remain patient even after returning the vehicle multiple times. This is our only vehicle, we are a family of 4 and work so taking it in would put us in an uncomfortable spot. Now I can t take the vehicle back because I m afraid something will be done purposely to it and all because I spoke up. I m truly dissatisfied and disappointed with my experience at ABRA. I am not one to write reviews but I don t think we had a fair experience given our vehicle was not properly repaired and we had to pay such a high deductible.

After being sideswiped in my new car, I took it for a quote at Abra. From the first contact through the last, they were phenomenal! They got my car looking new again. Even my picky husband could not tell where it was damaged! The customer service was point on and the receptionist went out of her way to help set up my rental since I was new to the area. She patiently explained each step I would need to do. Jacque was superb in his quote and service making sure he kept me apprised to where in the process my vehicle was each step of the way. Highly recommend to using them! They are very busy being as good as they are so you may not get your vehicle back immediately but the results are worth the wait!Services: Painting, Body & Trim
