I have been taking my car to A & R Complete Auto Care at their new location off Warfield for the past several months. I am super pleased with their expert and friendly service. As an older single woman, I feel much more confident at their recommendations due to the thorough reports they provide. And they are never too busy to answer my questions or concerns. The staff is wonderful and the new flowers at the front are a great touch too.

I have been shopping around for the best care and price to have my battery replaced in my vehicle. I shopped and looked around; I came across this place A&R Complete Auto Care. As a matter of fact, it was recommended to me by my credit card service. I called them to get a quote, they advised me to come in so they can see it for themselves. It was diagnosed and they kept the vehicle. The battery was replaced and a filter. I left there excited, and my vehicle is running better. The professionalism and quickness of this company is awesome. You feel like a valued customer. They keep you in the loop of your vehicle and prices are fair. Will be looking at A&R for any automotive needs in the future. They gave a free inspection, sent a link with an easy to understand layout of what should and needs to be fixed. and then they performed my muffler service.

I struggled to find someone to install my catalytic converters, and these guys got me in quick. The impressive part was witnessing the ladies Jolene and Sam while I waited for the work to be completed. I witnessed superb customer support and service for every single person that walked in or called. They truly care and it showed.

10/10!!! This place is awesome! The staff was so friendly, welcoming and helpful!! I thank GOD for the blessing! I needed rotors and brakes and they fixed them!! The diagnostic provided was amazing!! Samantha and Jolene are so amazing! They're kind, communicate well and often, and made this the best experience I've ever had with a mechanic. I had a complicated car situation that was resolved in days, all while I'm 1800 miles away. I highly recommend A&R!

My entire family uses this shop and is always very satisfied. The customer service is incredible. Their communication, transparency in work, & suggestions are wonderful and appreciated, and their work is always done in a timely manner. You receive a premium service, but you'll pay for it some, too.Highly recommended and trusted.

Went in for brake light signal being always on for taillights, But never to actual brake. Did fantastic work and fixed another problem in the process which was great. Best customer service because of their updates and even better maintenance technicians (no one else in the area could fix it). I am ecstatic to be a customer for them again in the future

I would give them 5 starts multiple times if I could I love the people here. They are so understanding and they actually work with you! They take the time to explain and show pictures. They genuinely seem like they want to help you versus other garages who are just here to charge as much as they can. A&R will be my go to every single time from now on. I trust them with my vehicle and appreciate all they do!!

Exceptional customer service, they explained everything in detail and even sent pictures and video of my vehicle showing you they are doing the work they told you they were going to do. They did not do any additional work without calling me and explaining the needs or recommendations, and then asking my permission to do the work. They did not pressure me to get very any service I did not want. They have a nice, clean facility with coffee and water. Excellent experience and will recommendation to anyone.Services: General repairs & maintenance, Auto engine diagnostic, Vehicle Inspection

Excellent customer service! I thought I was having alternator issues but Fernando was able to find that I purchased a vehicle with a serpentine belt that was placed on backwards causing a whole heap of trouble for me in my engine. My extended warranty covered most of the work. All this while we were experiencing a winter weather advisory in Clarksville. They got me in and out as quickly as possible. Absolutely rip off artists. Quoted $227 for coolant replacement and another $200 to run pressure test on coolant system. This is in addition to the $103 initial diagnosis. They had my car for less than 1 hour and the bill was already over $500. For a coolant leak. Any parts or repairs would have been in addition to this amount. Funny part is, I had this same car at the old ownership twice for similar issues and they wouldn't even tell me what of anything would possibly be covered if same issue was found. Highly recommend going elsewhere!

Before finding RMA, I had found two other shops. The first tried to charge me double the price and said I had wait days for my truck when it gets shipped to Mississippi tommorrow. The other business actually said, after I drove the truck there, that they couldn't do it.(I had scheduled with then yesterday and waited to call anyone else because they swore they could do it) I saw great reviews on Google for RMA and so I gave them a call. They were a lil far from me(Maybe 15 minutes from current location) so I was worried about the exhaust being too hot to be repaired quickly. That was not a worry for them. They made room for me last minute. They estimated it would be an hour and a half wait from me... So, planning for my wait, I went over to the Mapco down the street to pull money out of the ATM to pay them. They grabbed my keys before my roughly 5-10 walk and when I came back handed me the keys as they welded me up a side pipe for my work truck in record time! The prices is competitively the best in the area as my job cost about HALF the price of the other shops in the area AND the quality and speed are definitely unmatched by their team. Bobby helped get my truck sounding a lot better and the exhaust looks 10xs better with the sweet tip on it. Definitely gotta bring my drift cars there, looks like a few of the lifts are more low car friendly than others in the area too. Will be back, excited for my next project.

I took my Ram 1500 EcoDiesel to A&R Complete Auto Care at 392 Warfield Blvd Ct, Clarksville, TN to diagnosis a noise in the rear-end. The entire team there were professional and courteous. They took the time to listen to my description of the problem and outlined the steps and cost to diagnose. After completing the diagnostic they provided a complete inspection report, on-line, with recommendations for follow-up service if I desired. They were also helpful to show me why the issue found was covered by the dealer, contrary to what I was originally told by my dealer.Considering the professionalism of the A&R team, the fact that after diagnosing the issue they then took the action to assist me with providing the dealer information necessary to show the dealer why their initial assessment was incorrect; A&R Complete Auto Care at 392 Warfield Blvd Ct, Clarksville, TN will be my center for service, repairs and overall care for my vehicle going forward.

As always, professional, friendly, great communication and prompt. Transportation provided to me home and then back to pick up my vehicle. Dropped vehicle off on Monday morning picked up on Tuesday morning. Service completed. Highly recommend this shop.

I chose this shop because of the reviews as I m not familiar with mechanics outside of the dealerships in Clarksville. Overall the customer service was great. I started out feeling confident my service issues would be addressed and corrected.I had a P0456 small evap code and had switched out the gas cap already which didn t correct the engine light.I took my vehicle to the shop on Tuesday, they called stating they d diagnosed the issue and advised the purge valve needed replaced as well as me having a coolant leak that was visible; thermostat housing change.I picked my vehicle up the evening of the following day and drove it with no issue. Didn t drive the next day at all, but cranked it early on Friday morning to my check engine light appearing.I called the shop and was told that the mechanic had noted a crease in my gas cap seal (probably caused by my tether) and to switch that out again and have Auto Zone clear the code and then call them back the following week because they had no availability for that Friday. Why the gas cap wasn t also changed at the shop and the purge valve was diagnosed and corrected is where I m stuck since they ordered parts.Took it to Auto Zone, same P0456, no crinkle in my gas cap seal as we compared it to a new one from the box.At this point I feel like this was a guessing game. I feel blown off and also frustrated because the money for the repairs I paid for didn t correct the issue when it was advised that repair was diagnosed by the mechanic. Now I m not confident at all that my vehicle will be fixed or that I m not going to continue spending money on an issue that may or may not be correctly diagnosed.**editing to 4 stars as they made it right**After posting this review I had another problem arise with gas spilling out of my filler neck when filling up my tank. This hadn t happened previously, so I called and scheduled an appointment for the shop to look at all the issues again.They replaced the part they d installed due to it being faulty and also ran a smoke test upon my request and replaced another part free of charge for me. So far the light isn t back on and I haven t had to put gas into my car to see if it spills out like it did before. They did state if the problem persists to come back but hopefully I won t have to.

They were able to fit me in on short notice. I put he wrong gas in my tank. Newer cars are anti siphon. The tank has to be dropped and drained. My family has been using this location for many years. They have never disappointed.

Thank you A &R team ( Ms Joleen service advisor and Mr Zach technician) for assessing and completing service that included a diagnostic and recommended fuel system cleaner and full diagnostic that showed pictures of an oil leak that was the result of the poor handling from the local ford dealership that did not secure a fuel filter on our vehicle correctly. We will remain in touch for future service needs. Peace and blessings. You have an awesome team
