Great experience buying a car for my grandma. She picked out what she wanted and they held it until we were able to bring the check and sign the papers. Customer service is top notch very caring.. I have also bought a Jeep from them and it was same experience. They don t let me down.

This is a awesome place very warm welcoming people that's willing to work with you. If you had a bad experience sorry but not everyone feel the way you do. My experience with Allyson at this dealership was the absolute definition of quality customer service!!! She went over and BEYOND to not only get me the before I wanted and needed.... Sold me a car with a bad motor! Check engine light came on a month after purchasing and when I got it checked, twice! They said it was due to sludge in the motor and needs a new motor completely. Wont give me my down payment back or let me trade it in. It s been sitting at a mechanic s for months and 1 stop motorsports expect me to continue making payments

We went looking for a larger vehicle for our family of 5, we wanted something 3rd row. As soon as we walked through the door Maranda greeted us, and was super friendly, helpful, and most of all professional. We didn t feel pressured by her or anyone at 1 Stop Motorsports to make a purchase. It was a great experience and we love our new to us Chevy Traverse! Thanks again Maranda, you are awesome!!

They intentionally list the wrong prices in their ads as some sort of a bait and switch scam. Makes you wonder what else they are being shady about. Are they really doing oil changes like they say? Who knows. These people are shady Shady Shady. Stay far far away

Purchased vehicle and was a little upset that we got approval from our bank very quickly and were not able to test drive it very far because it was empty. Next morning received a text if we wanted to make an appointment to get car. Two hours later texted someone was looking at car. Purchased vehicle still on empty and they gave us $20 to put in it. Got it home and fluid levels were all very low. Water was sitting in trunk and back floorboard was soaked wet. Just not very satisfied with the customer service we received at all and feel like the car could have been purchaser ready and wonder if they even looked in it before they sold it

I got my car last Friday! It s a 2016 Dodge Dart. Let me just say I LOVE IT!! I haven t had any problems with my car at all. There wasn t a long wait. Staff was very nice and helpful. I was in and out. I would definitely recommend getting a car from them.

Very unprofessional place I ve been passed around to 2 different people and they both don t answer emails or text maybe hours or even a day later I was serious about buying a car and they made the process so difficult I don t even want to purchase a car from here. Would not recommend

Kayce &' Shay were so amazing about making sure I left with a vehicle ! The communication, customer service and all around attitude was outstanding ! I'd definitely recommend anyone coming here for great service and a reliable car for fair pricing ! Thank you so much again ladies for everything today !! S/N : anyone who has anything negative to say , obviously was not approved of a vehicle or did not meet requirements. Kayce especially is extremely nice and an amazing person overall and she did her absolute best to make sure I had a vehicle today!
